The hotel was perfectly located, just down the street from the National Theatre and near many of the sites in Prague.
The buffet breakfast was full of variety and everything was fresh. The staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided.

It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

Great communication from the hotel prior to arrival. They even sent information on booking a driver from the airport if I needed it.

This is a very solid hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed, with coffee-making facility, complimentary water, and marble bathrooms. The location is excellent. The only problem seems to be with housekeeping, my bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the last guest and there were multiple hair on the floor.

Pour moi ce n’est pas une qualité cinq étoiles, nous avons eu des dés inconvénients dans la chambre de catégorie de luxe. Il n’y a pas de Room service. Il n’y a quasiment pas de personnel. Les valises voulais porter vous-même la chambre n’est pas Montre on est un peu laissé à l’abandon après niveau Emplacement, je trouve qu’il est assez bien placé proche de toute comité, il a un accès assez facile donc il y a des chambres côté route alors ça ça peut être bruyant nous on est plutôt vers l’arrière donc ça va. Par contre voilà il faut marcher y’a pas d’aide de Feu de coin fumeur interdit de fumer aussi dans l’hôtel on doit fumer comme des animaux devant la à l’hôtel sans rien du tout ça je trouve un petit peu dommage Pour le prix qu’on paye et puis détails mais on a la chasse d’eau derrière le couvercle des toilettes donc à chaque fois il faut descendre tout pour pouvoir tirer la chasse d’eau, ce qui est pas pratique du tout non plus il n’y a pas de vraiment de bar dans l’hôtel ni de Restaurant donc c’est tout à l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux et diversifié de bonne qualité. Donc plutôt un bon petit déjeuner mais de nouveau l’emplacement du restaurant du petit déjeuner et au sous-sol donc c’est pas terrible. Ça doit être aussi un immeuble qui est ancien mais c’est un peu mal placé. Ils auraient pu le mettre au rez-de-chaussée niveau bar qui n’est pas réellement utilisé.

Absolutely stunning hotel ive stayed at many in central Prague and this is by far my favourite I've found. The rooms are both modern and clean. Comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms with luxurious products to use. Well decorated. Helpful staff, later check outs. Will use agajn on my next czech trip.

Enjoyed my stay here for a weekend trip. Room was big, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was all marble and a delight. Breakfast was great as well, good selection of food. Topped by the prosecco on Sunday. The view wasn't the best as it was a back street and was noisy on Friday and Saturday because of the bar on back street. Good location to get aroumd with plenty of public transport. Staff also nice and helpful. Great option to store luggage on last day.

The Eurostars Thalia is a little gem of a hotel in Prague. The location is perfect…on a main thoroughfare so close to shopping, food markets and cafes/restaurants, yet still within walking distance of Charles Bridge and Old Town. Yet surprisingly, the room I was in on the first floor was very quiet. The room itself was newly done with a modern aesthetic and was a very decent size for a hotel in Europe. The lobby and hallways are sleek looking and spotlessly clean. Staff at the front desk were very personable, polite yet professional, always willing to help and do so with a smile! And to boot, their breakfast layout is one of the best I’ve had experienced at a hotel!! I plan on making a visit to Prague in December s yearly Christmas tradition, and you can bet I will be staying again at the Eurostars Thalia!!

Nice hotel in a very central location. All the tourist spots in Prague 1 were extremely walkable. Street noise from party-goers was inevitable, but the room was pleasant. Some random hairs found in bed sheets, which I would have preferred not to see but it did not bother me too much. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, breakfast is included (I did not remember that until the last of 11 days). Room is clean, bed was comfortable although the springs creaked a bit. The A/C was a welcome relief from the 90's while we were there although we could never get it quite as cool as we wanted. Andrea, the evening desk attendant was extremely cordial and helpful. She has a great knowledge of the city, restaurants, tram usage, and sites to see. We had a great time and the hotel is convenient for walking to many sites and close to tram access.

Thalia has been nicely updated with beautiful bathrooms and large rooms. The free breakfast is excellent. We used the small, but free workout room - which was nice to have. The location is very central, next to river - across the street from National Theater. But, is on a busy street. Our room in the back of the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and had great air conditionings. If location is key - than perfect place - just don’t expect a quaint, quiet, charming local. As walking tourists, we found the location to be easy access for both sides of the river and a short walk from Charles Bridge.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay at the Thalia. It was a little hard to find at first as there was street construction. The parking is very tight so once we were parked in the underground parking we left the car there until we had to leave. The room was amazing. We had a two room suite with a large bedroom and a living area with table and chairs. Large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of foods. It was a central location. We had dinner at a nearby cafe with a wonderful gentleman serenading us on the piano. Hotel recommended a walking/bus tour which we did and we learned so much about the city. One of the best tours we've taken on this European driving vacation we've been on. Overall loved our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On our first night we stayed in a room facing the main street and it was noisy. Upon request, staff moved us to a room that faced the inside of the hotel and it was super quiet.

The room was relatively spacious for European standards and we had two large windows to allow good air flow. Heating seemed to work well. The bedroom had a fairly decent flat screen TV mounted on the wall, which was better than expected. Beds were small, but comfortable with clean bedding (no sheets though). The bathroom was updated and clean with a nice granite sink and flooring. The room included coffee, which was nice since many European rooms do not. It also had a mini fridge, although most of it was filled with items for purchase so it would be hard to use for your own food or beverage. The breakfast buffet was much better than the average with several egg items, plenty of meats, pastries, breads, fruits, etc. Something for everyone really. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. For example, they arranged a very reasonable shuttle to and from the airport for $25 total each way for 3 adults, which is much cheaper than taking a taxi or Uber. They also arranged for a breakfast box the date of our departure since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet opened. As far as location, it is relatively close to the city center and very close to the river. It is also right across from a tram station.
The only negative is the fitness center/gym, which is pretty meager. It is extremely small (can't fit more than 2 people in at the same time), hot and does not offer many options as it has very few weights (only up to 10 kg dumbells), 2 stationary bikes and a treadmill.

A boutique style hotel, close to the town centre, with great decor and wooden flooring instead of carpet. Decent breakfast buffet as well.

Good pricing and one of the best hotel I have stayed at in Prague within the boundaries of our corporate budgets.

Let down by a couple of minor niggles. Sink plug not working and failure to replenish water and tea / coffee on the second day.

Great stay, the location is amazing, only a 10 minute walk or so to the Old Town square of Prague or to the Charles Bridge area. For those who like beer, there are several great beer halls/breweries nearby, including Tri Ruzi and U Medvidku. The amazing Cafe Louvre is right across the street, and there is a large department store, Tesco, right on the same street as well. Plenty of tram lines connect right by the hotel and the metro is nearby. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great, with many different cold and hot options. Would stay here again!

First and foremost, be aware that there is no \"Valet Parking\" unlike what is listed on Hotels.com site. Wife and I arrived at the hotel at around 9PM. Parked on the corner which unknown to us was not allowed without a special parking pass. We checked in at the front desk which was painless and took less than 5 minutes. Walked back outside the hotel to fetch our car only to find the local \"friendly\" Czech Police putting a boot on our car and attaching a parking fine to the window. Literally 5 minutes at the front desk and we had a boot on our car!!! Thankfully the police were still on site when we got back to the car. We tried telling the police that we were first timers in Prague and did not know anything about the white/blue parking lines. They didn't care and proceeded to tell us that we had to pay a 20 euro fine to remove the boot from our car. This came off VERY scam like and it wasn't a warm welcome to the city at all. The parking garage is very small and only holds about 8 cars when the picture shows it looking MUCH MUCH larger than it really is. We were lucky that there was one parking stall available when we checked in (25 euro a day which is pretty over priced as well). Other than these two unexpected issues, Prague was amazing even despite it being the middle of January. Breakfast was actually very impressive and the rooms were well accommodated. The location of this hotel is what made it all worth it. 5-10 minute walks to pretty much all of the attractions.
