I have coeliac and they were very good at catering for my gluten-free needs. I had pancakes different options to choose from muffins and the staff were quite knowledgeable about it. I would have liked to have some of the other options that were all offered everyone else for example the eggs and bacon. But it was still great to have lots of options cuz I'm not used to it.

The hotel is excellently located for access to all areas including the old town, Mala Strana, Charles Bridge and the new town.
Breakfast was a slightly crowded on the first day so we went down earlier the next couple of days and it was much better.
Highly recommended hotel.

The room was very velam and nice, we loved the room upgrade, especially in a celebratory weekend, lovely breakfast. Good temperature in contrast with the cold weather. Good location, you can walk everywhere and sill be close. Especial room for luggage after check out was nice too, allowing us freedom for a few more hours.

Definitely not a five stars Hotel. Breakfast has so many options but tastes were not really great. I don’t see food labels. That’s showing not a five stars hotel. My room coffee machine broken. Front desk didn’t prepared VIP access sparking wine in room. Staff friendly to greet guests isn’t enough they need to carefully check booking request before guest check in.

Hotel location is superb. For what we paid for the room it is fantastic value. Definitely would return. The only grievance I have is that this hotel is marketed as a 5 star. In my opinion, it is no where near that calibre. A very good 3 or average 4 star absolutely, the price I felt reflected a hotel of this range of rating. Oddly if the hotel had been rated this I would have been more pleased with my stay, but with the 5 star I was expecting grand things which was not the case. Bed was super comfy, room clean and modern. Service was average, no real enthusiasm though it must be said, bit flat atmosphere at times. Cleaner on 5th floor this past week was very kind and welcoming in corridor. Breakfast needs serious work in my opinion, water scrambled eggs and mushrooms, processed low quality sausages, pancakes that have went chewy from sitting out too long. Not ideal to be honest, could be improved greatly. Would return to this hotel at the price we paid for sure again, just not for breakfast.

The only downside was that if kids are staying next to your room, you can hear everything through the walls. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable.

Believe this hotel has a five star rating which I believe is overrated.
The rooms were not to a high standard with no carpeting ( which meant unwelcome noise from other rooms, for example furniture moving!! ) The WiFi was of poor strength and the AC was old fashioned and noisy. Was unable to access any watchable English channels on the TV and the room refreshments were very limited in choice.

I have been requesting a call since December 20th. Since our arrival, we have experienced several issues. When we arrived, the sofa bed was supposed to be made, but it was not. I was told I could make it myself. Additionally, the tub and toilet were dirty. I was informed that this was the last available room and that nothing could be done until the following day.

The next day, I followed up and requested additional towels, as we had three guests but only two towels. It took the entire day to receive them.

We also had my mouse and headphones go missing from the room, along with cash. The cash had been locked in the safe, and when we returned, the safe was open. I am not accusing anyone of theft, but I am extremely concerned, as these items were next to my backpack and paired to my phone. While we were out of the hotel, I received a notification that the items had left the property. I initially assumed it was an error, but it was not.

We also had serious safety concerns regarding the handrail, which was coming loose from both the ceiling and wall anchors. Being told this was “normal” was especially frightening, as a fall or a failure of the staircase could have resulted in a far more serious situation.

I do not want to take away from some of the positives, such as the breakfast, staff serving and the front desk staff, but there were simply too many issues not to bring to your attention. I would like to understand why these concerns wer

Rooms are good in general although mattresses are horrible and had 2 rooms 4 nights each with my family each one had an issue with the ridges and drops on the mattress and the pillows are not comfortable.
Had one time to call the receptionist to get our power back on.
Shower gel is super cheap and super small elevators.
Breakfast is good for the price.
Will have to consider twice coming to the same place

Breakfast was lovely, hotel room was not what I expected. Unfortunately, storage facilities in the room were none existent. No drawers to store items of clothing only a small open wardrobe. Even in the bathroom there wasn’t any hooks to hang the dressing gowns. No shelves on shower cubicle so toiletries were put on the shower floor. We had a duplex room with the bedroom upstairs. Not suitable for elderly or disabled people as there were 16 open plan stairs to navigate with bathroom downstairs. Unfortunately we found the staff in the breakfast room to be unhelpful and miserable.

Top tip. They have smart TVs. Download some stuff on to your phone before you leave and cast it to the telly as i defy most to understand the language first time! Not that you'll have time.....

This hotel was rated 5 stars but when we got there i will only rate it as 3 stars. We stayed there for 5 nights. Our room smells I even clean and wipe it with my disinfectant wipes. It smells like somebody with bad body order stayed there for a month. The mattress is not firm at all. It is sagging. They provide good amenities and free breakfast. There’s a beer spa on the hotel itself. And there’s even some supernatural happenings in our Friend’s room. They were given the suite room with their bedroom is on the loft( 2nd floor) and every night they are waken up at 2:30-3 am by sounds like someone dropping coins on the floor downstairs and like somebody moving furnitures. Scary.

The hotel is haunted. In our friends room, Rm. 302, every night they were hearing sounds like someone was walking up and down the stairs inside their room, they heard like someone dropping coins on the floor. Aside from being haunted, the hair dryer overheats, the bed mattress needs to be change, it was not firm anymore. The only good thing is the buffet breakfast. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

This is a very good hotel, reasonably priced, and well located within easy walking distance of the Old Town, bridges, etc. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast is very good, and facilities are of a high standard.
The one important let-down was the hotel's customer service culture, which appeared to be across the board in the areas we interacted. While nobody expects all staff to speak English, an effort to smile and try and understand should be an essential element of hotel staff training. Almost every interaction was with surly staff - with the exception of one reception staffer! Yet they all seemed to speak English!
And one small thing - if Hotels.com promise a loyalty benefit, the hotel should deliver that benefit. It lets your brand down when the hotels don't hold up their part of the deal.
Would I recommend it? Yes, but be warned about the staff culture!
