This was a well located property. Communication was good. We had a room for 3 people, but the 3rd bed was just a lumpy cot, so not ideal. On the last day the elevator was out so we had to carry luggage down 4 floors which wasn’t ideal. In any case we had to walk up one floor as the elevator only stops at 1/2 levels which was ok for us but maybe not everyone. Place was clean, mostly quiet and had everything we needed.

The only reason I booked this place was because it was advertised as having AC unit. They AC split unit was there but no remote to turn it on. When I call the company, they said that the AC was off for the whole autumn season and they will not bring the remote because it was \"not possible\". They told me to open the windows but at night it made it difficult to sleep because of street and traffic noise. They weren't helpful at all and seemed rather rude on the phone. The bathroom was also very small. The only good thing was the location. I will not stay here again.

There is a Pub in front of the place. Loud music and chatter until wee hours of the morning. Place it self isn’t bad and location is good. Just lot of noise coming from the Pub. No coffee pods provided even though there is a machine available.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to almost all of Prague’s main attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The home was spotless and very well maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after sightseeing.

Overall the rooms were clean and good features, but I submitted my documents for review a week before check in and only heard from them a day before stating they were insufficient .also the first picture in their advertisement can be misleading because it has nothing to do with the building other than is in the vicinity.

My family and I had a great time! The apartment was very clean and nicely remodeled. The location was excellent, close to the main downtown attractions. Starting with the good, location is great near the Old Town center, facility is pretty clean and well maintained.
The bad , unless you have a local number, all communication are by email, no WhatsApp.
Check in is at 3pm! we asked for earlier check in or at least to leave our bags in the room, we didn’t get a minute earlier.
The room is pretty cramped with the kitchen and the bed on top of each other, TV wasn’t working for awhile and when it did it was mostly Arabic speaking language stations and at least one morning without hot water in the shower.

La propiedad está em buen lugar todo em la habitación estaa en orden y limpio. Solo que para los 10 dias de estancia que tuvimos hacer la habitcion un somo dia consideramos que no es sificiente. La limpieza se hizo al tercer dia y luego fueron 6 dias sin atncion. Solo nos cambiaron las toallas el dia antes del check out. En resumen, buena ubicacion, buenas condiciones pero atencion regular.

Nice place, perfect for solo travel. Amazing location! Some small scuffs around the apartment, could do with a lick of paint in places. There was also a constant electrical humming noise coming from an area above the AC which was slightly annoying at night, but overall a nice, reasonably priced.

Four day stopover in Prague as part of a longer trip. Apartment was just what we wanted, not luxury but clean and comfortable. It was a long weekend and we were across the street from the Dutch Pub where a lot of loud celebrations were going on. But good location and well worth the price.

Loved my stay her! Instructions provided how to enter the unit were clear. Unit has a very homey, cost vibe. The kitchen had complete utensils and the bed was very comfy!! Also loved how the tv is a smart tv loaded with apps - netflix, youtube and the likes so you won’t be short of entertainment.

This property is perfectly located, walking distance to everything and right in the heart of Prague. The apartments were super easy to check in to and great communication with the host, they can for a fee arrange a secure parking garage for your car, this is about 750m walk from apartments. The apartments themselves are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Really spacious too and had a small kitchen area with hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. My only grumble is that we are a family with 2 young children and due to location we did get woken from 1-3am ish each night with noisy party goers passing outside. This is not a reflection of the host or apartments themselves but just a heads up if you want complete silence then this is maybe not for you.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Decorated nicely and equipped with useful untensils.
The apartment is directly opposite a bar but the double set of windows make the noise minimal.
My only complaint would be the fact that the lift stops inbetween floors. I had my daughter with me who uses a pram so haviny to carry her up/down a flight of stairs wasnt ideal. Something to keep in mind if travelling with young children.
Overall a great stay in a great location plently of restaurants, shops and things to do in the immediate vicinity

This would've been a nice place to stay - it was clean, the bathroom was good, and it had almost everything one needs. Great location. I loved the secured entrance and locks with personalized codes. Honestly, i would try staying again.
However, if you are stuck facing the front of the building (like I was), you will hear partying til 2-3 AM. And, the door to the room, while it shuts and locks, has enough gaps that every single noise from the hallway (and even downstairs) can be heard and the light filters through. Because there is no front desk or security desk, sadly groups of people choose to stay here in rooms they should not be able to all fit in and party all night with no recourse. Fellow business travelers were irritated at this. This is not the aparment company's fault BUT i would suggest they consider an evening desk person.
If i stayed again, I would ask for a room in the back.

Communication from this “agency” was very poor I had to chase them to be provided with the code . When their check in condition mentioned that it would be sent 24 hours prior the check in … which kinda generated some stress.

Prior to check in you have to do add your info on a link where it is really threatening oriented around : if you damage , you’ll pay …

Once you enter the room… ours was number 24, it is not in great condition, marks on the wall , the wardrobe has lived , overall a good refurbishment would be needed . There is an empty room near the kitchen … that could require furniture …

The way the furniture are set in the room is poor . Kept on hitting myself to the bed because the chair from the table doesn’t allow you to go around .

Then they put a coffee maker .. every hotel usually have complementary coffee … here nothing that look quite cheap !

Lastly, we asked for an iron and not even an email to reply to us .

No idea, how they have this rating but the only good thing is the location ! Anything else is below average.

The City Nest is a great property for a family visit to Prague. It was spotless when we arrived. The property is well located within easy access to shopping and places to eat and even the old town and the other tourist places to visit.

While I was there, there was a incident at the property, which was caused by another guest. The Adrez staff came on site and took control of the situation and sorted everything out. Couldn't thank Pavlina and team enough and I would certainly recommend all my friends and family to live in any of the properties managed by the Adrez Living company!

No lie that the check in process was not easy. They send you a link to complete check in but we couldn’t get it to work for us. I tried multiple times to contact them but I never got a response. I had to guess where to go to check in and we got lucky because someone happened to be there. Everything else about the stay was fine. Just beware that checking in is as tricky as all the reviews say it is.

Only thing I can criticise was I had to contact (via WhatsApp, so it’s a good thing I had mobile roaming and data) the establishment to gain access to the building. Great location, nice apartment, but very noisy weekend evenings, as the bars on that street are packed inside and out well into the night. Did not appreciate having to enter the code on three different doors each time coming in. Also the elevator does not reach apartment floors, just a place midway between floors, so not accessible really.

It doesnt register as fast when you press the keypad, so it takes about 10-15 seconds to open the lobby door. Entering the room is a breeze. Must send information online in order to check in faster. Great place and would love to return in the future. Customer service is very responsive.
