One of our group ended in hospital with appendicitis and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful in transport and engaging taxis, extending our stay and just being lovely people. Our suite was spacious and lovely to be in.

Impressive for family of 3!

The location is good and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and coffee quality was just right. If you need parking they have a parking lot about 200 m walk that is about 59€ a night. Or you could leave your car on the street parking(at your own risk).This is to be expected in Prague, so no complaints there. We are a family of three, so the one bedroom apartment setup was more than enough space for us! The rooms match the city(charming), but are updated for modern expectations. The only complaints from my wife was the shower was a bit small. Very pleased and worth the money.

This has been the most pleasant stay I have had while in Prague (6 years coming to the city) for business as a solo traveler. Here for 2 weeks, the staff and accommodations top rate!. The breakfast delicious and varied, the reception team helpful, including business support for urgent documents to pdf and an umbrella to fight off a sudden rain storm. The cost /quality excellent. the opportunity to have a quasi home feel with the room and small kitchen area were appreciated after being away for a long period. I will not even think twice for a return stay. 5* experience!

Helpful and nice Max at the reception, the area, the huge rooms, the amanities in it. Everything was wonderful. The only thing was you have to order eggs if you want, or if you want them to make puncakes... I would prefer these available at the buffet instead. And if I would look for any lacks... there were not enough hooks at the buthroom to hang a buthrobe and a towel etc.

Inget speciellt, och lite halvtaskig frukost med smutsiga bestick, tallrikar och glas.

Ok personal med service men inte speciellt bra på engelska och vissa diskussioner uppstod för förklaring. Rummet var ok och bra städat.

Rummen är VÄLDIGT lyhörda!!! Vår andra natt fick vi erfara detta extra mycket då en barnfamilj checkade in vid 01 på natten och talade, skrek m.m och väckte hela vår familj. Väldigt lyhört via trapphuset in till rummen också.

Halvtråkig rum och riktigt tråkig hall i rummet. Kanske lite mer uppfräschning hade gjort det lite med trevligt och uppskattat. Plus om man kunnat ha tv i sovrummet för dubbelsängen.

Via hotellets info sida kostar transfer till och från hotell 24€ men när man talar med personalen kostar den 30€ och det är fel på deras sida.

Liten lobby och inget mer med det. Hissen får knappt 2 fullvuxna personer plats i. Vi fick ta hissen 3 gånger upp med våra saker och ner 3 gånger varje gång.

Jag kommer inte besöka hotellet igen iallafall för mitt nästa besök till Prag.

This place is pretty old. The floor creeks when you walk, there is a old home smell, and the bed was dented or uneven in the middle. I woke up every morning and my back was killing me. The breakfast spread was pretty amazing and the staff was great. All in all, you get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep and shower.

Spacious and clean

Really nice and spacious suite and we only booked a standard room. Large bed (2 singles together) but very comfortable with handy usb chargers, mains sockets and reading lights either side. Free safe for valuables too. Almost fully equipped kitchen. Good plentiful breakfast. Only downside was the small lift ( we were on 5th floor) and no bath, but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Our stay was generally good, and the suite itself was beautiful actually. The bed was really uncomfortable, as was the sofa bed. Breakfast was good despite the server being extremely quiet and a bit awkward. We also found most of the front desk staff to be a bit inhospitable, but that didn't really affect our stay in any way.

The staff was very accommodating and location was great. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre of all the main attractions. Kitchen facilities in the room with a full grocery store only a five minute walk away. Breakfast with lots of variety is included in the rate. Incredibly quiet for nighttime sleeping. The top floor suite has an amazing private terrace with fantastic panoramic views and gorgeous sunsets. The only thing that would have improved our stay is more
comfortable pillows.

Stay was OK. Bed comfortable and room had a kitchen which was helpful. We showed up after midnight and the parking garage was closed so we had to park a few blocks away in public parking. The person at the desk could not tell us how to identify public parking so we had to guess for ourselves (for reference park in brown zones so you do not get tagged, shoed or towed). The checkout process was slowly painful as there was not enough staff to process all the people checking out. Room and breakfast was good.

The room was actually really spacious. I was surprised about that. Parking doesn’t really exist like it might say. You just have to find your own in the street somewhere. The receptionist did speak good English but unfortunately the poor kid was only 17-18 years old and his life experience is zero. When I asked for any advice about parking, atms, beer etc.. he had no clue about anything lol. He tried to google everything for me lol. At least he tried

Excellent place - convenient location, very good service. There is an opportunity to improve check-on/out process as there is only person, who works very hard and means well to do everything. She was clearly overwhelmed but did her best to take care of us. It took us over an hour to check-in. But not withstanding, great experience. Will definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel is on a main road which is busy and noisy so we moved to a room overlooking a side street after one sleepless night. This was much quieter. The whole place was clean and warm with very comfortable king size beds, adequate bathroom and functional kitchen. Breakfast offered a range of options including a variety of cooked eggs with bacon - no omelette, however. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and there are some nice (cheap) local bars to have a drink in on the way back from a meal out. Staff were accommodating, smiley and with good English providing different pillows on request, booking taxi, etc. Our second room was an upgrade but charged at only €5 a night extra - well worth it for the additional space and better sleep. I would recommend this hotel to others but only if a side street facing room was available and guaranteed.

The hotel's location is great. It's situated in a very beautiful old building (if I had to guess built around 1910 or so). But unless you get their more expensive rooms, everything seems old, dirty and run down. I was disappointed.

Disappointed. Also beware of high car service fees. Don't believe what reception tells you about car prices.

Overall a very comfortable, perfect location.

From the first moment I knew it would be good. Apart from the 'rip off' taxi from the railway station ( don't use them if you have an option) the staff at home suite were fabulous. The apartment is very comfortable and huge by European standards. The kitchenette could be slightly better stocked ( ie small fry pan) but everything else was there including comfortable robes and slippers. The shower is very small and somewhat lets the property down. The breakfasts are substantial and yummy with very friendly and helpful staff. The property is opposite the Sheraton, within easy walking distance to everything including the railway station.

The apartment we had within the hotel was on the sixth floor with a large rooftop balcony. The balconcy gave good views of the city. It had two bedrooms and was very spacious. As a family of four we really liked the style which was simple but nicely done. The location was great and near major sights. For the price in February with breakfast included it was excellent value. Prague itself we found relatively cheap and very interesting. The castle is a must, Jewish museums interesting for all, and park accessible by funicular is great. Three night trip was about right.

This hotel is within walking distance of all city sights. Spacious accommodation with separate sitting room and kitchen. Home from home. Daily cleaning and refreshing of kitchen to high standard. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast offered bacon and egg, continental cooked meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals and pastries, which set us up for the day.
Couldn't fault it.

This was perfect for our purposes. We were 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a dog and we had a car (parking is hard in Prague). We loved our suite. Great to have a fridge. Everything was clean. They even set out a dog bowl with water near the kitchen and they made the couch bed and brought in a cot for the kids - all before we got there.

This was one of two hotels my boyfriend and I stayed in while we were in Prague. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel - not even close. While the rooms were large (bedroom + living room with kitchen) and clean, the walls seemed paper thin and we could hear everything out on the street. The bed wasn't very comfortable. This would be a good hotel to stay at if you are traveling with a larger group because of the added bonus of the living area. The free breakfast was good and the staff was very eager to help and was very friendly.

The hotel has great location, walking distance to the old town and Charles bridge. It has portable air conditioner in the bedroom. You can do simple cooking if you like. It's clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is pretty fast.

Not perfect, but very nice!

Eight nights at this hotel made us happier than we expected initially. While the suite did not match my expectations of a 4 star hotel, due to the age of the building and the lack of central air, everything worked out well. I expected a sleeker, more modern look based on internet photos, but the suite was well worn and had a portable air conditioning unit to cool two rooms. It worked for the bedroom, where the unit was located, but did not cool the living room/kitchen area well. Fortunately, windows opened, and the weather turned cool! The bathroom was tiny, but all amenities functioned well. The staff were very nice, especially our red haired breakfast server, who met us with a sweet smile each morning and got to know our favorite breakfast items very quickly. Location was fairly good, but several blocks to main center area. Safe area at night, no hassles at all. They arranged for an early check in for us, as our flight arrived in the early morning. I had hoped for a balcony, or a view, but got neither that nor the 2 twin beds I had requested. A sofa bed in the living area made a comfortable second bedroom, however.

I came into town for my 26th wedding anniversary I got to the hotel and got the surprise of my life,I was not expecting this level excellence.the front desk receptionist was utter professional the apartment was marvelous!!!! Location is pretty convenient to the old town square, about 10 minutes walk. Staff are polite and professional. Hotel room sizes were big with extremely high ceilings, however, a bit out of date. The queen size bed is extremely uncomfortable, the spring is probably worn out by age that when you sleep by the edge, you will eventually be pulled to the middle of the bed.

We traveled to Prague last week (couple with 2 year old child)- this hotel turned out to be an excellent choice! Our son had ample space to run around, as the suite was very spacious. The small kitchenette and refrigerator were especially helpful as we could store milk and other foods for our picky toddler. Location was great as we could walk to major attractions. Staff was excellent, especially one of the girls at the reception who went out of her way to give us directions...

Hotel is quite nice situated in the city centre and easy to come from the airport by bus/metro. Metro 5-10 min walk(not 3 min).

We had very good time in the hotel suite home

We visited Prague for a week on October 2014 . We got a lovely suite on the 4th flour, with twin beds, as requsted. Breakfast was very good,with extraordinary personal attention given by the two ladies who prepared and served anything we asked. At the reception most people were outstandingly polite, attantive and helpfull, only one person (female) was impatient and gave us bad guidence that spoiled our day. One bed was not comfortable. On weekend we could hear the noice fron the neighbours in the hotel but otherwise it was quite. The location of the hotel is great,short walking distance from the center. We were happy to stay in the hotel and are very greatfull to those staff members who were nice and helpful. We enjoyd using the nice kitchen that was important for us, and enjoyed the wi-fi service.

Very spacious suite overlooking an interesting street. Quite noisy out the back balcony. Amenities very close by. Good walking access to George Bridge, Fred and Ginger, as well as the Old Town sites. Wonderful little pubs, clubs, and right on the edge of the winding, cobbled streets. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfasts were excellent, though a little crowded. Good value. Large suite, more like an appartment but with the advantages of a hotel. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance of all tourist sites in Prague.

My family had a great stay a the the hotel. Its in a nice old building with in walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk cleaning crew and in the breakfast room were all great. I would strongly recommend staying here. Thanks

Nice and convenient hotel to explore Prague

The hotel is a very nice one and conveniently located close to all sites of interest. The staff is very professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Downside is the location on a busy road leading to noise in the evening.
