Clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice gym and pool. Great location where you can literally walk everywhere.

Didn't like how the toilet and shower/sink are separated in the rooms. Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang up all the towels and clothing. And the blanket provided for the sofa bed is too small... Also, rooms are very hot.

The room was good, great condition, but i found it to be too dim for me and the bathrooms despite being spotless, had a funky smell. Maybe a room freshner could help a bit. The staff wer courteous, friendly and very helpful.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was ready on arrival at 11am, for which we are grateful.

Hotel was in a good location. Near to shops, restaurants, transport links and main square.

Air conditioning wasn’t good. Room was always hot even when we left the aircon on. Had to ask for a fan.

Room was clean. Services/amenities were good.

Great Prague Experience

Walking location to Prague old town. Hotel located in busy area if you are driving your own car, parking cost is quiet high compared to other hotels which we had during our road trip. In general it was a good choice for our stay

Great service from all staff. Kate and Sandra were very understanding at the reception. They made sure we are well settled in at the arrival and made sure we were given rooms to our liking and likewise at the point of checkout, extra time was provided. Makes the logistics smooth overall. All ladies work hard while serving breakfast, though a little more variety can be introduced so that it doesn’t get boring. Minor
Improvements to the lift services can be introduced, as one of them kept breaking down, which hotel management was trying to get fixed.
Apart from some minor issues, Wonderful stay and really enjoyed the sauna, jakuzi and swimming pool facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great breakfast buffet, and the rooftop terrace is also great for drinks in the evening. The pool was also great for relaxing in at the end of each day. Good location, within walking distance to many spots, including a stop just around the corner for the hop on and off bus which the hotel can arrange tickets for. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel. Loved the pool area and the mattresses were good quality. They need to invest in larger sheets as ours were not big enough to tuck in on the sides. Service was mixed, some were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful but others were rather lacking.

Cozy and pocket friendly stay at Novotel

Rooms are pretty small, they should have bigger room options for families. (Atleast I didn't see any while booking)
The room offers a small window only, which also can't be partly open.
The bathroom mirror and the (fixed) toiletries in the shower area can't be reached by a 7 year old.
Breakfast spread is good and hotel overall is clean and nicely maintained. There is also a small play area for young kids and toddlers but not enough I would say.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient for getting to Old Town as it’s walking distance and close to the tram station. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was great. There was an issue with flies getting on the food so care should be taken to prevent or eliminate them. Perhaps the use of covers for everything, not just the hot food?

had a great time

We were there last week for holidays. we have 2 older kids and all had a great time. the one thing i hope they will consider is giving a cupboard in the room instead of just hangers on a rod.
in the absence of cupboard, room was spacious.
a nice thing is that toilet is separate from bath, which is good for couples but not necessarily easy for siblings.
location of the hotel is very good.

The pool was colder than we'd have liked. The mini fridge didn’t work.

Multiple places to eat nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to walk to the river and the Christmas markets. Blackout curtains, quiet room. In summer, I'm sure the roof bar is great.

The hotel is a bit older, so not the shinest place to stay in Prague. But the staff were lovely, and the on-site underground parking was great. The location is a bit far from old town (Prague 1), but is closer to the newer parts: just make sure you know where you are. We enioyed our stay, esp the great food places.

Hot and noisy hotel

Getting to the hotel was difficult and well as parking. The hotel is small and old, connected to an Ibis and they share a parking lot. Upon entering the hotel i was shocked to see how dirty it was, stained furnitue, unmopped and unvacuumed foyer area. Hotel is very outdated and there is no ac or at least air flow. Incredibly hot and stuffy. We opened our window but all you hear are people screaminf and sirens. There is also garbage scatted all over the front of the building. It is walking distance around but a pretty long walk around semi desirable areas. There is a pool here but the pool deck was so incredibly dirty.

Disappointed with our stay here as the room was extremely uncomfortable at night. No air conditioning in the room as it was switched off, the room was unbearable for my family and I and our sleep was disrupted. Good choice of breakfast and the bar/restaurant staff were very good, the pool was great although the same depth and no shallow end therefore tricky if you have very small children who are not yet competent swimmers.

Housekeeping was not doing their job up to standard. ie. Not filling up toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, brew kit, etc. The staff in reception ( Lady) had an attitude problem. Not approachable, talking like unprofessional. Didn't have a clue of my charge. Was charged me an extra day's breakfast, luckily were in the town and realised. Have to rush back to the Hotel for clarification.😡

Enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, first weekend of Dec '23. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was varied & of a good standard. Hotel was warm (snow outside) and is a little way out of the centre, but only about 10 mins to Wenceslas Square and the walk was interesting anyway. Didn't have time to use the pool sadly. Would happily return to this hotel.

The rooms were very good. The staff at the hotel were good some could do with more training to be a bit more friendly. The breakfast was good particularly the cakes were amazing durring breakfast time. There should have been more entertainment for older kids for example a game room, table tennis or a tablefootball ,snooker table etc . The swiming pool was big enough water was cold on the day we went swimming.. Gym was good but looked a bit dated it was busy durring the evenings. Very good location good connections for transport links. We could walk to most of the atractions, if you like walking and taking pictures as you go along. Lots of restaurants around the place. Overall good stay family friendly we had a good time. Would go again if we had too.

Staff were so helpful and caring. They helped us plan out our visit as we had one day to tour. They were very supportive of the fact that this was our first visit to prauge. With their guidance, we had no difficulty catching a number of trams and other transport facilities. Btw.. the breakfast was delicious!

Great option at good price

Overall our time there was great, staff was friendly, breakfast is a wide and nice buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, juice, ham & cheese, eggs and vegetables, my only comment is that the 4 days I stayed there it was the exact same buffet.

It’s really close to different tram stations an 10 minute walk from the national museum and the Wenceslao plaza.

Hmmm, questionable.

Not sure why I have got a room for wheelchair access while hotel was far from fully booked. So bathroom was everything else then nice and comfortable. Hotel would need a refurbishment too. Ration value for money rather low.
