Hotel is wonderful with nice decor and art work display. Clean room and pretty good breakfast!
It’s 12-15 minutes walk to train station, no need to take a taxi, unless you have a large, heavy suitcase.
20 minutes walk to Old Town Square.
Just one negative comment- on last day of our stay (5 nights) we found , that instead of superior triple room we were put to superior double room, it was not , that we were paying for. Unfortunately, it was no manager on duty to discuss this issue. We were told, that manager quit job the day before.
Anyway, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel and beautiful city during Christmas!

Overall lovely accommodations! Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing, although the hot food was never hot. Live piano music weekend mornings! Spacious and quiet room. Difficult to cool off our room for sleeping, however, and no cover options other than a duvet.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely and spotless, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The hotel was walkable to major touristy areas and close to transit stops. Breakfast was tasty and my 5 year old and I both found things we enjoyed eating.

The most pretty hotel! Amazingly beautiful. The room (superior triple) was big and excellent. Big bathroom with bathtub. Very helpful staff. Ten minutes walk from the rail station, and five minutes from metro and trams. Amazing.

We liked the hotel especially the option to use the jacuzzi. The last 2 nights we could not get the lights to turn off so we had to unscrew the bulbs both nights. Reported this to the front desk both times but was not fixed

Hotel is located reasonably close to tram and subway and only a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Room on level5 was very quiet and well appointed (seems to have been refurbished in recent times). Breakfast was included in rate and was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast crew; a trio of awesome ladies who made sure that everything was running smoothly.
The front desk was often unattended; we waited, rang the bell and called from the room but no one was there. The first instance was later in the evening and the second was around 6:00 pm.
The room was smaller than expected. There were no extra pillows which I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
On the other hand, the location is great. If I were looking for a 3-star hotel, I would book it again

Excellent choice and location of hotel for seeing Prague’s main sites. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar was good and food was ok. Drinks and food good value for money. Only slight downside was the building works right next door to the hotel. Work started around 7am each morning and it was clearly right next to our room. In saying this, it did not spoil our break and works will complete in a while (?) I guess.

The hotel is in a great location near transportation and shopping. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a very large room furnished with many options for seating and storage. Staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was included with a great deal of seating and options from the buffet.

The sauna/massage/hot tub room in the listing is a bit misleading. It is not included and you are required to reserve a time slot at an additional cost.

Overall a great value for a semi-luxurious suite in downtown Prague.

We loved the hotel. Great location and very walkable, clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast is very generous and tasty. However the best of the hotel is the personnel. I can’t say enough about people working there: whether it’s the desk or restaurant or cleaning. Everybody is polite, helpful, professional and very nice. We actually wanted to extend the stay but no surprise it was fully booked for the weekend. Would rdcommend to stay without hesitation to anybody visiting Prague

I can’t say enough about this property. Recently renovated and full of old world charm, we were treated royally by the very friendly staff. We easily walked to all of the city’s attractions, but we’re close to a local tram stop as well. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner/bar facility was more than adequate. We loved it and hope to return some day.

the place was almost in the center of where you want to go. walking distance to the square and metro. Thanks to Jasmine and MIchelle for their rec for restos. OMG. This place is amazing. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's located by a \"Gentleman's Club\" and I use that term sarcastically.
This is similar to a 5-star hotel in NYC, except that it's from the late 1800's and was originally a family home. A very wealthy family obviously. It's been re-done and renovated in a truly unique fashion.
The staff is awesome and helpful and the place itself reminded me a lot of The Waldorf...as it used to be. With good service and truly wonderful staff. Classy all the way. My only complaint, and it's probably unavoidable with a hotel like this, is that there was some drilling noise happening not far from our room around 10 a.m. Other than that it was the perfect end to our stay in Prague.

The location is excellent. Just a 5 minute stroll to Wenceslas Square and a couple more minutes to the Central Station. The ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It is a classical style that is peaceful. The breakfast is excellent and the cafe/restaurant/bar is very good also. I would definitely stay here again.
