Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a challenge with the heat as the room was kept particularly warm, and the remote seemed to have little to no impact. Still, I would stay there again as it was good value for $$$.

Need maps and local information about the city. Clear info about maid service. Location was good but not a 5 star. Still had to walk quite a ways from city center. Very nice gentleman met us and helped us with arrival. Better description online.

Wish they had a front counter with a human behind it so I could have maybe checked in early or left my bag here early. Just the machine that prints your card and tells you nothing about where your room actually is.

Location is perfect, walking distance to old town or Vinohrady without being crushed by tourists.

Shower had nice pressure but took about 15 minutes to drain, so you spend any shower standing in an inch of water.

When you arrive at the location, you need a text message from them giving you a code to enter. ( 2 letters and numbers usually ) but expedia does not send the code and the hotel does not check if you have a reservation from expedia. So, we did not have a code to enter and where lucky enough to have someone who works there arrive. So, you need a code to enter the building and a special code to get your key and go in which is sent by text messages.

Lovely, spacious room. Very comfortable bed and appreciated the extra duvet for colder nights. Decaf options and some milk cartons would have been good for the room. Shower head was fixed at the wall and unable to rotate up or down so had to use it off the wall. Loads of storage space and flexible heating/cooling options. Construction work on the building next door meant early morning noise that woke me up. Not the fault of the hotel but not ideal for a holiday break.

Hotel charged an extra city tax of 4 euros/night in cash to be left on nightstand at departure. I thought hotels.com rates covered all hotel fees and taxes. Otherwise, the room was great and proximity ideal to reach New and Old Town areas by foot.

A Very Nice Place to Stay

In general, we were very pleased with our accommodations and overall experience. The place was generally clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here to others.

A few small things that we didn't love - the windows are powered and supposed to open and close with a button on the wall. All but 2 windows were broken and would not open. Also, the shower had some black stuff around the bottom edges. Not sure if it was mold or not, but needs to be cleaned/repaired either way.

A couple things to be aware of - this location is right off a busy street that creates quite a bit of noise. Overall, this didn't bother us much, but something to be aware of. Also, the elevator for the building is very small. I think people with a lot of large luggage, or a wheelchair, or anything bulky might have problems with this. It will likely take you several trips in the elevator, or you will need to use the stairs.

In general, we were happy with our stay.

Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!

Clean, and well located, about 15 mins walk to the centre, and good tram and metro stops nearby. Automatic check-in machines in the lobby so didn't meet anyone there, but room was serviced each day. More of a room than an apartment, as just a bedroom (no sofa area or kitchen area) with bathroom, but good sized. There was a washing machine and a microwave but no plates or cutlery so hard to see why or how you would use it. Some nice restaurants locally, so we avoided the touristy, medicore food you get in the old town.

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Location is ideal for staying in Prague as the tram is out front of the property and you are close enough to the main attractions but far enough out that you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

The room we stayed in was perfect for the two of us. Wonderful tall ceilings and windows and lovely furnishings. The check in process was seamless and we were able to check in early. The room had everything we needed for our stay, (although we never figured out how to get the small refrigerator cold), it was great having a washing machine as well.
I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

We booked the Crystal Suite Prague room (1 bedroom apartment style with kitchen) for 3 nights, but upon arrival we were given the Junior Suite (1 room with no kitchen). We called the hotel and they told us there's nothing they could do for the day so we sent her an email for her to check the next day. Next morning we called but she did not pick up. We called again at night and she told us the room was overbooked and the room we booked is not available. When we asked for a partial refund for the price difference, she told us we are lucky to even get the Junior Suite for this price.

In the end she offered us via email to move to Crystal Suite Prague the next day, which we agreed to. We ended up having to to stay in Junior Suite, which is tiny for 3 people, for 2 nights.

We then asked through Expedia for a partial refund for the first 2 nights for the price difference of the 2 rooms, which they refused. Expedia also refused to help.

The Crystal Suite Prague room was very nice, so it is such a pity to have an overall terrible experience. Extremely disappointing.

Loved the two bedroom, two bath, and the washing machine. We didn’t have to take over so many clothes because of the washing machine. The mattresses were a little firm for me but that’s a personal preference thing. Very convenient location, I really have no complaints. Would rent it again.

Great Stay!

This place is great! It's a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and all the amenities, including a washing machine. Very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, EXCEPT the location is a bit far from the city center. There's a tram stop nearby and it's about a 10 minute walk to the river, but it's a good 20+ minutes to the Charles Bridge area or the city center. But you can buy a 24 hour public transport ticket for like 2 euro, so whatever. Also, be aware that the sofa bed is an extra 20 euro per night. I didn't realize this when I booked, so I just ended up sleeping on the couch without pulling it out as it was a charge for the extra linens that go on the sleeper sofa. Also, there is only someone at the reception office during business hours. So if you need anything or to use the computer... you can't. Otherwise, I quite enjoyed my stay. I don't really have any complaints, but next time I'd explore something a bit closer. For the value, you can't be the quality of this place.

If you want a nice spacious apartment to come back to after a day of seeing the sites in Prague, Residence Jecna is the place to stay. Staff were super helpful and had reserved parking at a good price a few minutes walk from the apartment. Lots of restaurants were within a short walk and we had tram and subway access close-by to get to the rest of the city. Only drawbacks were a very firm bed and hundreds of satellite TV stations with no English channels to be found.

Like staying in a historical treasure

Wonderful place. We had a beautiful balcony view out the back, and plenty of room for our kids (one upstairs in a loft). Couldn't get the TV to work, and while the super explained it we still had trouble after he left (it was operational, but had about 3 remotes & was complicated). Lots to walk to around there, and the charm of the place was unmatched. Would definitely recommend & return to.

The location was OK. A little out of the way from the main tourist area (old town). The apartment was huge and provided lots of room to relax. The balcony was great and had a nice view of Prague Castle. The apartment had people on site to help. Eva was great. She helped with the washing machine and set up a taxi for us to the train station for our overnight train to Budapest. She's very friendly and helpful. Thanks Eva!

Lovely apartment, quite roomy, good size bedroom then a good size loft room with ensuite. Very clean. Lovely building well maintained. Washing machine works well, good sized bathrooms, lovely view from balcony in main bedroom. Great location, walkable to main railway, tram runs outside door, little outdoor fresh market up the road, walkable downhill to river and main tourist area but outside the main tourist area which is what we wanted. Street was a little noisy at night but didn't affect us. Lovely restaurant cafe amandine a couple blocks away, highly recommend it for linch or dinner. Great market on the river on saturday mornings. The only negatives to the apartment were the wifi didn't work first day but was fine after that, the kitchen in the apartment is small and whilst has the basic utensils for cooking a meal lacks the basic necessities for cooking (salt and pepper, oil, etc) so we ended up eating out which was great and a shame as there was some lovely local produce. Overall worked well for our first visit to Prague.

We actually walked from the train station to the property, passing by Wenceslas square. You could avoid the strip clubs if you do not go on Ve Smeckach street. The manager Eva was very helpful in supplying us information on how to get around on the public transportation, where the mini market was, the closest place to eat, and so on.
I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone.

Nice Stay, MISERABLE Saturday morning departure.

The room was very spacious, clean, lift, balcony as well as peaceful. Centrally located. Easy access to the sights of Prague. We advised that we would need a taxi Saturday morning to the train station. Was advised, just send a email or come down to the office. First, Wifi did not work. I advised no WiFi, was told but we have it...Units 1, 2 and 4 had WiFi. We didn't. Hard to send a email. So, went down to the office, Saturday morning....Closed! There was a gentleman there to assist but did not speak English. Attempted numerous ways for him to call a taxi. All he did was smile. Attempted to waive a taxi down. You must call to get a taxi. After 1 hour of lugging our luggage on the streets, we finally secured a taxi. Only problem, we missed our train.

Our unit (#12) was much larger than I had expected based on the description. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fold out bed, small kitchen (w dishwasher) & eating area, and a balcony with a distant view of the Prague castle. Very nice!

OUTSTANDING APARTMENT AND SUPERB STAFF

We were pleasantly surprised what a \"find\" this property was. I never expected such a huge, modern apartment in such a good location at such a reasonable price. And the staff was outstanding. Ewa, Dario, and Eugenia were very helpful in providing advice about where to go in Czech Republic as well a great restaurant suggestions. Residence Jecna was the best place we stayed at during our two and half week holiday in Eastern/Central Europe.

An beautiful place to stay and a great deal

We rented an apartment with a full kitchen. The place was beautiful with high ceilings and nice furniture. The staffer who met us was very helpful and suggested a wide range of sights as well as good places to shop for food and restaurants to try. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and right on the tram line for the 22 which goes to many tourist attractions. It was also within reasonable walking distance of most of the tourist sites. The daily cleaners did a nice job. The cost was about 1/5 of what we would pay for a suite like this in the US. We were very happy with the apartment, and the staffer (who handled a minor problem with the room for us on a Sunday). They also set up transfers to and from the airport for us. We would highly recommend staying at Residence Jecna.

The water heater was not working and since we checked in on a Sunday, we could not get help. By Monday, the office was opened and it was instantly repaired.
We really appreciated the washing machine in the apartment and the fact the apartment was cleaned everyday during our stay.

Very high quality residence, good central location.

Was a bit hard to find, located half way up Jecna Street.

You can park in Ibis Hotel Underground Car Park ( about 50yds from Appartments ).

Very clean appartment, good quality of fitings, kitchen was fully equiped.

Air con was nice and quiet, satellite TV had some English Channels.

Good central location, close to tourist areas.

Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay in Prague

I rented a one bedroom apartment that is around 1000+ square feet for a few days. It is a very good place if you plan to stay short or long. It includes a kitchen that allow you to prepare food by yourself. The bathroom has a washer/dryer so you could clean up your cloth. The living room is huge and you could have a party in there. There are air conditions inside the apartment so that it is very comfortable in summer. Everything inside the apartment is clean and new. It is a very good place to stay. It is 5 minutes from the subway station and around 15 minutes to walk to the new town square.
The reception is excellent. She even gave me a brief introduction of the places to go around Prague.
