Good location, room cleaned daily though on the last day only 1 bath towel was left instead of two.
Breakfast was good but as the breakfast room was quite small we had to go around the corner to a different, even smaller room and there wasn't as much choice.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were as helpful as they needed to be but never offered anything extra. The room was very clean and had great views of the city and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The neighborhood is a bit loud at night as it's in the city center, but it is close to everything.

Rooms are somewhat old-style, on the 4th floor, with low ceilings and miniature windows.
Lobby and staff are modernized, but not the rooms.
Location is quite good, close to the Wenceslav square.
Only reason I stayed is that the rooms were low-priced due to low tourist season.

The hotel is centrally located in the city of Prague. Our rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing in the lounge with staff members, David and Mohammed, during our stay. We had the opportunity to utilize the dining room and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee was exceptional. We noted that staff were hard working individuals and always had a smile on their faces. My only critique is that we wished the breakfast buffet area was larger to accommodate all the guests.

We arrived to Prague by train and walked to the hotel about 15 minutes. Our room was ready before the designated check-in time. The room was clean and the right size for us. At my request there were extra pillows and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Our room had real wood furniture that was hard to open and squeaky so we didn't use them. The shower door needs some oil because it gave off a sound of a jackhammer when opening/closing it. We appreciated the hot water kettle and refrigerator. Although there was a bottle of water and potato chips there was a price tag on them.

We didn't interact much with the staff, but they appeared personable and friendly. We didn't eat breakfast.

Simply an amazing hotel for service, comfort and value! Excellent staff throughout the hotel and our room was beautifully maintained at the highest standards. A very full breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and was very high quality. Location was ideal to walk to the main square and lots of restaurant choices close by. We would stay here again and recomend it to friends as a great option to stay in Prague

Our room was small but adequate. The bed was soft and the pillows were very soft and uncomfortable.
Toiletries were basic, no shower cap, shoe shine kit, ear buds etc. Some were available on request.
There was a fridge, bottled water etc was all chargeable.
Room was clean and felt fresh each day.
Staff not particularly friendly, didn’t make any effort to say good morning.
When we went for our first breakfast we were told we were 2nd sitting, this was in a dining area at the back of the hotel. Food was not hot and limited choice compared to the main dining area. From say 2 we went only to the main dining area as no manager would speak to us to say why we were booked as 2nd sitting!!

I booked on the expedia app a “superior or twin room” and got a tiny room with one bed. Went to the front desk for an explanation and was told in a very rude manner that that was it, beds are not guaranteed and that I should take it or leave it. Expedia raised my complain to the hotel management and were told that at this hotel “superior” room was the equivalent to “standard”. Peculiar version of the English language they use. Future passengers: be aware of this Bait and Switch scam on what otherwise would have been a good stay.

The staff were all excellent and attentive. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Not the biggest room I've stayed in but it was only me so ample. The breakfast was ok. On my last day I was asked to join a second breakfast room at a different side of the building. The walk didn't bother me but they had a limited selection compared to the main room.

This was second time staying at this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean, nice location. Walking distance to old town, all shops, restaurants, tourist attractions
When I booked the room, booked WTH breakfast (even have a picture that shows breakfast was included) but when tried to have breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and Expedia had sent them the wrong code. It was disappointing, but I believe this was Expedia’s mess up, tried to get a hold of them while we were there but were not successful so we ended up having breakfast outside, paid 17 euros for one breakfast that we had at the hotel. I do recommend to book with breakfast included as it is a complete, good breakfast.

Good comfortable well equipped hotel in great location - 10 min walk to old town but multiple restaurant bars and mini market in the same street . Central station 10 min walk .

Rooms are spacious and well equipped but not serviced well - even after requesting tea coffee and bathroom products such as hand wash not replenished . They simply dropped off fresh towels - didn’t empty trash cans etc either in room

My room was clean and quiet. Please note I traveled alone, so if you are traveling with someone, my room might be a little tight for 2 if you have big suitcase. Also, it us not very close to the public transport and having more than a carry on can make it difficult
In general, I liked my stay here and enjoyed my time.

Good last minute stay at the hotel. Hotel was in a good location and had a good choice for breakfast.
We had a triple room which on the pictures showed as an extra bed however it was a sofa bed. I had avoided other hotels because of this.
Although an extra mattress was provided this as not ideal for a 3 night stay.

Al llegar el personal fue bastante antipático cuando solicitamos “early check in”. Sin embargo, el que nos atendió a la salida fue amable y cooperador. El buffet desayuno podría mejorar.

The hotel is pretty bare bones, and my room wasn’t particularly modern (except for the bathroom), but it’s in a convenient spot between the city center & train station, so nothing was a hassle to get to. The hotel, rooms, and staff were very nice. We only stayed there one night because we had an early flight and wanted to stay in a hotel that had taxi service. We had previously stayed in the Mala Strana area and preferred that much better. It didn't seem like there was much to do in the area where the hotel was. I think it wasn't too far from "touristy" areas but, we liked being in the thick of things. I believe this area might be more of a business hotel district but I'm not sure. Again, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. In fact it was very nice and modern.

My short stay of 2 days was good. At first the room and corridor was underwhelming but afterwards it felt good. The room was spacious, clean. Ventilation seemed less initially but the window saved me. So I was satisfied. The room can feel like a box initially but you will feel comfortable afterwards so if you don’t mind that go for it!

The room and bedding were comfortable, but there were no mini-bar provisions or milk etc beyond a packet of crisps.

Certainly a quality stay but perhaps a little overpriced for what you get.

The location is great but the hotel itself by far is not. No electrical outlets next to the bed; instead, they're installed somewhere in the middle of the room. Bathrooms are awful; very tall and very narrow tubs. Getting in them and getting out of them is a challenge. My brother slipped and fell while taking a shower. Thank God he didn't get hurt. The plastic door that swivels on the bathtub only covers half of the tub; the other half is fully open making floors wet while taking showers. There water was all over the floor. I have no idea what was the idea behind installing just half of the door and leaving the rest of the tub without any door making possible for the water to spill all over the floor. Room service was weird; we left the room early in the morning and when we came back at 3pm the room still wasn't done. When I came to the reception they said they prioritize rooms that are checking out today and those that aren't are left for later and if I wanted to have my room serviced in the morning I should've told them that in the morning. Unbelievable. How was I supposed to know about that?! They did address my concern, though, and cleaned my room quickly after I complained. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel doesn't speak for its name. I won't be staying here again.
