Terrible experience. We had 2 rooms booked nonrefundable via Expedia. We checked in later in the evening around 10pm. Once we took our daughter to her room around 11.30pm we realised there were bed bugs on one of the beds. We alerted the front office. We asked them to give us a different room. We waited till 1am and they still could not give us any other room. They even did not bother to come and check. My husband got furious and asked them to cancel one of the rooms and left the property. I advised Expedia and the hotel around 1am. They both confirmed that they will sort it out. I still could not get my money back for the room that we did not stay. Some hotel representatives said that its a garden area and bugs are normal! Thats not what i expect from 5 star hotel. I am also not happy how Expedia dealt with it. I wont book again via Expedia.

Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff!
If you don't have a pre-arranged transfer from the airport, you would need to call one day prior arrival or find one at the airport.
Pre-arranged would cost about 69 Euro.

Very clean pool and the bay has a nice beach where you can walk into a water with a few areas without much of rocks.

I would go there again if I could.

Went with a large group (family) Loved the scenery and landscape. We loved the food at Lavanta which is part of the all inclusive. Lots of Turkish cooking, just like my mom used to make. For some other restaurants you have to pay.

It’s hilly and hard to walk around without waiting for a shuttle, so I don’t recommend this for those who aren’t full able-bodied and / or in good physical shape

WI-FI is spotty so don’t plan on connecting to VPN to work from here, although we were able to use it regularly to save on data

We all loved the water - it’s so clear, blue and turquoise not like anything you will see elsewhere

Mini Bodrum is cute and fun for the (pre)teenagers especially

Overall we loved our visit

All staff were 'Excellent' in manner & more than willing to help in anyway possible. However the Reception staff were 'OUTSTANDING'. Being fluent in English was most definitely a bonus.
The food was 'Amazing' with a wide variety on every level 'Excellent.
The attention to cleanliness within the rooms & surrounding environment also OUTSTANDING.

You get what you paid for

Our stay was great. Our son enjoyed so much, though I would just like to say that most of the staff were not wearing their masks.

The room was really clean! I am very sensitive with the cleanliness of the room especially the T&B, you won't see any dirt even on the sides and corners in our room.

Too many choices of food at the Lavanta restaurant. I wish there was a bigger place for the outdoor dining.

We also had dinner at the Laguna lounge. We expected too much from it especially that it is one of the ala carte restaurants and you have to pay extra money for it like dining in a regular restaurant. Me and my husband are hoteliers, and let me just put it this way... Knowledge of the food and drinks menu are the key weapon you have to bring with you as an F&B service staff.

But it was a great experience. A lot of opportunities to grow but such a beautiful property and the shuttle guys were very friendly.

Overall nice sea and clean environment, lots of trees around. Area is large so You need a shuttle to go from sea to the restaurant or rooms. Do not suggest to old people and those with little children. People put their towels and reservate seat at sunset bar, this should be controlled so that everyone can use the bar.
All the food is served at the main restaurant, there is nothing to eat at the sea side, you have to take the shuttle or climb to restaurant. Some kind of snack would be fine at sea side. You have to wait a queue at the tea and coffea house even for a bottle of water. A refrigerator full of soft drinks at the sea side would solve this problem.
Staff at the restaurant were probably new, a lot of serving problems occurred. At breakfast you have to wait for water than for tea than for spoon.. etc. Nothing goes on spontaneously, you have to call and wait for everything.. you do not feel like a guest of a 5 star hotel unfortunately.
Staff of the lobby, vale or cleaning were othervise helpfull

I didnt like the main courses at the buffet at all. Everything was low in quality, the meats(turkey, chicken, ground beef were all terrible.
During our whole stay, we just had the salads and plain pasta.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in

Came for a COVID-style honeymoon. Absolutely fabulous. Amazing location, 2 private bays with crystal clear waters. Design and architecture were impeccable. Staff was extra friendly, especially Songul from the reception desk.
Food is overall excellent.
Some stuff we didn't like: 1. The silence bay beach is very windy after 14:00. We were told it was always like that. This means you can't swim in it after noon. 2. The walk to the Village beach is quite long and the shuttles don't go there. 3. For an all-included, there aren't enough options outside the dining hall. Except for alcohol, there's no food or drink at the beach. 4. The bartenders don't really know how to make cocktails. They just pour ingredients into cups without measuring them. The result is, mostly, undrinkable.

But really, a phenomenal hotel, quiet, rich and opulent, relaxing. Every detail was planned with care and thought and it shows.

We will definitely come back!

xcellent Hotel For Bodrum

Excellent Hotel Wth Excellent Ammenities and Extraordinarily Helpfull Reception Staff. Parking Sometimes might be a problem due to that the vale servis is not offered becase of Covid19. Desinfectioned Rooms From Checkin to Checkout, Staff Wearing Masks All The Time, and precautionary measures for guests to wear masks on public crowded areas, beach is excelletn and the water is always turquise and clean, all inclusive service indluding alchololic beverages which are available throught the resort including the beach bar, Far from the busy streets and beaches of bodrum in a secluded area filled with trees.

Very Nice Huge Hotel in a Very Nice beach Area of Bodrum, You can Almost Swim with the fishes, so clean and many bays to swim from.
Reception staff are extraordinarilly helpfull and checkin is a snap, shuttle service to rooms almost every 5-10 minutes, shuttle staff also very courteous and eager to help. Rooms are very well decorated and beds and comfort are out of this world. Nice and generous food items with all inclusive you are guranteed a declicous meal every time and alchololic / non-alchololic drinks all day long at the beach and 24 hours in the reception area.

Friendly staff. Beautiful nature. Very limited food offerings for ultra inclusive resort. There is simply not a single place to eat at the beach not even a casual restaurant. You have to take the shuttle to the main dinning restaurant which takes 20 min round trip. It is very inconvenient. I have been to over 40+ resorts in Turkey and this has a very beautiful nature but very poor food services.

Nice resort hotel right on the beach

All inclusive resort hotel. Facilities are kept well. Meals are very good for mass production. Friendly entertainment team. Bodrum is one of the rare Mediterranean vacation towns where the weather does not get too humid even in July or August.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and clear sea water.

We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days and we most liked about the nature, nice setting in a pine forest, crystal clear sea water. Our room was very clean, house keeping was good. I would say the food was average.
It claims \" all inclusive\" but it is not, many things are extra including mini bar in the room.
The hotel has no elevator, if you do not like the hilly terrain this is not the place for you. There are free shuttles running at the compound but not so frequent sometimes crowded.

Temizlik gayet iyi. Plajda yer bulmak sorun oluyor zira sabah çok erken yer tutup gelmeyen de var. Çocuk var diye cevap veriyorlar peki biz denize gitmeyelim mi. Aslında müşteri profili sıkıntılı. Restoranda da benzer problemler var. Tesis eski ama bakımlı, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve nazikler. Servis mükemmel, tesis içi shuttle çok iyi ve hep yardımcı oluyorlar. Deniz çok güzel.

Am Check in muss man seine Koffer abgeben, jedoch wird dieses Areal nicht Kamera überwacht (Outdoor öffentlich zugänglich) mir wurde ein Gepäckstück geklaut, das Hotel will sich hierfür nicht verantwortlich machen und hält sich fein raus! Schlechte Führungskräfte, leere Versprechungen. mit VORSiCHT zu genießen mein ganzer Urlaub war im Keller. am Pool und an der Meer Bar muss man viel Wartezeit mitbringen man muss ständig sich an eine Schlange anstellen. Alles was sie auf dem Menu stehen haben ist die Hälfte momentan nicht verfügbar. Nicht akzeptable bei dieser Preis Kategorie!

Anne-kız küçük bir dinlenme konaklaması için gittik ve bayıldık! Her şey harikaydı. Yemekler leziz, temiz ve bol çeşitli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazik. Hem resepsiyonda hem de spa’da çok yardımcı oldular. Mevsimsel olarak masaj olanakları kısıtlıydı ama yine de ellerinden gelen her şekilde bize harika bir tatil yaşattılar. Sezon sonu olmasına rağmen büfe seçenekleri çok fazlaydı. Chef i tebrik ederim, kötü olan tek bir lezzet yoktu. Çok fazla otel gezdim ama mutfaği bu denli basarili az otele rastladim. Tum ekip musteri memnuniyeti icin canla basla cabaliyordu. Cok memnun kaldik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bu sene ilk kez konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Otel çok temiz, lokasyon olarak mükemmel. Personel çok profesyonel ve çözüm odaklı. Özellikle yürümekte zorlanan annemi tesis içinde muhteşem bir ilgi ile taşıyan shuttle sürücüleri Abdurrahman ve Cemalettin bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Öncelikle yemekler ve garsonlar harikaydı. Yemek alanında her ihtiyacımız hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Akşam yapılan etkinlikler çok keyifliydi. Kokteyllerini çok beğendik. Odalar gayet temizdi. Rüzgar olduğu için Deniz hafif dalgalıydı. Bütün alanlar bir arada olduğu için özellikle küçük çocuklu aileler için güzel. Sadece duş ve soyunma kabini bize yetersiz geldi.

Resepsiyon karşılama 5 yıldızlıktı. Güleryüzlü ve profesyonel. Erken giriş yapmam konusunda da destek olundu. Otelin denizi çok güzel gerçekten. Birkaç nokta:
1. Öğleden sonraları çıkan rüzgarla beraber koyun sağ bölümü pisleniyor maalesef.
2. Geceler için böyle büyük bir otelde daha eğlenceli aktiviteler beklerdim.
3. Denize yakın olmak istiyorsanız 1 ve 2. bloklar avantajlı. Restorana yakın olmak istiyorsanız 3 ve 4
4. Restoran birkaç bölümden oluşuyor. Girince sağ taraftaki bölümde çalışanlar daha yetkindi. Sol ve ortadaki çalışanlar ise tecrübesizlerdi maalesef.
