Everything was smooth with checkin and checkout, the staff was nice, and the room was super nice - exceeded my expectations!! Overall location seemed safe and was near many shops and restaurants, and a close walk to the new town

I got one of the apartment rooms. It was decorated in a modern way with ac, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and a nice shower. The bed was only a sofa bed which was disappointing and as I was on the ground floor I could feel the rumble of the metro underground.

A lovely apartment hotel that is tucked away close to the Main Prague station. The apartments are compact but fairly convenient. While they are not the best, they are good enough for a 4-5 day stay. Views from your room depend on the type of room you booked. Rooms have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven range, fridge, dishwasher. The cooking utensils are minimal - just one frying pan and one pot. So if you want to cook a proper meal, it would be difficult. They have provided an oven but no baking dishes. So I don't know how they expect you to use it. There is also a washing machine. It does NOT have a drying function so you need to air dry your clothes which in winter can be a hassle but thr radiators do a good job of drying the clothes. Front desk is 24/7 and helpful. Walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping area and transit stops. Beds are terrible. Amenities are poor quality.

Pro's: It was the perfect place for us. Close to the train and the metro. Away from the Prague crowds, yet near different restaurants and bars. It only took a few minutes to get to Old Town Square and the various sights. Our room was very nice. Squeaky clean. Comfortable bed. It seemed like the whole place was brand new. The apartment was as lovely as it looked in the photographs. It was very clean and there were all the supplies you need to clean up after youself while there (cloths, cleaning spray, dishwasher tablets etc). The hotel is central and close to the main tourist areas with a nearby metro station and trams. I felt safe in the area walking around as a female by myself. There is an underpass next to the metro station which I avoided at night but it was easy to use road crossings instead.

It was really nice to stay since we just needed to place to rest for few hours to catch an early morning train to Budapest. We were able to use in unit washer for our dirty clothes from 9 hour flight and 7 hour airport layover. The bed was really comfortable and cozy.

Perfect location that’s veryconvenient to food markets, Wenclesas square, National Museum, metro, gay bars, and lots of dining options just a few blocks away. Room was clean and well appointed. Few negatives were bed was not so comfortable and shower needed some shelving or areas to place shower accessories etc. There was also a rumbling noise possibly from the nearby train station/metro that was a bit loud but bearable. There is also some construction going on across the street but the area was mostly quite and felt extremely safe. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Prague.

Too expensive. And this is like an apartment, not a hotel--no housekeeping service, included garbage removal. The apartment units have washer/dryer, but not the micro suites in the back. I think the hotel management could offer one free wash and dry per stay for those suites.

The apartments are modern and well equiped. The bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are a bit flat. Air-conditioning is reasonably quiet. Sound insulation between apartments is very good, and there isn't any street noise.
The blinds let a lot of light go through, so bring your own eye shade.
There is some vibration from the trains going through the tunnel under the hotel, but it is not noticeable while sleeping (and I'm a light sleeper!).

A very enjoyable stay at Aparthotel Římská 14. Friendly staff, beautifully furnished and clean apartments, and a great location for those who like to explore new cities by foot (although public transport is conveniently located nearby for those that don’t).
