Another excellent stay at Royal court apartments. Such a great property. All the rooms I’ve stayed in are an excellent size. Was 30 degrees in Prague but the air con made it very comfortable. Staff are really pleasant as well.

Great location, helpful staff. Only grumble was the placing of a towel heater next to the toilet in room 17 meaning it is impossible to actually sit properly on the toilet. Oh and the taking out of rubbish at 0530hrs on Monday morning that must have woke everyone up in a half mile radius.

About a 10 minute walk to the top of the square, plenty of bars and restaurants though nearby still providing plenty of money. When I visit Prague again I will certainly stay here but perhaps request a different room.

We had 4 people in our group (3 adults and 1 child). The apartment was just right go our needs and very clean. It was also within 2-3 minutes walking distance to some fantastic restaurants!! If you like pastries, visit the IPPA cafe and if you like Indian Food try the Masala Indian Restaurant!! We also enjoyed being close to the tram to be able to explore the whole city. Easy transportation. Prague is the best!

Great location for exploring Prague

Lovely spacious apartment with separate areas for dining, cooking, sleeping and a bathroom with large shower cubicle. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for our short break. The best thing is the location. The IP Pavlova metro station is right next door and only a few stops to the old town, you can be there in 10 minutes. Plus there is a tram stop a 3 minute walk away too where the number 22 takes you across the river in the same amount of time. The only slight downsides were it is on a busy street which can be quite noisy and we wanted to use the spa but was told it was no longer in use which was a little disappointing. I would still recommend a stay here though as the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

As a family of 5, it is hard to find accomodations that won't break the bank. When I first came across Royal Court Apartments and saw the price, I thought \"no way!\" But this property did NOT disappoint! Communication was amazing in the days leading up to our stay. They answered every question we had with amazing speed. Upon arrival they met us early so that we could park before check-in and get our sightseeing started. The receptionist gave us several recommendations on where to eat and information on the local area. Parking was TIGHT but we managed. (We were told they could find us another spot if we couldn't fit.) Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including extra blankets and pillows. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this property!!

This place was located very close to the tram and metro. It made getting around Prague so easy! It was clean and spacious not cramped like other hotels we have stayed in. The shower was not great though. The tub was old and a bit stained and there was no way to hang the hose up to be able to use both hands. You had to put the hose down. And be careful when you do that because the water pressure is fantastic! You might have a very wet bathroom to clean up. 😜

The entrance to the apartment was through the tourist information office which is very helpful for asking how to get to site seeing areas. Also there is a shop right across the road and also the tram and metro station is only a few minutes away.

Can not complain about the Royal Cout Apartments, they were clean and very spacious,
The Legenda bar close by is very good for food and down stairs there is a lovely bar with good atmosphere.
It is a 15 min walk to the old town square and about a 25 min walk to the Charles bridge so location wise not to bad.

The location of the apartments suited us really well with easy access to public transport only one corner away. There was the tourist information centre downstairs alongside a fantastic cafe (all contained within the building) where we could have a terrific and inexpensive breakfast each morning as well as have any of our questions answered by the staff. We were able to book a full day walking tour through the team at Royal Court Apartments and had the most fantastic guide with an impressive understanding of Czech history. Most of the staff at the apartments were young and fluent in English, and were extremely perceptive of the need for friendliness and customer service - they were absolutely outstanding! The building itself is a lovely old one but very well maintained with modern conveniences (the exception being only the lift which was small and a little slow - definitely manageable, though). Our apartment was fabulous and spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. We would have liked to have had laundry facilities but again, this was manageable for us at this stage of our travels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely book again. Everything felt warm and welcoming and the area around us was full of wonderful authentic Czech restaurants and the local Christmas markets - such a great vibe!

Everything was good and clean but I would like to make some recommendations. I found the mattress a bit too cheap, the double bed frame was very low, and there were no bedside tables. The shower should NEVER have a shower curtain but a glass or acrylic screen instead. Shower curtains are disgusting in their best days. But the staff was amazing and made it all good.

We arrived to an empty \"reception\" desk. Young person gave us the paper work and our key. Building is beautiful and close to transportation. As we entered the apartment we were welcomed by a terrible sewage smell. Then, AC did not work in the living room...in a very very hot summer day. Also, we noticed huge flies inside the apartment. Good size room, clean, facing a great internal courtyard, allowing to sleep with windows opened. adequate kitchen facilities.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The little cafe provides decent snacks/breakfasts although not exciting.
While outside the old town, the hotel is located 5 meters (!) from a tube station, and access to the town centre takes less than 20 minutes
Only issue: the bed was much too soft for me, and I woke up with significant backache.
One potential issue: Rooms facing the main street might have to deal with a fair amount of traffic noise.

Royal Court Apartments is an excellent place to stay in Prague. It is away from the crowds of the touristy sections, but has great restaurants, bars, currency exchange, a subway stop, and a hop on-hop off bus stop close by, as well as a daily farmer's market. The coffee shop on the first floor is very convenient. The individuals who staff the lobby are friendly and helpful, and speak English. It is very well kept, and the cleaning staff are helpful as well. You will need to leave a deposit if you want a second key, which was a little off-putting.

Note that if you have mobility concerns, this is not the place for you. There are steps, the elevator is very small, and the shower/tub are difficult to navigate. (There are no grab bars.). Also, the beds are low.

Very centrally situated and entrance to metro is actually next door. Apartment very spacious and well equipped. The only issue is that there is a lot of extra bedding quilts etc stuffed into wardrobes which are very dusty at the bottom and dust under beds too. Not a major issue and we would be happy to return. Young staff were always very helpful.

This place is a nice one, its location is one of the best, 10 minutes far from downtown. It is very clean. In general, it is great. I just have one comment related to the reception. there is a sort of lack of communication from the reception. For example, I asked the receptionist in the morning if I can receive my colleague from work at the cafe in the reception around 8 pm. She told me the cafe will be closed, so I mentioned I would invite her to coffee at my apartment especially the place has a separated living room. She told me \"no problem\". At night I was surprised while my colleague arrives, the receptionist told me in front of her that she must be registered if she spent the night, this embarrassed me and my colleague was shocked. I told the receptionist she would not spend the night. The following day I explained what happened to her colleague at the reception, complaining that she needed to talk to me privately about if my colleague would spend the night or not. What he mentioned was confusing, he said my guest must be registered if she would spend the night or not, I replied: \"what you mention is different from your colleague said yesterday\". After back and forth, he accused me of talking arrogantly to him and at the end, he changed the rules again to be consistent with what his colleague mentioned the day before.

Pictures are very accurate! Apartment felt clean and safe.

NOTE: Apartments during our 3-week trip in Europe had very reduced spaces and small showers. This was NOT true of this property.

Ideally situated. We were upgraded as we had stayed as part of a wedding party using both apartments and sister hotel in July.
The apartment was spacious and very clean. Central heating worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Staff on desk were mostly interested and helpful.
The only point i raised wss lack of english chanels on tv. Had we stayed in the summer months the tv would not been as issue as we would not have spent the evenings indoors . In late november however we preferred to get back to the apartment around 8pm We thought as the hotel has smart tvs the apartment would too. This was our only complaint

Metro and tram stations 5 minutes away. Mini-market, restaurants, butcher shop, bakery, beer/wine all within 1-2 blocks away. The good: conveniently a door down from I.P Poplova Subway Elevator. Easy to get to and from anywhere in the city.

Quiet in the room I was staying with no hectic city sounds, though in the heart of New Town Praha.

Great maid service keeping room tidy daily.

Very nice birthday greeting and small champagne on my bed returning in the evening, much appreciated.

Cons: The bathroom had a strong mildew odor. There were not toiletries in the bathroom, nor tissues.

The bed was very Hard and flimsy pillows

The building had no clear signage to see Royal Court Apts from Legrova, so taxi driver got confused.

Sink backed up with hair.

You get what you pay for, and Royal Courts great nightly rate helped me get back to lovely Praha a second time in 2018. No luxury by any means, but good bargain.

Location is great, close to metro and trams, shops and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and professional. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well-equipped but hot, with no way to change the heating setting. Thus, we always had the windows open. At night, this meant we had ferocious street noise, with boy racers, emergency vehicles and loud drunken revelling groups passing which meant we didn't sleep as well as we could have.

The apartment was on a tram line right into the old town and castle. The position is out of the old town but that is reflected in the good price for Prague. Any closer on would be exorbitant. The girls at check in were extremely helpful all through our stay. A little confusing when finding the place as it is IN THE INFORMATION CENTER. When we checked in the girl pressured us into a full day tour of Prague and we did say yes even tho it was 55euro. The next morning we were a little bemused when it was a walking tour. We had expected a bus! But as it turned out it was perfect. A bit of walking , a tram ride and a boat ride, also included lunch at the oldest restaurant in Prague.....have the chicken NOT the goulash! Irene was an incredible gipuide and we had almost seven hours of walking talking and touring. Excellent value and she knew a lot!
The room itself was clean and the linens and towels fresh and clean. It was a very basic decor and actually a little ugly but comfortable and just right for our three night stay. The coffee shop downstairs was great to buy croissants and coffee for breakfast and there were some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend

Location is great. Right next to a metro stop, restaurants near-by, 10-15 min walk to the Old City
Coffe shop and great tour company on the main floor of the hotel

Cons:
Lots of space, but not in the right area. The bedroom is huge, but that leaves for little space in the living room, if you are using the sleeper sofa
The beds are low and the pillows are awful. They are so big and sinking soft that there is no neck support.
The water temp in the shower is not controlled. It will change to burning hot or cold for no reason at all, which was not safe when our daughter was taking a shower.
There is no signage about where it is. Thankfully I saw the coffee house pics in the ad to go in and ask, but signage would be nice

OMG, this property is fantastic. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, expecting a spacious hotel to stay in. Turns out this hotel exceeds our expectations. Bedroom, living room, toilet, all of them are huge. Full kitchen ware is available. This hotel is close to tram station or subway, and a 20 minute walk to Old Town Square.

Lovely place to stay and good value for money

The studio room that we had was very clean very spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Reception was very friendly and helpful providing us with useful tourist information.
Did try to sell us their own tour which may have been good but was very pricey in comparison to other tours available particularly as they were free ones.

Property was really nice and a good size, location was good aswell as not too far from anywhere, however 1 particular staff was very rude and disrespectful, the woman worked at nighttime mainly. If I was to come back it wouldn't be here.

I had a good time during my stay.
Just very convenient to get to the stations and where to eat.
Staff is very helpful and do speak English very well. Definitely recommend to family or group travellers as the room is sparious and comfy.

Spacious apartment, easy walk to the city centre.

Great apartment, located on one of the main streets in to the city centre. Easy walk from the train station. Air conditioning in the main room. Nice breakfast cafe downstairs. We had a great time.

Absolutely delighted

Royal Court Apartments in Prague was absolutely wonderful. Our apartment was so spacious, air conditioned and better than a 5 star hotel. It is also centrally located and we were very sad that we had only got it for one day. I would recommend it whole heartedly to anybody travelling with family to Prague

Great apartments in a good location close to metro/tram stop.

Very clean and spacious. With helpful friendly staff.

Main entrance is up three quite step step (I was using crutches) when no stayed ahead couldn't see any step free access, although once in the apartments there is alift.

Excellent value for money, with air con, Wi-Fi included.

There was an issue with the prior guests and we couldn’t get that room, but they accommodated us very well by upgrading us to a different room, giving us a champagne bottle and chocolates and some shots!

Shout out to Ali, he was more than helpful and curious resolving issues and helping up getting around. It’s definitely a place to visit!
