The lobby was a little sketchy looking so I was a bit apprehensive when we first walked in, but the staff were nice and I was completely satisfied with the room and breakfast. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Location was decent, a couple blocks away from a subway station. The area looks a little run down, but I never felt unsafe. In all, I had a great stay here.

The hotel isn’t very quiet. You can hear people talking and slamming doors at all hours. So most rooms don’t have AC but windows do open! I would recommend bringing an outlet strip because there’s not many and the ones by the bed, you need the light as there’s not much lighting in the room period. Has daily breakfast that’s decent!

My partner and I came a long way. We decided to stay in Prague for my birthday on the 21st Dez. And the first day just transitioning in the hotel was terrible because of the inconvenience of no close parking, paying extra fees for unrealistic conditions that were not made aware of until we got to the hotel. Overall it was fine. More like. 2 star than 3. The breakfast decent, the staff were a little confusing considering there are not versatile in any language than Czech, the environment was fine. I wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. This was a short trip for us thankfully but if we ever decide to come back to Prague, we would definitely chose a more lavish and convenient hotel.

Dog poop seen in the lobby/carrodor/ entrance during check-in time. We informed at the reception. It was still there until midnight-ish, whole area was stincky. Receptionists (one man, two women) are serious people and did not have pleasant experience even asking simple questions like “where is nearest bus/tram stop?”

I did not like much. When I've arrived the guy in the reception did not reply my hello, the room had the window in the roof, so I could not open it on the first night because the rain, the breakfast was cheap quality.
Most of all I felt a bit cheated because I thought there was the transfer to the airport included in the price as written in Hotels.com web-site but the desk guy told me that they mean by that \"the would make a call to a taxi.\"...alright.
The positive points are the good location and the room was tidy and clean.

Not a place I would stay again

Fortunately, we had a room facing the inner courtyard, so we did not have to deal with the loud street noise that some others have complained about. However, we found the the breakfast buffet to be a catastrophe. I wish I had taken pictures. I suppose that hotels must offer some warm food items to satisfy a criteria for hotels.com and other booking agencies. It would be better if this hotel did not offer any warm items. They are a waste of food. There was only once eggs in four days and these had large pieces of tomato in so that they were pink and disgusting. All four days there was bacon or speck that was undercooked. On the three days that there were no scrambled eggs, there was either frozen vegetables from a bag left to get ever softer, broccoli with cheese on top that was disgusting and got ever softer, and some disgusting other vegetable assortment left to get ever softer and softer. Thankfully, there was bread, cheese and ham or cold cuts. The breakfast room attendants won't even let you take a cup of coffee up to your room. No, this is the worst breakfast buffet I have seen yet in Europe after many years of travelling no question. I do not recommend this hotel though it is convenient to the old town and well connected to public transportation. I give this joint a NO WAY JOSE.

También en este hotel puedes vivir la experiencia del spa de cerveza Bernard.

50/50 chance I had hot water or not in the shower and the sink. The noise level was pretty high and even had people running up and down the halls knocking on all guest’s doors. The in-room telephone does not actually contact the front desk at all. Overall pretty disappointing.

Hotel was clean and the room was okay. BUT it was so damn hot and there was no fan or AC in the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. On the top of that, it was SO NOISY because of a very busy road by the hotel. You HAVE to open the windows because there’s no fan or AC, but you couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The Whirlpool didn’t work. Otherwise the breakfast was good and the staff was okay. If you are sensitive to heat (it was 35 degrees!!), I wouldn’t recommend you to stay in this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights,first night I was in the room facing to the main road,very noisy,then I asked to be moved into the room facing to the back. The staff was very helpful, so I could have nice quiet sleep.Breakfast was good ,you can find a bit of everything what you like.
If you like making coffee at your room,bring one with you.They are having the issue with the suply,as I was told.Well you won't have any coffee in the room.
Except of this,perfect location,friendly staff,close to the town,metro,tram.I enjoyed the stay.

Cozy room, perfectly cleaned except one shelf in the bathroom. Place was quiet. Breakfast was good..maybe I expected little bit more..but you can choose from warm/cold offer..you can find the basic offer there. Only from the basic there is missing scambled eggs (they have just boiled eggs) and fruits and insted of juice there is some fruity soft drink :) For 1 night stay it's good enough.

Please note that the spa is not free for guests, the rooms at the front are noisy because of the main road. There was only enough coffee in the room for 2 coffees and the hotel refused to provide more.

Nice hotel but stayed in the roof

Staff unfriendly and did not pass on message regarding delayed airport transfer. Room was in roof with bed under sloped ceiling, not good for tall people, and had skylight directly above bed with no blackout facility, also noisy when it rained. Used glasses and teaspoons were not cleaned or replaced. Location was reasonable walking distance from city centre but opposite side from the castle, tram line accessible nearby. Served our purpose as we were willing to walk but would probably recommend paying a little more for something closer to the castle.

The hotel was located within a walking distance from the city center, but still on rather calm area. Our room was better than we thought based on the pictures, but we had holes on our sheets and the windows did not have any insulation, which resulted a cold breeze from the windows. We could also hear everything from the streets as if the windows would be open, but luckily the area was quite calm during our stay.

Not so central but nice

This is a small hotel, located not really in the center... The main attraction and most central is the old town square and you can't walk there everyday, you will have to use transportation. The hotel is very close to subway station though, this was a consolation. Breakfast was ok, hotel condition also ok. There's no air conditioning so take that into account if you're going in the summer. Staff was nice. All in all price was low so it's good value for money if you don't expect prime location.

Reasonable Hotel with caveates

The Hotel is inexpensive and clean. The only major gripe is that when we wanted a wake up call, we found the phone had been pulled out of the wall.
Other issues.
Room Cleaning: Our room was never cleaned if though the hotel was clean.
Room location: We had an attic room with a sloping ceiling (bumped head) and a sky light. The sky light could not be darkened so unless you can sleep with the light on take another room.
Breakfast: Breakfast room was too crowded and what was on offer was limited.
Wireless: Good luck in getting a signal in your room.
TV: Very small TV and constantly no signal.

Really nice, thoughtful staff.

The room was very clean. It had a huge walk in closet. There was no air conditioning and Vienna was having a heat wave; however, we were given a fan at check-in. It was nice too have co,plimentary apples and oranges at the front desk. Bottled water was also the cheapest in town.

No WiFi in guest rooms

The website listed the hotel as having \"free WiFi\". I assumed that meant WiFi in the rooms. Not so. The only place where WiFi worked was in the lobby. No hard wire in the rooms either. My room smelled unpleasant (maybe an old smoking room converted to non-smoking). The noise from the road was so loud that I decided not to open the window at night. The carpet was sticky in one place (gum?). The bed and shower were great and clean. Breakfast was fine and the location was good, too. I wouldn't come back but it was ok for the price/location.

Not Good Enough

It was cheap and within walking distance of Wenceslaus Square if you're relatively healthy, and Old Town as well - but the beds are rock hard, the pillows aren't much thicker than a blanket, and there was no air conditioning and the windows didn't open. It was only in the 50s when we stayed there, yet the room was well over 80 degrees all night long - absolutely miserable. There wasn't really any water pressure in the shower, either. The breakfast wasn't great - basic Euro breakfast but not even that good - and the personnel were rude if they even acknowledged you at all.

Séjour à Pragues en couple

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours avec mon mari à l’hôtel Center Plaza et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique et compréhensif, le service était très bien.
La chambre était très bien également, lit confortable, TV fonctionnelle. On entend fort la rue mais ce n’est pas forcément désagréable.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral, nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt und zu Fuß innerhalb von 20-30min erreichbar. Für uns war es optimal!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das einzige was uns enttäuscht hat war der kleine Frühstücksraum (Ersatz während Wartungsarbeiten im „richtigen“ Frühstücksraum) und das wirklich kleine Buffet. Es gab wirklich wenig Auswahl und jeden Tag dasselbe. Kein frisches Obst, kein frisches Gemüse. Das Müsli wird über Nacht stehen gelassen und lediglich mit einer Serviette abgedeckt.

Saapuessamme huone haisi todella vahvasti tupakalta. Pyysimme uutta huonetta mutta sellaista ei ollut tarjolla, kuin ilmastoimaton huone. Siivooja kuulemma kävisi vielä uudelleen siivoamassa. Pyysimme päiväksi ilmaista ilmastointia korvaukseksi. Siihen ei suostuttu. Siivoojan jälkeen haju oli yhä läsnä, vain miedompana. Oli kiva kuivata itsensä röökin hajuisella pyyhkeellä. Haju hälveni päivien kuluessa tai sitten vain totuimme siihen. Aamupala olisi voinut olla hieman parempi myös. Muuten ok hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Paitsi meteli öisin jäätävä naapurihuoneista. Kaikki kuului läpi ja ilmeisesti oli bileporukkaa majoittumassa.

Det er rigtigt nok med at receptionisterne virker ret travle, MEN!
Vi havde et problem på vores værelse med badet hvor der var en skade, som fangede gammelt vand. Da vi talte med receptionisten blev vi meget hurtigt flyttet til et nyt værelse.
Så længe man opfører sig ordentligt og venligt er de meget søde og imødekommende.
Morgen buffeten og rengøringen er ikke fantastisk, men i forhold til prisen er det meget godt.
Beliggenhed er også meget god.

Het ontbijt is basic. Elke dag ongeveer hetzelfde. Jammer dat er geen vers sap is en het brood is niet lekker. Geen koffiekoeken of pistolets.
Elke dag omelet, Weense worstjes, fruit uit blik. Wel altijd verse groenten. Bediening is discreet en vriendelijk.
Kamers zijn net, maar basic. Geen grote luxe, maar alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.
Goede ligging, dichtbij de metro. Op 7 minuten sta je overal waar je wil zijn.

Fint til prisen. Vi havde værelse ud til en stille. sidegade. Der så ud til at være AC på værelset, men det var ikke tændt og vi fandt aldrig fjernbetjeningen. Madrasserne var ikke så komfortable.
