I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable.

The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless.

Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me.

My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering \"no cover.\" Not a pretty sight.

Pure White was a great hotel to stay in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with signposting us to various parts to see in the city. Hotel itself is a walk out of the city centre and that meant it was very quiet at night which was great. I would definitely stay here again

Don't stay here!

We were not impressed with Pure White. It's on a somewhat seedy street and the reception closes at 8, which makes it difficult to deal with problems when they arise. In our room neither the air conditioning nor the fridge were working. We arrived close to closing time and the staff at reception tried their best to help but couldn't do anything and so we spent a hot, uncomfortable night and the food we had purchased for our travel went bad and we had to throw everything out.

Great find.

What a good hotel. I was somewhat frustrated at the pushiness for online check-in, despite the website having poor functionality. That said, the location, rooms and breakfast were excellent. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from public transit, and there are several small stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. We would very happily stay here again.

Very convenient stay I had there, with just a few steps from Bruselska tram stop and a beautiful 10 minutes walk to the national museum. The road and the hotel is calm. The interior design is modern and clean, with everything you need in the room.

The small staff (and I think I spot the family owners on the reception) made me feel cozy and safe at home.

The breakfast is typical european, with nothing extra special or anything major lacking. I advise booking the breakfast directly with them as it is cheaper from expedia. Very recommended stay to anyone visiting Prague.

Good size rooms, rooms were very clean, daily cleaning with very friendly cleaning staff. An older gentleman at the check in was not kind, very grumpy, did allow us to check in early though. A younger gentle man at our check out he was super kind, very helpfull, really nice and lovely person. They did allow us to also check out 1 hour later and stored our luggage. Hotel nicely located as well. We paid for breakfast, that was horrible, left over from previous day, soggy and watery omlettes, rock hard cakes, dishes smelled like egg, breakfast was suuuper limited and really really bad with old food

Never in my entire life have I been treated so poorly by a receptionist. She hung up on me multiple times complaining in Russian to her colleague while I was still on the phone. Not doing her job properly. Threatening me. This was absolutely awful.

Fantastic modern and convenient hotel in Prague

This was my third stay in the hotel. As before, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and bright, with plenty of space for full bath. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Prague.

Excellent stay and value for money!

I was warmly greeted by friendly personnel (Mr. David and Mrs. Vlasta) and very pleasantly surprised by the clean, efficient, comfortable and modern interior of the room. Hotel was very modern, immaculate and perfect. Hotel was in central location and staff were extremely helpful and nice. Reception staff were amazing, David who checked us in gave us lots of advice and was extremely nice. Hotel gave us late check out at no extra cost which was great and very much appreciated.


Overall hotel was fantastic and when we revisit Prague we will definitely rebook.

Nice hotel but a bit on the outskirts of a big city. My third visit to Prague and learnt a little more each time. Would be sound location for a group on a stag do where you could stay close by and pay less for drinks before getting scrubbed up to head in to the centre.

Had a good experience till an item went missing from our packed suitcase. The only people that entered our room were ourselves and the cleaner. The marketing manager said the lady had worked for them for three years so it couldn’t be her..... 100% sure it was there and went missing when we went to collect our packed cases. The item in question was to be transferred to our hand luggage for the plane. The hotel manager emailed us back and forth he said he could claim for the item on his insurance but wouldn’t admit it was stolen. My stance it was stolen and won’t accept his offer as he is basically calling us liars.
Apart from this the hotel is well kept and clean. Breakfast is basic my husband thought it was plentiful eggs cereal cheese etc.I am a vegan and had very little choice had a salad sandwich for my breakfast on three days. Another guest on the next table was also vegan had cucumber on bread so we were very limited.
The location is quite good about 15 walk to the centre.

Was nice but compared to other similar priced/rated hotels in prague, service seems a little under than the others. But the room was very spacious, clean and neat. It is about 8min way from the underground but the tram is pretty close. Loved to walk around the streets near the hotel. Several nice bars and cafes can be found.

Hotel is 15-20 walk to new & old square!

Arrived at hotel , had problems with our room so had to move to different hotel across the other side of the city ! They said room would be ready next day ! They promised us the best room with balcony plus late check out etc for the inconvenience!!
When we did return we was greeted by another receptionist who knew nothing about it ? Ended up in our room with a hole in the ceiling where they fixed a water leak! Other than that beds ok, shower great, toilet holder broken , breakfast not very good !! 2-3 star

Lovely modern hotel.

Staff very friendly, 7 minutes to pavlova metro. Lots of mini markets and restaurants close by. Hotel nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast average for the cost but they obviously cater for varied countries -cold meat and cheese, rice,fruit and pastries but something there for everyone. Would stay there again

It was a lovely hotel, reasonably priced, service very good, friendly and helpful. In an area not too far from the centre, within walking distance but also with public transport links. Many local amenities near by and lots of local restaurants that were affordable for a family which offered a wide range of different cuisines and choice. Town centre was nearly double the price for food and drinks. Lots of sights to see.

Lovely hotel in good location

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are comfortable, quiet and have everything you need. Hotel itself is really very charming, exceptionally clean. Staff are so helpful, especially David on reception. I really cannot fault this hotel. Breakfast is ok - good for a small hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go there again. There are some very nice nearby restaurants (David recommended a couple and they were good). Nearby transport is easy to use and gets you anywhere in the city.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Pure White in Prague. Excellent location in a quiet, funky neighbourhood. Room was well designed and quiet. Some nice design touches make for a memorable stay. Can't say enough about the front desk staff who are friendly, and professional.

A lovely, quiet Hotel far from the maddening crowds but close enough to trams and Metro to be able to get around easily. Attic room was ok but a little claustrophobic with skylights instead of windows and the air con could do with updating as it was too noisy to sleep with it on. Only disappointments were sending me up to my room on arrival when it hadn’t been prepared and a poor selection at breakfast but on the whole the helpful, smiley staff more than made up for that!!

Lovely hotel but no restaurant or nice bar

Hotel is immaculate and about a 20 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we booked the hotel we specifically looked for one with a restaurant and Pure White was advertised as having a restaurant. However on arrival at the hotel we were informed there was no restaurant. This was disappointing as we had planned on eating at the hotel due to our later arrival time. The bar area is off receiption but is devoid of atmosphere and there was never anyone in it.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Lovely rooms and very modernly furnished. Easy to get to the busier area of Prague 1 at any time of the day by tram or metro (both a 5 min walk from the hotel). Lovely receptionist and very happy to give advice and tips. The only downside was that the bathroom light was quite noisy. Would definitely recommend Pure White hotel.

We stayed at the Pure White for our Christmas market get away. The hotel was close to the markets, one being a 5 min walk and another being about ten mins.The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and good tips on places to go and see, thank you David. Rooms were clean and spacious, bonus of free upgrade on arrival.
Only one complaint, the speed at which the bar got restocked.
Would we stay at this hotel again, yes and plan to visit Prague in the summer as it is such a beautiful place.
Yet again another fantastic trip found on Expedia.

The Hotel was quite hard to find and only marked by a small plaque on the wall. It was very clean and David on reception was fab. He was pleasant and helpful. Hotel has a small bar and prices reasonable, breakfast is good and fresh, location appears safe. Good pizza shop next door if you are hungry.
Our biggest bug bear was the 'romantic' room we were given a room. There was no separate bathroom, the shower, toilet and sink were in the bedroom. The toilet was behind frosted glass but my husband got food poisoning and the whole experience for both of us was awful. Neither of us slept, even without this I feel it is not at all 'romantic' to have the toilet so exposed. Make sure you check this when taking a room. The bed was also not comfortable and was quite hard.

Stayed for 3 nights last week with family. Didn’t enjoy it at all. Dirts and marks all over the carpet in room 201. Reported the fault of the ventilation fans in toilet / bathroom on second day and no engineers ever attended before we left. No apologies from staff.

Breakfast was rubbish. Hardly any options for vegetarians - jam on toast and cereal! No hot chocolate provided! I travel once every two / three months since 2012 and it is the first time I've been denied hot chocolate at breakfast!

Room isn't clean enough for 4*. Worst state of cleanliness I have ever experienced. Red spots on carpet in odd places, and on chair. Mini spiders around room! Fly in bathroom! there are not any windows so I have no idea how! Pillows are horrendous - may as well not have one!

David at reception - great guy! More than helpful provides excellent advice.

Located a minute or two away from Bruselska tram stop. Less than five minutes from Nemesti Miru underground - great location if you want to avoid the loud centre!

On photos it looks nice white and clean. It probably was when they first opened but it has not been maintained in the rooms. I'd class it 3* , definitely not 4*!

Lovely boutique hotel. Very discreet and not obvious from outside, one small wall sign
Staff incredibly helpful and knowledgable giving out maps and advice on how to get about. Tram stop is round corner and metro 10 mins walk away so town square is very accessible. Inside the place is very clean, warm and inviting. Breakfast included and lots of choice with plenty of fruit and juices.
Left luggage all day without any issues and staff organised our airport taxi.
Would definitely recommend and will stay here when I come back for a repeat visit. Fabulous place.

Great Hotel, very quiet.

We stayed here for a long weekend, although its a little out of the main hub of the new and old towns its only approx a pleasant 30 min walk, or a short tram ride away that is very good value for money.
The hotel organised our transfers to and from the airport and both times the drivers were very helpful and on time, The hotel was very quiet, clean and tidy and is only around 100ms away from the tram stops, there are also a few little bars and restaurants that we tried within 500ms that all gave good service and were good value for money.
