The room was basic (for context, so was the price) but tidy, clean and warm. Small bathroom but all in working order. Great reception staff, very courteous and helpful.
Old-fashioned decor but I think it's true for all hotels in the area, and it's not a criticism, just for awareness.

The room was without a kettle and a mini fridge.
Noisy guests and rude guests
Shouting in the backyard late at night.
The breakfast restaurant was tiny there is no enough tables at breakfast if you like to sleep in.
Make sure you get up sharp at 7am.
Staff was nice and helpful.
Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

After an extremely long day/s of travel, I was finally relieved at check-in. Smooth and easy. And the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful (Monika??). The room was a comfortable size with a lovely king bed and a decent sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A generous selection of meats and cheeses, bread, eggs, yogurts and cereal, veggies and fruits, etc. And (Training) Daniel was very helpful each morning at breakfast. The hotel is a 5-ish minute walk to the nearest tram/metro station, very convenient to the main station (2 stops). I would recommend staying here and I hope to again in the future.

A reasonable option in a good location

Overall, a pleasant stay. Good public transport options not far from the hotel, and it is not too far to walk into the city. There were some odd looking stains on the carpet, but the room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good, with many options, but at the time that I was staying there wasn't enough seating available to handle the amount of guests. When you did get a seat, it was a bit off puttting to have other guests standing near the tables waiting for you to finish, so that they could be seated.

Overall, I'm happy with the hotel, but for the price I would expect a bit more. It could use some renovation and perhaps a greater capacity in the breakfast room, but it was a comfortable stay and the staff were pleasant.

Good value/price option

We have been there with friends . Hotel is located in walking distance to the downtown. We stayed there 3 days. Breakfast was fantastic. Wide variety of different dishes. Underground is 500 m from the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, but he equipment of the hotel is quite oldish. Parking options are limited and larger cars cannot fit into the parking lot. I would say it is a nice 3+ star hotel, rather than a 4 star one. Anyway the experience was great overall as the superb breakfast compensate every negative effects.

Shower Water need to upgrade

I have been in this hotel a few times in past years, so I familar with the location when I get off from the Main train station, I need to say from Main station only take 2 train stops, then plus about 10 mins walk. one thing I may not so comfortable is the shower water is not hot enough, actually in the evening I did not have shower, and when in the morning I had shower, the water is warm BELOW, that truely against my impression in past stays. But the in overall speaking, this hotel I still prefer to make recommendation, I hope the shower hot water issue could be upgraded for my next stay.

The desk staff at all Czech Inn properties including this one are very sweet and as accommodating as possible. This hotel felt cozy, warm and safe.
Unfortunately my entire floor except for two rooms was a construction zone. There was carpet being torn up, furniture being moved all day from before 9AM, and I would go out and their materials and equipment were still there occupying the hallway at night.

Great staff but NEEDS refurb&soundproofing.

Could do with a refurb especially the two mattresses in my room as they were well overdue changing as certainly not the most comfortable or cleanest mattresses. Floors are a bit noisy that I could hear guests coming and going at all hours of the day& night. Standard house keys to the rooms instead of key cards. Breakfast buffet selection very good but could do with some less chocolate variety cereals and more fruits and veg.
All staff were very pleasant from the housekeeping staff and reception staff who both always granted my requests.

Good hotel, clean. The staff very helpful, in fact excellent. Its a good 20 minute walk to everytjing, but don't let that put you off. The trams are nearby, so really all is good. Near the hotel are some very good places to eat, well we found some.

Het hotel ligt aan een zeer drukke weg waardoor er bijzonder veel herrie is, bijzonder veel.
Ondanks de dubbele ramen is het in de avond en nacht nog steeds bijzonder luidruchtig wat ten koste gaat van je nachtrust.

Wij waren voor de formele inchecktijd aanwezig maar mochten nog niet inchecken.
Op zich logisch als de kamer de dag ervoor gebruikt is en er nog schoongemaakt moet worden. Wat jammer was is dat de receptionist dit niet eens controleerde en ons direct te verstaan gaf dat we maar later terug moesten komen. Gemiste kans...

Het ontbijt is prima, de keuze is groot.
Pluspunt voor mij persoonlijk was dat ze ook cafeinne vrije koffie hadden, ware het oploskoffie, maar toch.
De ontbijtzaal daarentegen is naar verhoyding van het hotel bijzonder klein en kan op sommige momenten heel erg druk zijn.
Bij drukte zit er niets anders op dan te wachten tot er gasten ontbeten hebben, wat nogal een tijd kan duren.

Excelente! Viajé solo por primera vez a Praga y el Hostel está cercano a dos estaciones de metro y Tram, muy cerca del Centro Histórico.
El personal muy amable te ayuda en lo que requieras para organizar tus visitas.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Louis Leger

I recently stayed at Hotel Louis Leger in Prague and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I encountered several issues during my stay that left me deeply dissatisfied.

Firstly, the entrance to the property is incredibly narrow, and my car was damaged while attempting to park. Unless you have a very slim car, I would strongly advise against using their parking facilities.

Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but I couldn't identify anything that justified such a rating. It feels like a self-proclaimed title without any substance.

Additionally, as a family of five, we were given room number 504, a duplex room that receives direct sunlight, making it unbearably suffocating. The lack of proper ventilation exacerbated the discomfort, and the only solution provided was a single table fan, which was entirely insufficient for the room's size.

Furthermore, the bathroom's bathing cabin was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to take a proper bath. The space was too small, and we couldn't even extend our arms freely inside it.

The issue with the bathing cabin was made even worse by the inconsistent hot water supply. We either had no hot water at all or no water flowing from the taps, making it extremely frustrating to use the facilities.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Louis Leger was below par, and I regret choosing this property for my stay in Prague. I

Een mooi gebouw met ruime kamers. Jammer dat er niet een waterkoker op de kamer was om even een kopje thee te kunnen zetten. Dat ben ik in 4 sterrenhotels wel gewend. Goed ontbijt en een goed bed. Prima hotel!

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Es ist auch alles super und nur zu empfehlen. Leider war unser Bett durchgelegen. Auch war es sehr hellhörig, sodass man mit den ersten Gästen, die zum Frühstücksbüffet gingen, wach wurde. Schade war, dass das Frühstück um Punkt 11 beendet wurde, indem die Tür abgeschlossen wurde. Meine Schwester wollte nichts frühstücken, doch durfte sie sich auch nicht mehr zu uns an den Tisch setzen..

Really bad service...

Got to the hotel in the morning to stow or luggage. Personal told us to leave the luggage next to a closed door in the middel of the hotel lounge. Left our luggage there with in mind that it would be locked behind the door as soon as we left. When we returned to get in the room in the afternoon we found that the luggage was still in the middle of the room so anyone could have taken something out of our luggage without alerting anyone of the hotel staff. Not a great start.

Went to our room only to find out that the heater was at maximum level, Turned it down, but after 3 hours, the heater was still at maximum heat so we asked if they could fix it, only to find out after asking twice that nothing could be done until the next morning and chancing rooms was not possible cause the manager was the only one who could change rooms and he was at home. So we had an horrible night sleep. Asked the following morning if they could fix it, so they promised they would fix it during the day. Which they of course didn't, Complained again and still they offered no room chance because there suddenly was no room. So had another night of no sleep.

Would really recommend to stay far away from this hotel, as it is by far the worst service i've ever had while staying in a hotel. It's like they don't take you seriously as a guest. There far better hotels in Prague within the same price range/location/rating.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel , das Zimmer war geräumig und super sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Frühstück war richtig gut, sehr große Auswahl und scgönes Ambiente. Zum Zentrum konnte man gut laufen, ca. 10 min. Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Wir hatten ein 6-Bett Familienzimmer gebucht (laut Bildern Maisonette im Dachgeschoss), haben dann aber ein Zimmer im 1.OG mit 5 aneinander gereihten Betten bekommen. Darin kaum Platz für Koffer, Kleidung, etc., nur 1 Stuhl, 2 Kleiderhaken.
Bettmatrazen waren völlig durchgelegen und weich - schrecklich!
Und: Das Hotel liegt an einer extrem stark befahrenen Straße. Lärm Tag und Nacht, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern

Bra service, härlig personal, god och mycket frukost. Något varmt i rummet, men de hade ställt in en fläkt redan innan vi kom. Rekommenderas för dig som vill på i Prags kärna utan att ha allt stök utanför rummet. en 10-15 min promenad till turiststråket.

Al llegar al hotel no habian visto la reserva, para solucionar lo nos enviaron a otro hotel. La chica que nos atendio fue amable. Al dia siguiente volvemos al hotel no tenian la habitación preparada y nos dijeron que subirian la maleta, però no lo hicieron. La maleta estubo 12 h en el hall del hotel. A parte tampoco tiene donde guardarlas, es algo que deberian comentar.

Polvere dappertutto.Noi eravamo in 4 con bagnoschiuma e carta igienica contata. Carta igienica richiesta in in piu' alla reception. Assurdo. Bagnoschiuma comprato al supermercato. Niente deposito bagagli ( li lasci in un angolo della reception alla portata di tutti). Niente aria condizionata. Unica nota che si salva, la colazione, non eccezionale ma decente. Stanza con porta d'entrata su un parcheggio, praticamente, dai tre gradini d'accesso alla stanza, si passava direttamente nel portabagagli della macchina di turno parcheggiata. Personale, freddo e scostante.
Macche' 4 stelle, 3 sono forse sufficienti.

Værelserne er ret varme i sommer. Det er ud til en trafikeret vej, så en del larm - mange dyttende biler og udrykninger.
Parkering er via en indgang på 180 cm, så med en større bil er det ikke let. Vi fik anvist parkering 15 min gang derfra.
Lidt kedelig morgenmad.

Men til prisen et fint ophold, og vi fik redt senge, tømt skraldespande mm dagligt.

Dejligt, ældre hotel. Renligheden var i top og værelset havde en god størrelse, selvom det var et mindre værelse. Morgenmaden var fin, men brødet og kagen var nogle gange lidt tørt. Ellers et virkelig bredt udvalg af mad og noget for enhver. Vi betalte 17 euro pr. dag for parkering i baggården, og af den grund får hotellet ikke top karakter. Havde det været gratis eller kostet mindre, havde det været super.

Missing phone charger

We forgot our phone charger from a brand new phone we have just got first of all never got an e-mail o call to let me know i had left something in the room like is the most common procedures in any kind of hotel and even though we call to make sure nobody take it when we whent there to pick it up wasn’t there and no explination no apologies no refound nothing .. this clearly speaks about the kind of place this migh be luckily was just a phone charger and nothing more expensive definitely not going back there

Fint, rent, god frukost

Var där med 5 vänner och vi hade ett rum til 6 personer. Jätte fint två vånings rum med sköna sängar och rent. Rekommenderar definitivt! Kanske lite långt från centrala Praga men att ta tunnelbana dit var 15 min resa och tunnelbanan ligger typ 500 mt från hotellet. Frukosten var helt fantastiskt!
För priset tycker jag att det var väldigt värt det

Einchecken problemlos, Zimmer war pünktlich 14 Uhr fertig. Die Einfahrt zum Innenhof/Parkplatz war mit 180 cm Breite für unseren PKW leider etwas zu schmal. Zum gleichen Preis wurde uns ein kameraüberwachter Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür angeboten. Das Familienzimmer entspricht den Beschreibungen. Wie dort beschreiben mit Ventilator aber ohne Klimaanlage, was bei > 30 Grad Aussentemperatur und bei Lage des Zimmers unter dem Dach doch wünschenswert gewesen wäre. Lage ist gut, 300 m bis zur Metro/Straßenbahn, auch die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Straße hat man sich auch nachts sicher gefühlt. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, süß/salzig, wird auch ständig nachgefüllt. Prag selbst ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert. Das Hotel werde ich auch gerne Freunden weiterempfehlen und ggf. selbst erneut buchen.

Hotel ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Es hat ein alte Mobel Geruch in sich. Frühstück war aber ganz okay.

Personnel de la réception aimable et serviable.
Un groupe de jeunes occupant plusieurs chambres, particulièrement bruyant la nuit (musique, cris, ...), difficilement géré par l'hôtel, ce qui a perturbé la tranquillité du séjour.
