Couldnt fault anything staff very helpful in terms of getting around. Location easily accessible to old town 12 minute walk. Ground floor room had triple glazing to avoid any road noise. Breakfast provided was totally sufficient in choice and continually topped up.

Everything was good. The location was perfect, to go and visit the Old Square. Basically all the tourist spots were within the 2kms range.
Now about the hotel, the room was clean, not necessarily big but sufficient. The bar being open is a huge plus too :D

Decent accommodation for one night

The first impression is spoiled by the need to use the entrance to the neighboring hotel, where there is a reception for both hotels. And the receptionist is arrogant. The room is clean and well equipped. But the problem is the bathroom, where the water does not drain from the sink, so it cannot be used. Breakfast is quite okay, everyone can choose. But nothing extra. The coffee is also good, but I've had much better. Overall, the hotel is of a three-star standard, definitely not four.

My stay was absolutely nice, the hotel is a bit old and it is in city centre, right on the main roads so it was noisy in the room because of all night traffic.

The staff was kind and nice. They spoke good English. Arrived at 3am, but staff was there and i had a warm welcome. Ceiling is high enough, room was large for its price, but I had to call a staff to figure out how separate hating works but he was helpful and things got ok. They had security deposit which I didn’t expect and as my bank was on holiday i had diffilculties. Yet the staff did her best to help the situation offering some suggestions. In general, I had great stay and think staffs are really nice. I talked about coffee port issue and the senior staff heard it and she would fix the problem right away. For price, it is really good and stayable.

I was unhappy that i payed for a double bed and got two singles pushed together,allso on the last day ,went to dry my hair and the hair dryed didnt work,allso had to pay for tea and coffee,i explained to the reception about the hair dryed and was told to hold the button down,there were no signes to inform of this,the private taxi i payed for was not there at arrivals and transfer home ,came early and picking others up,i was not happy at all.

Checkin was easy we had missed our flight and had to catch a later one so arrived 6hrs later than we advised (2am) I had sent an email ahead so they were aware, room was clean and tidy, bedrooms on road side but didn’t hear a thing, slept well. Didn’t use mini-bar or coffee and wasn’t deducted anything from deposit. Would use again.

Overall the hotel is clean and nicely presented on one of the main roads into prague. Easy to find and quiet inside. However, upon arrivial, you are informed that almost everything is chargeable in the room. Now i appreciate that money needs to be made but even the tea and coffee are chargable. Which following delayed flights, isnt what you want to hear.

The hotel is a four star. However its starting to show its age. The mattress has had its day and I would give my a 6/10. Front desk reps were awesome. Room was on first floor but we didn’t hear a car all night since this street is very busy. The only thing I do don’t care for was that the hotel is located about 15-20 mins to Wesclaw square/museum and the walk from hotel was incredibly noisy/annoying. But that’s not the hotels fault.

the fact that you charge 50KC for a teabag or a coffee sachet is a bit of exaggeration. I have not come across that practice anywhere in the world. Seeing this made me walk to a shop and get my own supplies.
Martin at the reception was fantastic -great customer service, customer attention and provided amazing experience, going an extra mile for a customer.

What was most disappointing is that there were no room amenities at all - they charge for tea and coffee that you yourself would make in the room. They also don’t provide any toiletries with the except of a combo shampoo/body wash, which is in a big pump bottle adhered to the shower wall.

Reception is a discrace i asked for a twin got a double room but when i arrived to the room it was two sibgle beds pushed together with a double sheet and no underlay. I booked a twin room they woukd change or give us single sheets to separate the bed!

They are so nice check out was suppose to be at 12 and we got lost, missed our train back to the hotel. It was about 2/3PM when we get back to the hotel. Thank goodness we didn’t get charged an extra night.
The nice hotel staff had already packed all of our stuff and stored it for us in the luggage room. Wow such friendly staff, I mean of course don’t try to check out late.
Story is they are so kind and helped us out, they tried contacting us, but we had no international service.

COMFORTABLE AND FRIENDLY HOTEL

Just spent 3 nights in this hotel with my daughter and grandson. We were allocated a two bedroomed \"apartment\" with shower. One room had a double bed and the other a single and fold down guest bed which was sufficient for the three of us. The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and fresh towels were supplied daily. The breakfast room had a calm atmosphere and the typical continental breakfasts were plentiful and set us up for a hard day sightseeing. Would definitely use this hotel again. there are lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars in this area for those who don't want to spend the entire visit in the main tourist area.

The area the hotel is located doesn't have very much to do. You pretty much have to take an easy 5 minute walk to the IP Pavlova metro station to get anywhere of interest.

The hotel itself was nice. The AC was amazing. The staff were friendly and happy to store my luggage for a couple hours after checkout since I had a late flight out. The staff also gave me a bouquet of nuts as a birthday gift when they noticed it was my birthday the day after I checked in, which was a nice touch. The wifi was good.

Like many European hotels, a double mattress is actually two twin mattresses pushed together.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment esp. considering it was the most expensive of our trip. The beds were comfortable, it was great having separate rooms and the hotel itself is cute. The hotel is situated away from most tourists areas so prepare to walk a lot, ride mass transit, or Uber places. Our upgraded room with a view was on the first floor and had a view of the building across the street. The shower wasn't mounted on the wall correctly so it pivoted on the stand like a high pressure sprinkler we had to take it off the wall and hold it. The a/c units when the came on were loud it almost sounded like rainstorms. We were also charged (90 czk) for \"consuming\" a redbull from the minibar which we did not consume. My advice if you stay here take before and after pictures of the minibar. Next time we visit Prague we will be staying elsewhere.

Short city break with my wife, this hotel is 2 min walk to the Tram which takes you to the city centre in 10 min. Hotel was clean ,comfortable ,quiet and the staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good with a good variety of hot and cold choices. The only negative was the hotel bar was not open during my stay if they even have a bar now. Lots of local bars in the area.

My room was comfortable and clean. Check in was an easy process. The hotel is located fairly close to the old city center, though it is actually 3-4 blocks from the nearest metro or tram stations, so using public transportation was not particularly convenient. Area felt safe enough to walk around comfortably.

Turns out the hotel is very understaffed overnight. I found out because I had to deal with some broken glass overnight, and when I called the front desk, I was informed there was no housekeeping overnight. In fact, I was told they couldn't even tell me where to find a vacuum or dustbin to use myself. The employee told me she was the only person working overnight and that she wasn't allowed to leave the front desk except for emergencies. She was polite, but essentially told me I just needed to clean up the glass with whatever I had available and to be careful not to hurt myself. Nobody called to follow up the next morning and when I asked the daytime employees about when housekeeping would come by, they had not been informed of the issue by the overnight person.

Not a 4 stars... very noisy room and dated hotel

Checked in around 5pm and was given room 001 on the ground floor directly on the very busy high road.
When I asked to change, I was told that they didn't have any other rooms as everybody has already checked in - really that early?
I was told that the traffic during the night was quieter which isn't true... day and night this was noisy!!! The girl at reception gave me some earplugs as a solution... I hardly slept and will never book this hotel again.
Also the room was quite dated and the bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell
Didn't want to have breakfast there as couldn't wait to get out of this hotel!
Please be aware that this hotel isn't central and is roughly 25mins walk to the center

We were very pleased with the location, walking distant to restaurants, bars everything one needs and an amazing access to anywhere around the city few minutes from the hotel. The hotel was clean, nice design and inviting.
Only black mark was the construction noise next door, but we didn't mind much as we were out all day.
Going to Prague again? Yes, I would definitely go back to the Amigo City Centre.

Very strict check in for me as an Asian tourist: 1: no early check in until 2pm 2: filled a long list of check in form BY MYSELF! 3: Obviously early check in and front desk friendly towards White guests... while I was filling the form, front desk ask other White guests to step ahead of me and they got their check in with super friendly assistance... ... 4: very true that coffee and tea in room are NOT free and that is no matter you are black or white:) But it's NOT ok to say:\"everything is charged\"with a disturbed face to an Asian guest and repeated it again after confirmed that at least shampoos in bathroom is free...

Booked the hotel based on pictures we saw online. However, the room we were given was much smaller than we expected. As we were only staying for a couple of nights and we were out all day sightseeing it wasn't the end of the world, but we would have been disappointed had we been staying any longer. We were also disappointed that the tea and coffee facilities in the room were chargeable, we have never experienced that before and you only find out when you check into the hotel and sign the documentation. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro stop (red line, I.P.Pavlova) and about a 30-minute walk to the city centre. As the weather was good during our stay we walked everywhere and only used the metro to get to and from the airport.

Nice Hotel close to centre of Prague.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the standard double room.
Standard is exactly what it is but it was very comfortable.
Bathroom is excellent.
Room was cleaned every day.
There is a charge if you have tea or coffee that is in the room. This is a bit outrageous.
Stay included Valentine's day so arranged for roses and champagne as a surprise and the staff did not disappoint.
Hotel is 25/30 minutes from airport. Taxi should be no more than 650 CK.
Hotel is 5 minutes from IP Pavlova metro stop, and Namesti Miru is 10 minutes. Namesti Miru will bring you to Charles Bridge in 5 minutes.

the tea's and coffees at the hotel wasn't complimentary and when i arrived they extra charged. despite they taken already deposit of 50 eurous, and we had only one breakfast, they charged from the small fridge like juice, mineral water, whiIch is quite expensive. The room side was not on the garden side, but on the main road.

The location is not very close to the old town, need take a taxi or public transport.

On the day of return, the prepaid transport come at very early time, which is not convinient and i have to cancel it, and rearranged the transport on my cost, and paid again. I asked at the desk before about time the transport will be, but they did not said and it wasn't confirmed with me.

Except that, generally ok.

Our double room was actually 2 rooms, so it gave us plenty of space. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is very secure with guests using their key to get in the front door. The breakfast buffet was varied with good food, but a bit pricy at 8 Euros per person.

The worst part is when My wife went to front she ask if there was a someone to help put with the bags. The guy at front desk literal as we're was \"We are not that type of hotel\". So we had to go up some stairs to the lobby from the street.

Then we are on our honeymoon the room we rented said standard room one double bed... We got 2 single beds pressed together to make one. We said ok we are tired tomorrow we fix this. We talked to the manager, and said that all their rooms we single beds and it was impossible for us to get a single bed from them.

So we asked to cancel the rest of the nights and up until now we haven't got the full reimbursement from them.
