Clean room. Courtyard room is quiet. Comfortable bed. Good location. 7 min walk to heart of walkable streets. I’d recommend this hotel. All Staff at front desk is not very friendly and come across as don’t bother me I’m texting my friend. Owner of Hotel needs to find a more pleasant staff.

It is a nice hotel, 15 min far from downtown.
Room is big and bed pretty comfortable, however there is no water or minibar in the room and towels are worn-out.
Breakfast is OK but you expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel (brad was stale on the first day) - in our opinion it looks like a 3 star hotel.
The receptionist is usually friendly but sometimes a bit ill-mannered : we wanted to check out but he kept us waiting because he wanted to make some calls. Other clients wanted to enter the main door but he kept them too waiting outside.

Very central location, just a few minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square and from there to the Old Town Square. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Guests are free to come and go as they please, no matter what time of day or night. The rooms have all the facilities you'd expect with en suite shower and tea/coffee making facilities. My only criticism would be that English Breakfast Tea (without Bergamot flavouring) is not available, and milk is not included in the tea/coffee facility in the rooms.

Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short for personal reasons but my experience at EA Hotels was excellent. Very close to major tourist attractions so I walked everywhere. The staff was excellent as were the accomodations. Outstanding breakfast beffet. I would highly recommend.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast choice good. Location approx 8mins walk from Wenclases Square and Museum red metro. You can walk from hotel to the main attractions of the Prague. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the hotel was quite friendly and the facilities were nice and clean. Room size was fairly standard as European hotels go, but wasn’t in the room much since the location was fairly central to sights, restaurants, and shopping in the tourist area. I’d recommend this place for single or couple travelers, but not likely the best option for a family for 4 or more traveling together.

Nice rooms and great breakfast buffet

Short walk to train station or Metro. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but nothing to worry about. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The buffet has a really wide assortment of great fresh items and was an unexpected bonus of staying here. The hotel seems really new so not complaints there, would recommend to anyone staying in Prague and wanting to be within a short walk (15 minutes) to Old Town.

Modern, clean, short walk.

Very modern clean hotel, conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Wenceslas Square (7 min) and the train station (17 min). There are also a few nice cozy cafes in the immediate neighborhood. Breakfast is good and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet works, AC is a bit clumsy, needs a bit of adjustment, but overall works fine. It's a nice option for a few days.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival, in fact he was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast included and was a great variety to choose from. High standard. The only downside for me was we booked a room with a balcony which we didn't get and I asked for a bath in the room which we also didn't get. But besides that the room was still lovely.

A very nice hotel

A nice and fresh hotel within walking distance to most of what central Prague has to offer. The nearest metro stations are Muzeum (green line/red line) and I.P. Pavlova (red line). From the airport, you can take the airport bus 59 and then transfer to the green line, which takes around 30 minutes, and it takes about 40–45 minutes to reach the hotel door in total. You can also choose to take a taxi or use the hotel’s transfer service.

We got an attic room, which was nice, and the bathroom felt new and fresh. The room only had skylight windows, so there was no view, and it was quite warm, so having a well-functioning AC was truly invaluable. What lowers the rating slightly is that the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and was not properly cleaned until the last day of our stay. If you wish, you can get new towels every day, and if you would like your bed to be freshly made with clean sheets, you just need to tell the reception.

The breakfast is good, with warm options as well as fruits and vegetables. The bread can be a bit dry, so I recommend the rolls or toasting the bread. There were various cold cuts, both fruit and plain yogurt, cereals, and some kind of muesli. The hotel is located by a larger street, which can be heard, but it also adds to the big city feel. Friendly staff, and there was no problem speaking English with the reception staff.

The rooms Are very small and the hotel is located at a busy street. There is no parking at the Hotel but 1 Block away. It was overpriced and overbooked. If we hadn‘t had such a small car, we would Not have a parking space despite having a reservation. For the reservation we wrote 2 emails which were Not answered and then we finally called. We had to park the car at the smoking Spot Outside and had to move the Bench by ourselves to make the tiny car fit. The Rest was all Full and nobody cares. And they charged more than they Said it would cost.
Next time I would pick a Hotel which actually has parking at the Hotel, so you do Not have to Carry your luggage through the City to This overpriced and overbooked parking lot.

The hotel is very clean and well located. Only the unloading is very complicated, as the hotel is located on a very busy road, and there is no stop for unloading in front of the hotel. I think the flat rate for parking in the nearby sister hotel of 35€ per day is excessive!

Das Hotel ist sehr schick eingerichtet, aber im Detail nicht einwandfrei. Die Duschbrause war kaputt und es sprudelte zu den Seiten Wasser heraus. Am Vorhang klebte etwas wie Zahnpasta. Ansonsten keine Mängel und eine komfortable Matratze. Die Preise würde ich als in Ordnung einstufen.

Gestört hatte mich das Personal an der Rezeption. Man war gespielt freundlich und am Augenrollen konnte man erkennen, dass jede Frage als störend empfunden wurde. Zudem hatte man meine Reservierung ignoriert und mir ein falsches, wohl billigeres Zimmer zuweisen wollen. Leider klarer Minuspunkt.

Bra service på hotellet och även väldigt bra läge. Väl trafikerad bilväg direkt utanför men ingenting som störde en på rummet, dock väldigt lyhört hotell och man hörde dunsar från gästerna i andra rum.

Das Hotel ist an sich in einen guten Zustand, die Zimmer erscheinen auf den Bildern größer als Sie sind, wir hatten aber einen sehr großen Balkon.

Das Hotel ist sehr laut, es ist ein einer Hauptstraße vorn heraus diese zu hören, die Zimmer mit Balkon sind hinten raus in den Innenhof. Der Innenhof schallt extrem, so dass es dort auch sehr laut ist.

Dasa Zimmer: bittet keine Schränke zur Ablage von Sachen, so müssen die Koffer immer aufgeklappt sein, so dass man dadurch sehr wenig Platz hat. Die Reinigung findet aller 2 Tage statt. Als Erstrüstung bekommt man im Doppelzimmer nur EIN normales Handtuch (jedoch 2 Badehandtücher).

Da Frühstück was viele hier so extrem loben, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist ein ganz normales Frühstück ohne extras. Es ist anstrengend das es nur kleine Kaffeetassen gibt, zu dem gibt es keine Kanne Kaffee am Platz nur in einer Pumpkanne. Wenn man dann mal nachfüllen geht, es dann auch schonmal der Teller an seinen Platz abgeräumt. Und einem Platz zu finden ist schon sehr schwer bei einem voll ausgebuchten Hotel. So schaut dann auch das Buffet aus, wenn so viele Leute im Hotel sind.

Ein sehr großes Problem ist die Anreise mit dem PKW, vor dem Hotel ist absolutes Parkverbot, um in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz zu finden benötigt man viel Glück, so muss man sein Gepäck unter Umständen sehr weit tragen. Das Auto kann man in einem Nachbar Hotel (10 Gehminuten entfernt für 30€/Nacht) einstellen.

Colazione abbondante salata e dolce.
Unica pecca quando siamo arrivate, il riscaldamento nella nostra camera non funzionava.
L’ abbiamo segnalato al ragazzo della reception ma non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema.
Alla sera quando siamo rientrate eravamo ancora al freddo.
Meno male che alla reception c’era un signore decisamente molto più gentile e premuroso del precedente che ci ha prontamente spostato di camera.
A parte questo il soggiorno è stato positivo

Rent och fräscht rum med sköna sängar. Stort snyggt badrum med gott om varmvatten i duschen. Vattenkokare och litet kylskåp. Bra läge med gångavstånd till allt vi ville se och uppleva. Ca 15 min promenad från stationen där flygbussen stannar.
Favoritpuben Beer Point bara några minuter bort, en pub med 14 ölkranar där du tappar upp din egen öl! Värt ett besök, god öl och trevlig stämning.

Hotel ben posizionato per girare a piedi. Personale cortese e disponibile . Camera matrimoniale spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort . Molto apprezzati gli accappatoi ed il bollitore con caffè e tisane . La TV non trasmette in italiano ma abbiamo seguito qualche serie in inglese . Pulizia eccellente. Letto comodo , biancheria apprezzabile. Bagno con doccia super calda e piacevole . Nuovo e moderno , abbiamo pernottato per 6 giorni e ci siamo sentiti a casa .
La colazione forse è un po' scarsa in qualità . La parte dolce è veramente scadente . Consiglierei dei prodotti da forno anche del Lidl e monoporzioni di marmellate e Nutella che non devono mai mancare !
In ogni caso consiglio questo hotel e ci ritornerei volentieri.

Was an der Einrichtung gut ist, ist dass sie beinahe zentral liegt und dafür einen recht günstigen Preis pro Nacht hat.
Das war es aber leider auch mit den positiven Punkten.

Im Zimmer fanden wir direkt fremde Haare im Bad vor; es wurde offensichtlich nicht gründlich sauber gemacht.
Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn. Sobald jemand das Nachbarszimmer betreten hat, hat bei uns der Boden vibriert. Nachts hat uns das mehrere Male geweckt. (Ich übertreibe nicht. Der ganze Boden sogar unser Bett hat gebebt!!)
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es zwar, diese sind aber begrenzt, sehr eng und in einem Gebäude weiter die Straße rauf. Mit einem SUV passt man wahrscheinlich nicht durchs Tor.

Ein absolutes No-Go war, dass das Gemüse vom Frühstücksbuffet zum Teil sehr faulig geschmeckt hat. Es gab Mini-Croissants, welche 3-Tage alt geschmeckt haben und auch an welchen Haftungen von beispielsweise Schoko-Sauce war – obwohl ich keine Sauce oder Marmelade auf meinem Teller hatte. Da fragt man sich, ob Reste von Tellern nicht wieder zurück ins Körbchen gelegt worden sind.

Dobra lokalizacja, można bez problemu zwiedzać miasto pieszo bądź komunikacją miejską. Naprzeciwko mały sklepik spożywczy zaopatrzony we wszystkie potrzebne produkty, długo otwarty. Usel städning

Bra frukost trevliga frukost värdinnor,städning under all kritik när vi påpekade att städningen har uteblivit blev vi utskällda,två gånger av tio nätter fick vi påpeka att det skulle städas ändå var det bara varannan dagstädning.
Fem av tio dagar ingen AC 28 grader på rummet.

Nice hotel. Huge breakfast variety. I think we were a bit unlucky to meet a new guy when arriving as he informed us that check out is at 10. I asked to change the room because of the size and had to pay 10€ because I had used the bathroom and he had to send cleaning again. I checked the reservation the next day and saw that check out was at 12, which was confirmed by another colleague who apologized for the wrong information.
Otherwise nice and clean rooms, a nice backyard to eat outside, good Internet and close to the city center.

Bra hotell med bra läge

Fin hotell,fin inredning, känns som ny renoverad,bra frukost med mycket mat att välja på. Ingen problem med wifi.a/c fungera bra för att kyla ner rummet(24 till 28 grader ute)

Store og fine rom. Litt harde senger, men ellers topp! Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt og alt i sentrum er i gangavstand. Anbefales!
