Spacious apartment in a convenient location.

Since I had read all emails sent by the hotel prior to my arrival and also many referencies written by previous guests, I haven't had problems with the check-in or anything else. However I believe it will be much better if the guests may read such information about the check-in directly in the hotel description presented by the portal Hotels.com before they make a booking. Especially for the guests from abroad it would be useful if they are provided with an information that they can simply reach the reception in another building by using the tramway line 9 (going 3 stations).

This property is close to stores and tram. However, there is no elevator access to the apartment. You have to take the stairs which is inconvenient if you have luggages.

We booked this apartment for the convenient location in the city center, near public transportation. But, we found out a few days before arrival that we had to check in and get the keys at a completely different location across town! With 3 small children, that was not easy after a long day of travelling. If we would have known this before booking I would've chosen another place.
As far as the apartment itself, it's very spacious but outdated and lacking some cooking supplies (only one big pot, 2 bowls, etc.) If you are a light sleeper, the noise of the tram is a bit annoying at night.
Overall, for 2 nights and the low price it's ok. But it was really very inconvenient to have to check in far away.

Terrible service!

I hated this experience as they made me pick up the keys at an office a 25 min walk away from the apartment I booked. They blamed Hotels.com for not letting me know (and apparently if reading the fine print one will see the thing about needing to pick up the keys at their office. Didn’t mention how freaking far away that was though!) I told them I never experienced such inconvenience at any place I ever stayed at be it a hotel or an Airbnb - the keys are either dropped off, there is a key pick up place or a code or something. Again they felt it was out of their hands and that Hotels.com should have let me know. But clearly this is how they set it up and they could easily add to the rental price and include someone to meet you at the apartment with the keys.

Oh, and they also made me leave a 200 euro key deposit.

The apartment I got was otherwise fine although a bit worn and with cheap IKEA furniture. Their claim that it normally rented for over 300 a night (I got it much cheaper) I find hard to believe.

Arrived and went to the location on the email and directions. Then called the contact and they state that you have to go across the city to collect the keys, then all the way back to the first location where the apartment is.. not impressed, and very unprofessional

Really near old town, nice place, really big place. Nice furniture. Comfortable. Quiet, safe. The bad: you have to look for the keys 20 minutes walking from the appartment by our own and No shower amenities.

Spacious apartment with facilities and ideally placed in the center with nice staff available over the phone 24x7. Lacks maintenance, black dust throughout the apartment. Seemed the floor had not been cleaned for months, through everything else was clean. Very noisy - It right next to the tram line, so there is no respite from noise at night as well. It would have been better if the check-in would have happened at the apartment rather than a different place.

great apartment. central location

the apartment was really lovely, perfect for all my needs whilst staying in prague. my only criticism would be that the place we had to check in was really out of the way in comparison to the room, i know my way around prague quite well so it was fine but for someone else whose first time it would be it could be a tad burdensome. the apartment itself was secure and perfectly located. even being in the centre it was quiet of a night so we slept really well.

Large apartment in good location

Knowing in advance we had to check in at different location we asked the transfer driver to call at the hotel on the way to apartment. On arrival we were pleased with the size of the rooms. Large kitchen diner, living space and toilet. Upstairs two huge bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Only 5 of us. Very close to old and new towns, the river, shops and restaurants.

Not what it seems, much worse!

I got to the location and there was a note that said I had to check in at a hotel across town. I called and they said they tried to call but didn't have the correct phone number (missing country code but my info says united states). It was hot and after carrying my stuff all the way to this other hotel, I asked if they could call me a cab. They said it was some other ladies in charge of my reservation...so, no. Finally got back to apartment and all I wanted was a shower and a nap. The whole apartment seemed very dingy, and dank. And the sheets on the beds did not appear to be clean. there were hairs on them.

Be warned; when you arrive at the address, a notice advises that the keys should be collected at the Red and Blue Hotel. This hotel is a twelve Euro return taxi ride across town - there is no Metro nearby. We had just arrived after a train trip from Krakow which had not gone well and this was the last straw! Then, after getting the key, the security scan disk did not work on the front gate to the complex. Luckily, a security guard was there who let us in. We then had to contact the hotel for a new key. . A cleaner provided a working key.The apartment is adequate - no microwave. There is heating but no apparent air conditioning and was warm at the end of May. The front gate is difficult to operate if you do not know that it is an insert door and not the main gate which opens; there are no instructions to advise this. The location is within twelve minutes walk of the main square which is probably the only redeeming feature of this property.

Terrible hotel need drastic updating

When we arrived at apartment the instructions advised big red key was key to apartment, this did not work neither did any of the other 6 keys. We found a “security guard” but he too could not open the door. He phoned the hotel reception where we picked up the keys from and they were not very helpful at all, eventually the security guard managed to get us in the apartment by the bedroom door. I was travelling with my elderly friend who has breathing problems and we had to walk up 4 flights of steps to get in.
The apartment itself was very dated, there was supposed to be two double beds but there were 12 single beds. There was damage to the door jams in the bathroom and the small toilet. In the bathroom there was a lot of damage to the door and damp bubbling of the paint around the door. In the small toilet there was a damp stain on the ceiling. In all the bedrooms there were no backs to the wardrobes except one which was hanging off. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was hanging off. At the entrance to the apartments all the wooden cobble stones were loose which was a trip hazard and again around the manhole cover they were all loose.
On One evening about 18:00 my elderly friend went to the apartment, while my partner and I finished our meal, I received a phone call saying all the electricity had gone off. We left our meal and went straight to the apartment and tried to re-set the fuse box, but this did not work. I rang the emergency number and they advised an emergency tech

Very infusing check in policy and location.

Worst experience ever at a hotel booking with Expedia. This location was by far 2 stars and the condition of the apartment was deplorable. Holes in the doors/ damag d doors in the bathroom no sheets available the pillows and duve were dirty ( assuming urine or so) very co fusing location to find with no parking and to top everything off they gave at heck in in a plastic bag 1 bedsheet and a dirty towel. I was amazed by the lack of professionalism and customer service offered by this hotel. When asked what the bag is( they laughed and said that since I booked the same day they didn't have time to change the sheets etc. please be advised when booking. The cancelation policy is deplorable. It's amazing how Expedia allows certain businesses to advertise on xpedi a before checking the locations etc or having a high standard of customer experience. Would definitely not record this hotel/ apartment unless you want to have a sour taste in your mouth after booking. It took us about 1 h to check in and to actually get to the location of the apartment. Remember check in address its different than the actual location to stay.

Nicr apartment for a big group

Great location in the centre, security is top. Lots of space for a big group! However cannot make any noise after 10pm, too strict! Sofas were dirty with stains etc and there was a bad smell everywhere. Best part of the apartment was the space!

You need to pick up keys from different location. There is no receptionist. No airport shuttle which is advertised to be there. Old windows so tram noise was very loud. Bathrooms could use a spruce up and floors were not clean. Apartment was large and a nice location by tesco. Walking distance to most major sights.

Good: Apartment is extremelly large and very well located at 5 minutes walk from Downtown.

Bad: We had to check in in another location that was not informed to us in advance. Additionally there was no parking available and we had to park our car at about 10 minutes from the apartment. Anyhow, comfort at the apartment areas was good enough to clear these two issues.

Worse: We had few young men in the apartment next to us that spent ALL nights partying until 5 am and literally we thought they were in our apartment.

Check in (and parking) is at prague 5. You can't leave your luggage in the apt after the check out time, which takes much of the fun out, because you must run back and forth. The staff was not very cooperating.

Large room in nice location

It is good place to stay because the location is good nearby tram station and the room is very big. However, it is a bit difficult to check-in because you have to go to another for check-in and getting the keys. Another thing is that there is no air condition so in summer, u may feel a bit hot.

We travelled with two kids, made our way to the address on the booking paper, and could not even get access to the building.Thanks to a kind porter he explained we had to get the key from a hotel 15 Min tram ride away.Reception was not helpful

Loved it!!

We loved our experience during our trip, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Loved the comfort of the beds and the bedding. It was close to most of the tourist attractions, and enjoyed the bakery and stores nearby. Liked very much the parking area, vehicle was safe and indoors.

It is a nice location and clean

it wasn't exactly like the photos. It's a nice and clean apartments and feel really safe as there is someone watching the gate. Try to get the keys is a problem as we don't know have to go to a different place to get the key and it is quite difficulty to find the office for keys. The room is ok and it's a 3 star, you won't expect too much.

Nycklarna hämtas LÅNGT ifrån boendet!!! Osmidigt! Kodlås hade varit att föredra! Lägenhetenvi skulle bo i var inte utmärkt när vi väl kom in genom porten från gatan, som också var mycket svår att upptäcka/hitta. Instruktioner för att hitta var skrivna på en A4 lapp med typsnitt i storlek 6, omöjligt att läsa om du inte har supersyn eller förstoringsglas. Det var dessutom mörkt ute pga kväll.

Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza dell’orologio con fermata metro a 5 minuti (mister) appartamento in ordine, con una camera grande con 5 letti ed il sesto nel soggiorno . Un bagno solo però privato ! Se volete soggiornare ed essere vicini alla città e ai mezzi di trasporto stra consigliato !

Nous avons aimés la localisation de l'appartement et le petit balcon pour voir la vie défiler sous nos pieds.
Plusieurs défauts à améliorer selon nous :
- L'adresse pour prendre les clés ne peut pas être donnée aux sociétés de transferts car ils souhaitent avoir l'adresse de l’hôtel... Nous avons également eu la surprise d'avoir une adresse différente pour notre appartement ( tant mieux car meilleur localisation ;-). mais difficile à expliquer à notre chauffeur... plutôt conciliant, il nous a déposé tout de même à notre appartement.
- Manque 2-3 bricoles dans l'appartement. Nous avions 1 seul bol à céréales pour 4... Manque un rideau occultant dans la chambre..

제가 이 일을 겪었기에 다른 여행객 분들이
겪지 않았으면 하는 마음에 솔직한 후기 남깁니다.

제가 29인치 캐리어와 기내용캐리어를 들고 여행중인데 결제 하고나니 숙소위치와 체크인 위치가 다르다는걸 통보함.

시설은 좋아요, 가격도 착해요

1.거실겸 주방 (식탁/tv/식기/냉장고-냉동됨/소파-소파베드)

거실이 5평정도 되요

2.샤워실 - 따듯한물 잘나오고 샤워부스가 큼
욕조는 없음
수납 할 곳이 많음

3.화장실 - 샤워실과 분리되어있음
조그마한 세면대 있음

4.침실 - 싱글배드 두개가 붙어있음
양 사이드에 협탁과 한개의 콘센트
캐리어를 펼 공간은 나오지만
캐리어를 펴기엔 협소한 공간
즉 잠만 자는 공간임.

단점- 위에 말씀드렸던 점과
시설적인면에서 단점은 화장실과 샤워실 문앞에 창문이있는데 블라인드를 내리고 밖에서 안이안보이게 각을 조절해도 밖에서 안이보임
다시말해 아파트 독채를 빌렸지만 샤워 후 옷을 입고 나와야함 ;;;

이점말고는 시설적 층면에선 좋아요.

그리고 집이 접근성이 좋아서
대문밖에 바로 트램역이있고
스타벅스 커피와 트램티켓을 살 수있는 relay(편의점) 이있고 저녁 늦게까지하는 피자집과 케밥집과 브리또 집이있어요!

집 문앞나오면 큰 길가라 사람도 많이다녀서
위험하지도 않아요! 화약탑과 바츨라스 광장 까를교 도보10분내로 갈 수 있어요.

Не вернули депозит

Расположение в принципе нормальное. Но много минусов. Самый основной - выехали 12.04.18 в 06 утра, до сего дня 18.04.18 не вернули депозит 5000 крон. Например, при аренде автомобиля депозит вернули за 2 минуты. Вы д.б.готовы к тому, что регистрация производится в другом месте, что в апартаментах не убираются, не меняют белье и полотенца, по крайней мере, за 4 суток проживания у нас не убирались и не меняли. Кроме того, огромное количество муравьев на кухне, просто засилье, страшно....я такого не видела. Ну и холодно в помещении на первом этаже. Отопление есть, но не сильно помогает, здание, по всей вероятности, историческое, стены каменные толстые, очень холодно внутри. Если бы я все это знала до бронирования, то вряд ли воспользовалась этим предложением.

Funzionale ma minimal

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29/01 al 1/02 in questo appartamento. Il luogo è grande e spazioso , gli arredi sono un po “vintage” ma il posto è pulito. Dispone anche di una cucina con microonde e lavastoviglie che noi non abbiamo usato e gli ambienti sono super riscaldati. Posto in una posizione strategica sia per quanto riguarda i mezzi pibblici ( sopra alla stazione della metro B) sia per quello che come noi amano camminare; infatti a piedi con massimo 20 minuti di camminata si raggiunge qualsiasi posto ( perfino la collina petrin). Il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole l’unico appunto , apparte gli arredi, lo farei per quanto riguarda il check in e il check out che vanno fatti in un altro albergo a 2 km di distanza che, percorsi con i bagagli, non sono piacevoli.

Bra läge, lägenheten ligger mittemot en köpgalleria och med småbutiker i gatuplan. 1 minut till spårvagn med flera linjer och metro. Lägenheten var stor, skulle ha fått plats med många fler än oss två.Tyst och lugnt trots trafik och nattliv utanför.

sehr zentral gelegen. ruhig. alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. schlüsselabholung erfolgt zwar an einer anderen adresse, ca 2km entfernt vom eigentlichen appartment, ist aber halb so wild. rückgabe erfolgt dann schon vor ort.
