The location is great and the staff is good. Room was reasonable for the price. However, the rooms are very noisy both outside and inside. The double glazing is not good to keep the noise out of the talking people on the street, early morning collections woke me every morning. The aircon in the room was too noisy. The location is very central and convenient .

They changed my hotel. When I arrived, I was told they were full although my reservation was confirmed. I missed activities because of this because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also missed the shared shuttle getting back to the airport for my flight home because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also had to call and make sure that my missing baggage got delivered to the right hotel once it arrived from Amsterdam 2 days later. The hotel they changed me to was very nice.

Brilliant location with tram and metro a few minutes walk away and old town square about 8 mins away at a stroll. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was a decent size and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge which was a real bonus. Air-con was a real plus as it was hot when we were there. Can get noisy if in a street-facing room because of nearby bars and restaurants but not a problem with the window closed. Breakfast was ample with decent choice.

The room was super comfortable and location is perfect, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Very central location but it’s on a quiet street so it wasn’t noisy at night. The breakfast was very decent considering it’s free (I loved the spinach soup so much) and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food offerings. Each room had a Nespresso machine but no hot water kettle (maybe I couldve used the Nespresso machine for hot water but I wasn’t sure how). If I were to nitpick, I would say that cleanliness could’ve been improved a little, and the furniture seemed a little tired. But I’m just nitpicking. For the price, it was worth every penny. The staff were really friendly and allowed me to check in early. I really enjoyed my stay here

The staff were really friendly. It was very hot in the rooms, even in December. We ended up turning off the thermometer and opening the windows. Unfortunately, it's very noisy until about 2-3am so sleeping was difficult. Breakfast was very good. They cleaned the rooms daily, which was nice. The biggest problem was the noise at night. The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The only downside was that room needed a little attention, the safe did not work, the shower needed descaling and the coffee was not replenished in the room after the first night, in fact the dirty mug was there for 3 days. Other than those small issues- the hotel is good.

Buffet breakfast was good with variety. Room given was for disable, not comfortable with onlly shower curtain in the bath, water splashing all over! Ceiling to floor curtains cover the whole bathroom facing along the road! In addition, full door mirror for both the door to the bathroom and the cabinet facing the bed. No dresser mirror. No elevator from main floor to first floor, had to carry the luggages to the first floor. So disappointed, much much below my expectations.

Nice hotel, easy walk to most places. You can also walk from central station so that's convenient for getting the airport express bus to and from the airport. The room itself was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast was nice, the bread and fruit were always fresh and the staff topped up everything regularly. I have just come back from a great stay in the Perla hotel. Local bars and restaurants all around the hotel and a few steps away from the clock and main square. Additionally the bridge is roughly a 5 minute walk too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and the beds are really comfortable. If I was to criticise anything it would be to reccomend having more plugs or an option of an iron and ironing board. But very minor. I would definatly stay at Perla again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Easily reached by airport bus and underground and super cheap too! Found the staff very friendly. Superb breakfast buffet with lots of attention to detail. Hotel was very clean and facilities in good condition. For a hotel in old town, it is a very modern design and we liked it very much. Location is also near to metro, tram and most sights. Din like the flight of stairs to the lift. Though only a short fight, was still challenging for heavy luggages. Would have appreciated a kettle in the room. The map provided by the hotel is not very useable because many of the details are just too minute and cannot be used easily for navigation.

Check in was easy and the staff provided maps and other brochures that were handy. The lobby is chic and modern looking. There are elevators to use, however, the stairs were faster. The location is perfect, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was very clean (apart from the toilet which could have been cleaner) and the beds were clean and comfy. The room includes a mini fridge and safe. I’ve read a few complaints about the air conditioning, but ours worked very well. The area wasn’t too noisy but they provided some ear plugs anyway. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our towels were changed every day and bed made up. The WiFi was very good throughout the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. Near a metro station, and very close to historic downtown. Easy to explore. I had a late check-in and the staff was courteous and helpful. The included breakfasts were excellent. They provide ear plugs for street noises. But I found it pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. The interior is surprisingly modern and stylish. Although not quite modern enough to provide USB ports. Electricity is controlled by room key so used towels could stay a bit damp. The only minor complaint.

They tend to put males in the lower quality rooms as they think males do not care and they put women in better rooms, even though they are paying the same prices.

My stay and confidence was destroyed because the the initial receptionist (blonde lady) accused me of not giving correct flight arrival info therefore she didn’t send for my transportation. Immediately, I showed her my email confirmation which showed she had correct info. She was not going to do anything about her mistake. Then I overpaid the taxi and felt very taken advantage of before I could even get in my hotel. My trust in them was completely destroyed yet, I still had to stay there because they would not allow a refund. I was very nervous and uncomfortable throughout my stay at the hotel. One of the managers did provide transport back to train for my departure but I feel like they should’ve just refunded my money for my hotel from the beginning. As it was, I was very uncomfortable throughout my stay. No apologies were ever made for the behavior of the receptionist.

We were lucky to get a lovely big room on floor 3. Air-con didn’t work very well so we opened the windows, there was a bit of street noise but the earplugs supplied were very good. Room was quite dusty otherwise clean and cleaners in on a daily basis to make beds/change towels etc... Breakfast good selection very friendly staff. Excellent location. Be aware of small minimarkets very expensive. Albert supper-market in the next street was handy and much better value. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend but not as clean as I would usually expect from this class of hotel.

The Hotel Perla is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, close to Mustek, Wenceslas Square, and Muzeum. The noise out on the street may be loud at times because people may have had plenty of drinks at a nearby bar. The breakfast was great and I wish they could have switched the menu up a bit because it was the same everyday. The Dining staff were very friendly, courteous, and spoke very well English, almost all the staff were. The room could be dusted and wiped more because the dust were very pronounced especially on the walls, by the mirror and in the bathroom and tables. Overall, my experience with Hotel Perla was great, and definitely would recommend to my colleagues. Good job, staffs!!

This hotel was splendid. It’s so well placed, right in the middle of everything, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel restaurant is fantastic. Hotel rooms doesn’t have a view, but who needs it? It is so close to everything you want to see that it didn’t matter. Definitely will be back in Prague and I’ll return to this hotel.
