Overall, this is a very good hotel that is in a central position - perfect for wandering around Prague. Being so close to the centre means that you can return to your room easily and makes the whole trip very walkable. The hotel is clean and has history. The staff are genuinely helpful, always greeting you as you arrive or leave and they will try their best to satisfy your requests. I cannot fault them. Equally, the cleaning staff do an amazing job and do not miss any details, for example, refilling the minibar and replenishing the towels. If I was to fault one thing, it would be the breakfast. Again, the staff in the restaurant can do no wrong, but I felt the food selection and quality was below average, often with long wait time if you order from the menu (included). Being so close to the centre, I would suggest finding food elsewhere. However, overall, a very good stay.

The hotel was fabulous. Terrific staff. We paid extra for a view of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle however being only on the second floor and the trees in bloom that upgrade was pointless. I had two major complaints. One was the breakfast and the other was the pick up driver service the hotel website recommends. 1st, the wait staff was great but the food being served in the chaffing dishes was cold. Almost like it they had been forgotten to be turned on. The one morning the scrambled eggs were placed out almost like they had been forgotten to be cooked. They were the consistency of soup. The wait staff immediately corrected the issue once they were notified and almost looked angry as if they were dealing with an amateur chef. For a five star hotel it was extremely unimpressive. Enough for us to not want to try dinner there, especially at the price you would be paying, which if the food is good, wouldn't never be an issue.
2nd, the company Welcome Pickups, the hotel website's recommended drivers, stood us up at the train station but then proceeded to say we were a no show 30 minutes after the fact. I called Welcome Pickups and their customer service issued me a full refund. Still, I had to hang around half an hour not knowing what was going on and then finally call an Uber which I should have just done in the first place. When we told the concierge at the hotel he said they have numerous problems with the site but have no control over who head office chooses.

This hotel as a former palace is a unique and beautiful place to stay. The connection to Mozart, its role in a recent mystery novel and the grand staircases and courtyards and small passageways really add to its charm. The location along the river is lovely and perfect for exploring both Old Town, the Charles Bridge and the areas on the other side of the bridge including the Castle. The rooms are very big adding to the grand palace feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Wi-Fi was spotty and the light switch system was confusing. Also the shower made the whole bathroom wet and slippery. But these small negatives did not diminish a great stay in a wonderful city.

stayed at The Mozart Prague for 5 nights, May 19 through 24, 2026 and while the hotel itself is beautiful, my experience was disappointing because of how a simple issue was handled.

The location is fantastic, the building is stunning, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good, and overall the property has a lot of charm.

However, from the first day of my stay, the TV in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk multiple times every single day and repeatedly asked for it to be fixed so I could watch Netflix in the evenings. One staff member came to the room, confirmed there was an issue with the TV, and told me maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened.

I stayed for 5 nights and the problem was never resolved despite my repeated requests. What frustrated me most was not the broken TV itself, but the lack of follow-through and communication. After a long day of sightseeing, I simply wanted to relax in my room, and I felt my concerns were largely ignored.

For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and attention to guest requests. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Had the staff addressed the issue in a timely manner, this would have easily been a 5-star stay.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue left a disappointing impression.

Large, spacious room facing the river and the castle could not have been better. Double insulated glass kept it a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants of the Old Town but also easy access to the shops of New Town. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was meticulously cleaned each day. Would be my 1st choice again when we return.

I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up (albeit smaller and only side and top windows).

Breakfast was also reasonably good. I would stay there again. The location is premium!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a giant size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.

The location is perfect and cannot get any better. It is right in the heart of everything, with all the main attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Highly recommended!

Hard to describe how much we enjoyed our 5 nights at The Mozart. The staff, location, room were all amazing. Oksana, mgr on duty throughout our stay way terrific. Everyone was so helpful w suggestions for dining, day trips etc. Highly recommend a stay at The Mozart.

Mozart hotel staff are super amazing, very helpful, always smiling, and most are very respectful. The place is super clean, and unexpectedly, the room and the bathroom are great. I never made a mistake picking this hotel; it's near and walkable to most tourist attractions.
If I ever return to Prague, I will book this hotel again. The restaurant food is great.

The bath had no shower stall. Go take a shower it made the bathroom and everything in it wet. A simple shower curtain would help. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel. Not sure it is 5 star Great service

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We stayed for three nights, and overall we were very satisfied. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying.
The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean.
The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast is on a pricey side, but the ambiance of the room and the choices and quality were excellent; the buffet included meats, cheeses, eggs, mushrooms, salmon, yogurts, pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, teas, and some other items.
Excellent value, and excellent experience.
Highly recommend.

The room was fine. The bed, however, was only marginally better than sleeping on the floor. The “mattress” was so thin that we could feel the construction of the frame through it. We did appreciate having two Pilsners show up every other day and the bathroom was modernized with two sinks and a strong shower. Ok for the price and location as long as you don’t have back issues.

Although we paid for a premium room, it was the smallest room i have ever had. We had to move the bedside table to open the door! We had no hot water for 2 days. Mini bar was free but they wouldnt change the full fat coke for diet! I spoke with management and they did nothing!

Allen was fantastic! Hotel was okay. We were put into a huge room in the older half of the building and it was a unique experience however we got there and there was used glasses and the phone wouldn’t work other than to call reception. There was a bathtub that we couldn’t get to drain so we had to call maintenance at 11pm to come to the room and fix it. In the morning we noticed there were ants all over the room and bed. Went to the reception and asked for a manager and there wasn’t one there. Had to wait a while for someone to check out and a new room to be cleaned for us to switch rooms. Second room had a nice view but smaller and the shower didn’t have a door so the tile floors were soaked and slippery afterwards. Had to ask a second time to speak to the manager because they didn’t come see us when they got there and were told it’s an old building and they are aware of the ant problem. Gave us a free drink and some points for Accor to make up for it. The information about the hotel they provide on the tv gives false/misleading information. We spent a lot of CAD on this hotel but not really worth it.

Our room, whilst modern and spacious, had low beams and was at the top of a narrow staircase where it was very easy to bump your head. The bathroom was clean but the shower was very poor. No water pressure and hard to regulate the temperature.

Excellent service from the staff throughout my stay.
I had a fall in the city but made my way back to the hotel and went to bed. The pain became more intense through the night and at around 5am I came to reception and asked for a suggestion for a suitable hospital. They suggested a hospital and called a taxi service to take me there. It was confirmed that I had broken two bones in my arm and a plaster cast was applied. The support received from the hotel staff for the remainder of my stay was excellent. I shall return to see those places I missed due to being incapcitated.

Very nice hotel , excellent and very friendly staff , they will do everything possible to make your trip as easy as possible! Amazing area around the hotel . Daily breakfast is delicious and fresh , rooms are clean . Hotel needs a little renovation though ( it’s outdated , visible signs of age, such as worn carpets, faded paint etc )
But I still do recommend this hotel

The room was very clean. We were on the first floor and our room had a musty/mildew smell which we attributed to the build of the shower. The first night we had to shut the door to the bedroom. The hotel staff did their best on our second night to clean and mask the smell. Overall, the room was fabulous but that smell will stay with us for a little while.
