We loved the location, it was really close to all the Old Town sights but off the main path enough that the drunken late night screamers were minimal. The hotel staff helped set up a ride from the airport which was very helpful. If I had a minor complaint it would be that the hotel room was a little overstuffed with furniture that would have been more comfortable to just not have.

As a solo traveler, this hotel, right in the center of the old city, was a perfect place. Interesting building, quiet cozy room, great simple breakfast and beautiful decor….old style Prague. I was well cared for by the staff and happy to be in a low key hotel for 4 sleeps.

Beautiful Hotel in great position. Parking is difficult about 1km away.
English speaking staff member made our stay very easy and he was extremely accommodating.
When coming back to Prague, would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect! We left the hotel to be cleaned, we came back 5hours later , the only thing they touch was the pillows! Bed was not fixed, everything was as we left it.No towel replacements even Toiletries we had to go to the reception to ask for it! We stayed 4nights. We asked for taxi a day before checking out. When we were ready to leave there was no taxi, the reception said the taxi was not replying 🙁

El hotel muy bien personal recepción muy amable ubicación perfecta la habitación unas vistas preciosas a la ciudad vieja la calefacción estupenda las almohadas muy finas e incómodas la cama principal bien las dos pequeñas que están juntas incómodas pero lo que ha sido un desastre ha sido el desayuno pan duro todos los días y poco para todos los huéspedes, huevos duros los mismos durante los 4 días el jamón York seco 4 yogures y no hay más no hay leche caliente 1 tostador de casa para un hotel 4 estrellas todos los platos mojados y las tazas sucias no había servilletas y las chicas de la cocina no salían fuera , dentro de la cocina sentadas con el móvil si las decías algo como un día que no funcionaba la cafetera la importó un pepino y se mosqueo nos dijo q café instantáneo con agua hasta que no llegó otra q entendía la cafetera no hubo CAFE el trato pesimo ah y nada de bollería ni un triste croasan y un plato de fruta ya cortado no las piezas enteras cuando se acaban las salchichas las cortan y directas del frigo al recipiente de servir una pena las instalaciones renovadas y muy bien la zona de restauración preciosa

Hotel Liliova was an excellent choice for our stay in Prague. The location couldn’t be better—everything is walkable, including Charles Bridge, Café Louvre, and the Old Town Clock. We loved being able to explore the city on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t told that the elevators didn’t go to our floor. We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our room and the hotel did not provide assistance. But room was comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. They lent us an electricity converter when we discovered we brought the wrong one. The location was good - in Old Town but far enough off the busiest streets so quiet enough to sleep,

The pillows were ancient and lumpy, the bed rock hard, the linens were low quality and scratchy, the hotel needs a facelift, with a musty smell in the common areas. Your room isn’t really cleaned (not even the bathroom) during a longer stay. The soap is basically institution-like liquid so bring your own toiletries.
The location is great but there are far more comfortable accommodations, especially for the price that I paid. Not worth it. Also instead of key cards, it’s physically keys and you can hear ppl attempting to lock and unlock their doors all hours of the night. The room fridge was also gross.

Mattresses were horrible, no spring no give, really hurt my back and hips, didn’t sleep well at all. Pillows were huge but formless and unsupportive. Odd sewage smell. A/C didn’t work, room was hot and stuffy in November. Would be awful in summer. It gets points for helpful front desk staff, great location, old worldy decor with real paintings paintings by Czech artists. Breakfast was nothing special but convenient when there’s somewhere to be early. Had a fridge which was nice. No kettle or complimentary instant coffee or tea bags or anything. It’s squarely a 2 star hotel but I gave this stay a 3 despite terrible sleep on terrible mattress. If it was summer and room was boiling it’d have been lower. Our room was clean. It needs updating and servicing. If you have money to spare, stay somewhere else. If you’re on a budget, it might be fine, it might not.

Dirty…! The room was not what you expect of a four star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were very old and stained and in parts dirty.
The shower room was dirty and mouldy around the very small shower inside and out.
The safe did not work and you could unlock it putting 6 6s!!!
I don’t know how this hotel gets 4 stars as it has no restaurant or bar even though it advertises one.
Breakfast is a joke and staff are only on site till 9pm
The room opposite to ours has a major water leak with water pouring through the ceiling. The other guest could not contact anyone… i wonder what would happen if there was a fire…
The only good thing about this place is the location… but that has drawbacks as it can be quite noisy till the early hours

Room was spotless but my room, room 65 had no phone and there was a leak in the hall outside my room, next to sitting area. Hotel was in an excellent area, close to everything; the historic sites, restaurants, etc. Pavel and Peter were very helpful and courteous. All in all, an excellent experience.

No facilities in room ie. Tea/coffee. Room smelt badly of smoke. Wasnt sure whether the toiletries in the shower were just body and/or hair. Seemed very watered down as didnt foam very well. We ended up buying our own. We had to buy an air freshener. The breakfast was not particularly good. Could have done with more cereal options and better fruit.

No laundry or laundry service, heater is not working, receptionist is not 24 hrs. No coffee nor complimentart water in the room, lift/ elevator only goes half way ( goodluck if you have heavy luggage coz you will need to drag it up/down stairs, they use regular key everywhere Its very hard to open the wooden gate. The only pro is Its walking distance to charles bridge, clock and most tourist spots.

I believe the Expedia posting of this facility is misleading.
There is NO on location parking. The nearest parking is a city garage .7 kilometers away and costs guests ~$32.00 US per day.

The layout is horrible. The location is fantastic. The bathroom shower is literally moldy. The room had a foul odor. There was no free breakfast, listing needs to reflect that. You only get one key so if you are with friends you must plan on being together or someone waking up and coming to get you, as there is no reception after 10pm.

Excellent stay, but do not be fooled by the Expedia description. It is not a big hotel with a Banquet Hall, Bar & Restaurant. 1 unused beer pump next to reception, they sell canned beer and wine and crisps to take up to your room. The restaurant i assume is the breakfast area in the basement, no other food served.
It DOES have a glass lift built on the back of the building, so again wrong information, this took us up to the 6th Floor (the top) so not 4 Floors. 6 rooms on the top floor. We had a stunning view over Charles Bridge and the City and room was very clean, warm and quiet.
The gentleman hotel receptionist was very kind and informative. The breakfast lady worked like a trojan to keep stocks up as other nationality guests quickly put large volumes of food in their bags for later???
Would definitley return as our stay was not hindered by our misconception of what we had booked, Stunning furniture in the room and common area out in the hallway, very very nice.

We booked this hotel due to its location and wanted to make our own minds up on the service in the hotel. Its location is fantastic but sadly the service within improvement. We booked the hot tub and sauna room. The hot tub was in poor condition and had no user instructions on it . When we tried to use it there was a flood. The sauna also had no user instructions . We found a hair clip in our sink and our room wasn’t cleaned or beds made on the Saturday . I don’t usually complain but we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel . If improvements were made then things would be much better for customers staying here . Definitely not worth the money I paid very sadly .

This is a lower/mid range hotel in a central part of Old Town, pretty quiet but minutes from the Charles bridge. I loved the decor and the view from my room on the top floor. The breakfast was pretty straightforward - scrambled eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cheese, salami, salad, yoghurt, jams and fruit - it was good. Although the street is quiet it is in the touristy part of town so if you don’t want to be around lots of bars and tourist shops you might want to look elsewhere but I was only there for two days so it was very convenient. Having said that the Prague bus system is great and easy to use so staying a bit further out would also have worked fine. Overall though I was happy with my stay.

The best aspect of this hotel is its location. In the heart of the old town and easily walkable to lots of sites. Outside of that, not a good experience due to loud, drunken guests down the hall who partied from 1:30 AM til 4ish. Uggh! No staff member available to tell them to knock it off. Hotel very inflexible and would not reimburse half of our party who had to cancel due to death in family. Also, \"city view room\" was of another hotel across the street. Ha! What a scam. Would find somewhere else to stay next time.

Quaint old hotel in great location! Staff were wonderful. Since it is an older building, be aware that you will need to use stairs. There is a lift accessible from an outdoor courtyard that goes to half floors. We had a tub with a handheld shower head, but no standing shower option in our room. Again - older building, and the location more than made up for those little quirks! If breakfast isn’t included in your booking, go to one of the local cafes - it’s not great.

The man at the front desk that check us in was beyond nice! We forgot our adapter and he let us borrow one! Super easy check in process. Please keep in mind there is no elevator for your luggage. Thankfully we were on the first floor. My complaint is about the room - there was mold in the shower, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the sheets were not clean. While it is in a great spot, for the price, I wouldn’t stay again just based on cleanliness

Great location, old town center with all major landmarks are very walkable.

Room is also good with cleaning and service everyday. Shower/bath does not have a curtain, water spillage all over and messy.

Reason for my 3* is down to the availability and quality of the breakfast, and the rudeness of breakfast staff. We prepaid for breakfast while booking through expedia, ended up having breakfast outside except for the first day. Even the limited list of breakfast options run out fast, (at 9 am) when we asked them to refill some, answer was a rude NO.

If you ever want to book here, save yourself from the breakfast, you will save money and frustration.

Perfect property for exploring the Old Town as the main square is about a 4 minute walk and there are some good restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. I arrived late due to a delayed flight but the staff were great and gave me instructions on how to get in. The room was comfy. The WiFi was fast enough for work calls. The bathroom could do with some new towels and a more thorough scrub before guests arrive but overall it was a great stay.

Amazing location and views. Very old building as would be expected in this location and due to that plumbing smells were a big issue. Very helpful staff. Was able to walk to the St. Charles Bridge at sunrise (the only time to enjoy it without crazy numbers of tourists) in less then 5 min and see the tolling of the astronomical clock a few times as was a 7 min walk. Tons of good restaurants within 10 min walk. As across the street from the most beautiful library in Europe get in line at 9 am to see it or better reserve tickets in advance (they sell out for the day by 10am).

The parking is quite a distance away and not easy to find until you become familiar with the streets of Prague. Waze could not find the parking garage by name.

An elevator is available, but please beware, it only stops between floors. The stairs were difficult to navigate with heavy luggage.

The front desk clerk was excellent! He gave us tremendous meal recommendations!

Loved this place! A real hidden gem in the heart of Prague 1. Super friendly staff at the front desk and cleaning crew — always helpful and on point. The bed, the shower and A/C were perfect. The location is fantastic, safe, and easy to get around. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Great value, great vibes! All the famous landmarks, concerts are on walking distance.

We arranged with the hotel for our late arrival but we were abundant in the street at 12pm midnight with no staff around to handle our room keys. We had to find another hotel room and paid €270 for few hours so our 11 year old son could sleep. We asked for one night refund and the hotel rejected. They claimed they sent an email to let us know about the safe box and the keys but I received it one day after our arrival which was too late. Extremely disappointed!
