Hard to get a good night sleep with so much noise. I stayed in the first floor, and I can hear foot steps from the second floor. Pool area is small compared to the other hotels in the area. Breakfast was ok.

Although the hotel itself was very nice, clean, and family-friendly, my experience after checkout completely changed my impression. I accidentally left behind my daughter’s Tinkerbell dress and wings. When I called later that same evening after realizing, I was told housekeeping only found the wings and that there was no dress—despite both items being left together. They were very firm about it, which was frustrating.
On top of that, I was told I would need to arrange and pay for third-party shipping to get the wings back, costing anywhere from $30–$100—far more than the item itself. In the end, I had to spend another $100 to replace both the dress and wings for my daughter.
I also tried to speak with a manager from both housekeeping and the front desk, but no one was willing to speak with me directly—only staff members relayed messages. The lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing.
It’s one thing to mishandle items, but this situation felt dishonest—and involving a child’s belongings made it even worse. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay here.

Timing of housekeeping was very poor. During our four night visit they wanted to clean our room on day 3, the day before we check out. What’s the point in that?!? Overall, we are always generally satisfied with our stay at the clementine hotel.

Location is an easy 15 minute walk to the park. Studio suite was spacious enough, decent breakfast that some of us ate… but that was about it for us. Bathroom was very tight, with water coming up from the floorboard at all times As if maybe there is a leak somewhere. So don’t go in with socks or bare feet, you get wet. It would be nice for a studio suite to have a dresser of some sort, especially when staying for multiple days, but there are a few open shelves in a small area before the bathroom. For having a kitchenette, there was no soap anywhere except the one small bar intended for the bathroom. Just pretty bare in anything extra. Parking situation isn’t great either, first come first serve, and we ended having to park pretty far from our actual room. Facing Disney Way street we did get a view of fireworks, but the slider door was covered in a weird, white filth you couldn’t even see out of it. Had very high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately we wouldn’t return. There are too many others to choose from for the price we paid.

The location was super convenient. It took us 10 minutes to get from the property to the security gates at Disney. Easy, safe walk, even at night. The breakfast was plentiful, but the breakfast area was pretty crowded even by 6:30. Plan accordingly! The staff were very kind, especially the ladies at the desk. We had a little issue with our AC and had to move rooms, but the front desk staff took care of us. The pool was heated and not too crowded the morning of our departure. Overall, a great value. Prepare to pay $30 a day for the resort fee regardless of Expedia price.

For a family I think this room would have been great and helps save money from eating out. The ample free parking was also a perk. I will definitely be staying here the next time I make a Disneyland trip.

We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again. It was our first time staying here, and it has instantly become our new go-to. Pet friendly. Staff even asked for our preference for first or second floor, especially since we had our pup - we chose first for convenience (potty times, plus didn’t want to be a bother to anybody below us just in case). Free buffet breakfast which was great - variety of food from pastries, oatmeal, eggs, sausage patties, potatoes and other hot foods (options vary from day to day), waffle makers, cereals, coffee, yogurt, fruit. Loved that the suites came with a full blown kitchen, even if you’re in a studio suite; it helped a lot having a fridge for leftovers and groceries on days we wanted to cook simple meals instead of buying/eating out, especially since eating at or around Disneyland can get pricey. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our sofa pull-out bed didn’t come with a comforter and sheets (was probably a one-off mistake), but housekeeping came as soon as we called to request them. Safe, quiet area. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, which is absolutely doable! A bit hurtful in the heat and wouldn’t push it if it’s too hot, but we were able to make it work when we stayed. As another option, there is a bus line that will take you to Disney and the stop is conveniently right in front of Building 6. It can take about an hour of a wait in between, though. Overall, 10/10!

Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM weekdays, 7 on weekends. It was busy but had POG juice, waffle makers and good variety of hot dishes over several days, including chilaquiles. Kitchen was good. Fridge had an icemaker, though doors should have been reversed. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, so no privacy door, and there’s a stair light that’s always on. We hung a towel over it. 5 AM trash truck worked as an alarm clock. Location is close to Garden Walk and a 7-11. It’s almost 50-50 between walking to Harbor entrance or Toy Story lot bus for time and distance. Bus had AC and short security lines in the AM.

Full breakfast was more than enough each day. The area had a cute climbing structure for little ones. The pool was big enough for several families to play and enjoy the sunshine. The 2 bed (loft) layout was outstanding and we are so thankful for the space! Additionally, the kitchen came stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, and appliances so we did not have to eat at restaurants each day.

Angel who works at the check in desk, AMAZING!! The other staff friendly enough but didn’t really listen to what we asked. We asked for a blanket first night, left it room and when came back from park, when opening the blanket it was soaking wet so slept without it. Turned it back in the next morning and said we didn’t need it after all. Came back to our room the next afternoon and had yet another blanket even though we said no and had a no service sign posted. Whoever left the blanket, took our used towels and washcloths but didn’t replace them. We didn’t learn this until getting up to shower. We had to ask twice to bring towels and washcloths before having to go to the office to get them. Then someone showed up with more towels and washcloths after I went to the office to retrieve new ones. Additionally when we checked in, there was no kitchen garbage, of which we found in a closet and had to ask three times to get picked up outside our door over the course of two days. It’s a quiet and lovely hotel to stay but this trip was rough with the staff and amenities.
