Newly opened Quentin Prague hotel is located in the heart of Czech Republic – Prague 1 district. This 4 star property is surrounded by the most famous attractions such as Prague Astronomical Clock (less than 1km from the property), a 10-minute walk from Old Town Square and 1.

3 km from Charles Bridge. Featuring a shared lounge, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and detailed interior design.

Due to coronavirus (Covid-19), additional health & safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Please note that the reception is open only between 07:00 and 23:00 h.

Updated Older Hotel is Good but not Great

3-night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped with food and sightseeing recommendations. Hotel common areas and room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Like most European hotels, only a duvet is provided with no flat sheet so you will be overheating. Did not have the 15 Euro breakfast as there are many better options within walking distance. Bathroom is very small, and lacked counter space due to the artsy sink and faucet arrangement. Shower drain had the smell of sewer gas, which was quite strong at times. Price was high for the overall quality of accommodation, but the location was convenient to most attractions.

Amazing Hotel, You Will Not Be Disappointed

I was able to check in early, which was a great bonus. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is stunning and my room was just as impressive. It is also in a great location in the city centre. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The TV was big but did not have a sgnal whether satellite or terrestrial. Instead it was only watchable with Rakuten online and with all rooms and devices' wifi using it the bandwidth was terrible and it kept buffering. I gave up watching because if it. Not good.

Check in was great and they even gave me early 3 hours before the time, lady on counter was great and manager helped, he also tried to fulfill all requests. Property is fairly new, but the cleaning staff should make a better effort. Area and connectivity to other areas is great and you are literally over the train station without the noise.

Quentin is a very convenient and nice place to stay at if you’re visiting Prague. The tram station is right in front of it and the metro is right behind and under it. Very clean. Big room. Lots of space.

Great hotel! Close to all tourist attractions. Super quiet even though tram stops in front of hotel. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Internet was reliable. This hotel exceeded my expectations, probably the nicest shower I have ever experienced and the motorized blinds worked as they should. A/C blew ice cold which was a must in the heat wave we went through at the time. The staff let us check in late in the evening (11:30pm) and let us leave our luggage on the day of our check out until 3pm . I would recommend Quentin for a nice hotel in a great area of Prague.

The Quentin is a delightful place to stay. Very well soundproofed from the tram stop opposite the front door. The air con is really quiet too and much needed on hot nights. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It’s in a really good location by the river and just 10 minutes walk from the old square. I’d definitely stay there again.

Property was in a perfect location. Rooms had plenty of room and bathroom facilities were great. Only negative, upon arrival I noticed a large amount of ants on, in and under our mattress/bedding. However, we were instantly given a new room right away.

Great location, nice room

I had the Jr. Suite, it was a very nice room, especially for the price. It is centrally located, right in the middle of everything. Everything worked as expected, and the location felt safe. I would definitely stay there again. It's right by the metro station, so getting there from the airport was a breeze (they even sent helpful instructions that told me exactly where to go).

Decent hotel, good location!

Stayed on floor 5, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious as well but the drain in the shower was not working well. The fridge was not working at all and was not fixed during my stay despite several complaints on both the fridge and the shower drain.
Staff was very friendly and the breakfast pretty basic.

Room was on the 5th floor with shiplike portholes really noisy even with closed windows. Bathroom did not drain properly it was not cleaned every day. Tea/coffee cups not cleaned and were left uncleaned and none of services replaced. Breakfast was poor the girls in breakfast room worked hard but its the hotel. I give 2 star from 5

From the moment I arrived at a Quentin in Hôtel I was treated most professionally by the reception staff - Vaclav, and Arsenii and all the staffs there.
Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all historical sites, conveniently located for transit as well
The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Also, the guests staying there a very courteous, so there’s no noise at night. I had the best sleep and the best vacation in Prague. I will definitely return. Thank you so much everyone at Quentin hotel.!

The hotel is ideally situated in a very short walk of the Old Town Square and Charles bridge. I would definitely try and stay here again if I came back to Prague

The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
Staff are not friendly, the hotel does not have a laundry service, and the reception is not in a very good condition.
When I pointed the laundry issue to the hotel staff, they were very frank and asked to share my experience on Google & Trip Advisor.

The hotel is located in a prime area next to the old city square. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and it was very quiet. Breakfast is available for a cost and is quite basic.

The only negative I could share is that the mattress we got was too soft and gave us back aches. We had to pay an extra cost to upgrade our room to one with a decent bed.

I would recommend this property to a friend

The hotel has a great location in the city center. Easy to walk to most things and close to the metro and train. The amenities are sparse. Wished the room would have had a desk II booked an upgrade thinking that I would have one, but hotel clerk said they don’t have that). Clerk was helpful when available but had strange hours so the office was often closed. Would consider booking again.

Reception ideally should be open 24hours per day. More importantly the hotel is beautiful and is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The Hotel is in the best location you could possible imagine next to the square, trams and a 10 minute walk from the old town. Bottom line I would stay again and recommend the hotel to friends and family

The property is pretty new, as it closed down during Covid and just recently opened back up. The room layout, with kitchenette was a plus. A few things were closed due to low occupancy, but there is plenty available outside it’s doors.

The location is amazing, central to all there is to see. Trolley stop in front of the hotel and the metro around the corner. Hotel staff very informative and assisted with suggestions. Very pleased with the Quentin Prague.

The property was in a fantastic location. A short walk to both the river and the old town.

The hotel is more like serviced apartments as there was no bar but suited us perfectly. A modern and clean renovation of a traditional building. Staff were really helpful and friendly and allowed us to check in at 9.45am in the morning! A perfect stay. Couldn’t fault it.

First night we checked in the hotel around 8 pm. Went out for dinner, came back to hotel and notice some water around the base of the toilet. Reported the problem next day morning before we left for our tour. After a long day of touring and walking, back to the hotel around 9 pm exhausted. Heard my husband was cursing that his pants and slippers all wet from dirty toilet water. Toilet was NOT fixed after reported the problem for all day, we were exhausted but had to pack up everything to change to another room around 10:30 pm. We only stay there for 3 nights, we had problem for 2 nights. The management did not offer any apology or nothing. We asked to wash my husband's dirty pants with dirty toilet water, but the receptionist said cannot return back to us prior to our departure (they had all day). So overall is not a great experience! I think the management can do a better job of handling the situation.

The hotel is new and well decorated. Location is mazing just 2 min. walk from Charles bridge and 4 min from the old town square. It seems that the hotel is still not organized enough in the service matters. We had to ask 3 day in order for them to clean the room.

Place is located at the center of the city. You are 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and 5 minutes from the square. It’s new and very modern. On the downside, you’re room can be right by the check in desk, there is no lobby, you’re room might be in the basement. Fire alarms went off multiple times during our stay, but luckily false alarm. Luckily, during the day, not in the middle of the night. Staff was nice. Can’t say amazing, but nice. Our room was right by the front desk on the main floor and it was facing the street, however it wasn’t too noisy. Overall it’s a nice place.

We reserved a parking space by email and were told no space available only when we arrived. Even worse we saw bugs on the bedside table and hairs on the bed sheet, uncleaned coffee machine in the newly furnished room when we checked in. We told the reception but they only offered us to change the room the next day - unfortunately this did not happen either. We like its location and stylishness though.

This location was incomparable. Trams which are free to seniors stop right at the front door of the hotel. It’s absolutely in the middle of everything you want to see in Prague. Jewish section is across the street to the north, all points in Old Town are within a few minutes walk; and even all that is across the river in Malastrana and the Castle are within a hike. We are in late 70’s and walked everywhere. What we didn’t know is that this Quentin had been open only a week before we got there on Sept. 2, 2019, and it’s still partially under construction. The rooms are ready and were just as expected with nice beds and ultra modern accoutrements, but there were workmen and plaster dust around here and there. Not a problem in any way, just unexpected. We had reviews of the hotel, but they must have come from another of their hotels in other places because this one had been open only a week. One downside was that one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the free b’fast, but it turned out b’fast was not included for us. Friends from Poland who visited us over one night did have their b’fast for free. I never understood about that, but would have chosen this hotel because of the location in any case.

This property was very nice and clean and the location was perfect for 1st time visiting.
Loved the modern amenities with the large screen tv, motorized shades and nespresso maker in the room.
The only thing missing for me was that one of the windows didn’t have a shade so the sunlight spilled in the room earlier than I wanted and as a runner a gym with treadmills would be nice since it’s nearly impossible to run in the tourist part of Prague (too many people aimlessly walking around).
Overall though I would rate this place 9.5 out of 10.
