Good value; beware of long distance to check-in

Spacious apartment: bedroom and dining/kitchen room. Dated and shows scratches and cracks but functional and fully furnished and equipped. My one frustration was this: the location where we had to get our keys was about half-hour travel (by tram; assuming you know where to find the tram and how to pay for it) from the actual apartment. This fact was not communicated to me prior to the arrival. On a short, busy trip it is a significant inconvenience.

Anc excellent apartment in the centre of Old Prague. What a fabulous location
Would give this apartment a very high rating except for the appalling check in process.
The key is collected at a property quite some distance from the apartment.
For us - ( and others arriving on public transport) it meant working out tram lines and then 40 minutes and 3 different connections to collect the key and make our way, finally, to the apartment .
We had the added difficulty of managing 2 large suitcases on public transport.
Disappointed that we were not advised about key arrangements until 24 hours before check in
Surely a lock box could be installed on site, but this has been suggested repeatedly in reviews over several years, so can't see it happening.

This apartment is in a great location. It provided what we needed but overall the place was a bit tired. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not fit to sleep on. We ended up putting the sofa mattress on the floor - better but not ideal.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. It was generally a clean, well-located apartment, no amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities or toiletries were provided but this is not the end of the world and the least of our problems. Firstly, the issue of picking up the key at a hotel 25 minutes away is not clearly mentioned before booking, and very inconvenient. Secondly, the management appear incapable of responding to queries: I messaged both through Expedia and on their contact number provided throughout the apartment on multiple occasions both before and during our stay and had no response. Thirdly, there is no air conditioning or fan provided - given it is August it was over 30c throughout our stay so was very unpleasant. I messaged about a fan being provided and was ignored so we had very uncomfortable nights. Fourthly, be prepared to pay a €200 deposit when you arrive: again not clearly mentioned when booking so it is something potential guests should be aware of. Given the price of this apartment I would have expected better - a fan is a bare minimum requirement and the customer service is shocking. Not somewhere I would stay again.

Central location with loud party tourists :/

The beds were comfy, but the couch was not. A small sofa in the living/kitchen area would be nice to sit down & relax after a long day, there are only 4 chairs at the dining table to sit down. Nice kitchen, though some tea bags or coffee would not be bad to be included. Unfortunately really loud party people in the building, who were loud even after telling them to be quiet.

Lovely apartment very clean, tidy & well equipped

We had an amazing trip to Prague - the apartment was lovely very clean, tidy and well equipped. The only down side was that there was a freak heatwave when we were there and Prague as a whole doesn't do Air Con! The nights were a bit hot and sticky! Would use this apartment again.

Comfortable and close to everything!

We actually could not understand from the photos that the place is much bigger than expected, which is a pleasant surprise! Location is great, the apartament is clean and comfy!
The only downside was taking the keys from a different location, 20 mins away and getting only 1 key for 3 people.

This place is right in the heart of all the main attractions withing prague and a great base for a visit.
Getting the key from the other property was all clearly explained on the expedia page and was easy to do.
The beds are massive and very comfortable.

The only thing that let it down was the noisy brits (Im brit myself) that didn't xare at all about anyone other than themselves. The noise continued until 0400 so just be aware of this.

Close to Old Town Square, 5 minute walk away.

3rd floor apartments, we had 7 persons. Apartment had 3 bedrooms with 3-5 beds in each.
Lounge large with tv. Kitchen large with dishwasher, fridge freezer and table for 8, however, only enough cutlery for 6.
Bathrooms x 2, only issue was the glass doors.
Front of apartment overlooked a side street which is a local thoroughfare, the rear overlooked a courtyard and similar properties.
No issues with apartment itself, the reception area where you collect your key was a distance away, although full instructions were given. We used the apartments/hotel transfer from airport which covered collection of keys and booking in and took us to apartment. Worth it.
All communication with apartment / hotel staff was good and they were very helpful.
Would consider these apartments again.

Great location, nice place but hassle to get keys.

Location was excellent and very close to Old Town Square. Parking is nearby. Apartment is close to the River. Friendly people. The down side was that we had to pick up the Key to the Apartment across he River, 10Kms away which was difficult enough on a week-end. If it was a weekday, say during rush hour traffic then it would have been a disaster. Thankfully we could leave the key in the Apartment at checkout. Also, the Apartment was on the 4th floor which is 8 flights of steps so not practical for the older crowd. Elevator was there but looked sketchy so we walked up and down.

Being an apartment and not hotel it is quite noisy in the mornings.
The hot water run out quite quickly was not expecting that.
Key deposit must be paid at check in.
Overall pleased with my stay at this apartment.

Acceptable Accommodations. Perfect Location

We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment address. It was at this tine that we were advised we would have to go to another address to obtain the keys to the apartment.
After finding another taxi to take us to the alternate address we received the keys and took the taxi back to the apartment address. Upon entry to the apartment building we found that we were not provided with access to the elevator. We then had to carry three suitcases, purses and carry-on bags up four flights of stairs. The apartment was clean and tidy. We were provided with only two towels 2 towels (1 per person) for an 8 day stay and no washcloths. After several days and multiple Communications with the staff we were finally provided with the key necessary to allow as elevator access. All in all the apartment was comfortable and cozy, just lacking in a few niceties. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything you want to see and the Italian restaurant on the corner is phenomenal.

Location is absouletly amazing ok. However, all other things was under rate. Even, we had informed the hotel management twice about not working hot water they did not solve the problem. In addition, we stayed three person and I slept over the terrible and uncomfortable sofa. In conslusion, I wouldn't make a reservation again in the same property.

we had to pay an extra €20 for the key to be delivered. we then had. to wait an hour . they didn't show up so then we had to get a taxi to get the keys which cost us another hour and € 20. We had people ringing the bell at 1.30 am. The noice went on for one hour. They didn't give us a key for the lift. we were on the 4 th floor! very rude people.

A really nice place

In the heart of old town the apartment is exactly like the pictures. Building has elevator. Hardwood floor. There is. A large soaking tub. 2 toilets. Washer and dryer. Massive kitchen. The mattresses were a tad firm and pillows were flat. Tv didn't offer subtitles though I still slept fine. Bars restaurants and attractions within a few minutes walk. All in all when I go back to Prague I'll stay here again no question about it. And for the price it's the best thing in Prague.

The Perfect Prague Apartment

This apartment is in the ideal location. It is only a short walk to the Old Town Square of Prague. It is a charming convenient building. It was very clean and quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen with all the equipment you would need. This is a perfect place to stay in Prague.

Lovely but noisy apartment in an inspiring city

A compact, well equipped and clean studio apartment in a very nice, central part of the Old Town, Prague 1. However, there were a few problems that made the stay less enjoyable, including the fact that the apartment was on the fourth floor of the building and the lift was only available to residents, the building was very noisy at night and the apartment was far from sound proof, which led to a rude awakening several times during the night and early in the mornings. This was a pity as the location of the apartment was hard to beat and Prague, as always, was inspiring.

OK Apartment/Hotel

The check-in for this apartment/hotel is across town. This was not a problem for us, because we were driving, but it may present a problem if you are not. If you are driving and would like to park near the apartment, you will need to pay for parking, appx 20-40 euro. The apartment is ok. The location is good. I would say it fits three comfortably -- no more than three. The staff was friendly and the internet worked well. Its comparable to a two to three star US motel/hotel.

6km round-trip to check-in - stayed somewhere else

Booked at late notice for a business trip. Hotels.com website showed address as being centrally located in Prague Old Town. Arrived to check-in at 1am only to find no reception, no instructions. Phoned reception to be told I would have to make a 6km round journey at 1am in the morning to check-in and collect keys. Ended up staying somewhere else instead. Would not recommend unless you have a lot of time on your hands to waste trekking round Prague trying to check-in to the place.

Although it's at the old town, we had to check in at an \"office\" which is another hotel 20 mins by bus. It's just too inconvenient to get back and forth with baggage. Better mention in advance about this. Apartment itself is good though.

The location of the apartment was excellent. However, you have to collect and check-in to the hotel at a DIFFERENT location which was 20-30 mins away by car! There is NO mention of this HUGE detail any where on the confirmation or the hotel information. We were charged and extra EUR$20 to have the keys and check-in process done at the location of the hotel. It was VERY FRUSTRATING being dropped at the hotel with suitcases and 4 children with NO way was checking in and no international cell phone.

Ok apartment, a bit worn down. The showerheadholder was broken, and there was a foul smell of sewage in the bathroom. A lot of noise from the hallway.
The hotel were we had to pick up the key upon check-in was a 20 min tramride across town. A bit inconvenient with a lot of luggage to drag around.

숙소에 도착했더니 완전히 다른 장소 (트램타고30분)에서 키를 픽업하라고 안내문이 한장 붙어있었습니다.
케리어를 끌고 이동해서 키를 받고, 다시 숙소로 돌아오느라 결과적으로 체크인하는데 1시간 넘게 시간과 체력을 써야했습니다.
심지어 받은 key의 경우 메인 문이 열리지 않아 다른사람이 나올때까지 기다려야했습니다.
그리고 실제 배정받은 방에도 key가 뻑뻑해서 들어가질 않아 거의 30분을 넘게 씨름을 하다가 겨우 문을 열었습니다.
숙소 내부도 사진과 너무 다릅니다. 매우 허름합니다. 바닥은 삐걱거리구요, 상주하는 관리인이 없기 때문에 수건도 1장이 전부입니다.
제가 경험해본 모든 숙소를 통틀어서 정말 가장 비싼 비용을 지불하고 가장 최악의 서비스를 받았습니다.

Lejligheden har en rigtig gid beliggenhed, og vi var gladeligt overrasket over, at der var 2 toiletter. Men en lejlighed til 8-9 personer sp mangler der godt nok service, 6 knive, 2 vinglas og 1 frokost tallerken for at nævne noget, ikke i orden. Selve lejligheden var meget spartansk indrettet

Good location poor flexibility

Nice place with good location. Communication is not that great and really poor flexibility. Keys for the apartment has to be picked up far from the location of hotel. This is NOT ok and could easily be done differently. The apartment was empty before our arrival but they still insisted on check in after 15 o’clock

El edificio es inseguro, la recepción de las llaves se ubica a 25 minutos de auto y no te avisan.
El departamento no era el acordado.
Por la noche entró una persona alcoholizada al edificio gritando y forzando todas las puertas para entrar. Nos comunicamos con recepción para que llame a la policia dos veces y no lo hicieron, estuvo 6 horas esa persona en el edificio, tengo grabaciones de lo sucedido. Perdimos un dia de vacaciones por este incidente que se pudo haber solucionado. No lo recomiendo.
