We highly recommend the Allure Hotel: it’s modern, has a stylish bar, SUPER comfy beds, stylish decor, all-marble bathrooms with towel warmers, heated floors and rain showers; and if you upgrade to a slightly higher room category (highly recommended), a desk area, a roomy seating area with table and chairs and a mini kitchen. Two downsides: the olfactory assault when you enter the hotel, and nonresponsive HVAC controls.

This is the best central location in the Old Town. You could walk anywhere between the Old Town and others. I walked to the central area, shopping, cafes, and Charles Bridge. It is all close by. The staff was nice and friendly. I can hear some noise from outside, since my room faces the street, but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Clean, updated rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location to the main Christmas market with good options for restaurants within 15 minutes of walking. Only drawback, if you have a car, is the parking. They do not have parking at the hotel. Needed to park 10-15 minutes away in a garage.

Very quite street, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the beautiful Old Town square (about 10 min) Also a short walk to the river and not far from bus stops and metro stations. Room was refurbished, clean, large windows gave lots of natural light, and a huge TV screen. Staff at front desk very polite and helpful.

The staff were exceptional, from the wonderful breakfast crew and cleaning staff to the professional & knowledgeable receptionists but we have to do a special shout out to Karol & Chatlie who served us up delicious cocktails and who were great to chat to after a long day sightseeing. We had an amazing experience at Allure Praha. The service from the first the hello to the bar to the woman how cleaned our room was world class. The place is only 2 years old, so everything feels new and up to date. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Also if you want to hit many of the local sites, you couldn't be in a more central location to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter.

The hotel is amazing and I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. It is close enough to everything. Looks beautiful from the moment you walk in. At reception we were welcomed by Filip who was so friendly and cheerful. Told us about the hotel. We were then given cakes and a little note welcoming us to the hotel as well as a complimentary cocktail. The room itself was one of the best I’ve stayed in with the comfiest bed.The room was clean and spacious. The bar and the cocktails are excellent and the bartender was so friendly and made the best cocktails. I could not recommend this hotel enough. I have no faults at all. A perfect stay in Prague. Overall my stay at the Allure was lovely. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They obtained tickets for two performances without any problems.

-The Nespresso machine wasn’t clean. After running water through it 7 times (I always do this when using a hotel coffee machine to clear out any remaining grounds), the water still wasn’t clear and there were still grounds in the cup. The maintenance person didn’t understand what the problem was (because he didn’t speak English), and the English speaking person that accompanied him didn’t quite understand either. After much back and forth, I got another machine. Still not perfectly clean.
-Water leaked from the shower and this was fixed promptly.
