Property couldn’t be in a better location, very close to most city attractions, bars & restaurants, shopping, but just far enough off the main roads that it’s pretty quiet.
I had an issue with the shower in the original room I had booked. Shower was very poorly designed, was shallow and didn’t drain well leading to the whole bathroom flooding after a short shower before dinner, the curtain was also set very far away from the shower and it was just a disaster. I complained in the morning and was given a different room, this one with a real shower door. This shower was still shallow and leaked but not nearly as bad as the original room. I attached photos from the second room, I wish I had taken it from the first room because it was BAD and I had to request more towels to clean it up.
Property and rooms are very dated. No AC (Google said at the time of my check in they had AC and I informed the front desk but since it wasn’t on Expedia they kind of dismissed it) and the bedding is worn, pillows not very comfortable. Carpet was musty and stained. Room wasn’t cleaned very professionally, small details like somebody else’s dental floss were on the floor in my room (picture attached).
I had booked this hotel in hopes of using the Expedia upgrade for 20% off the spa but after seeing the condition of the hotel I just decided to skip it and not spend anymore money here and risk a bad experience.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this property. It is an absolute gem in Prague Old Town. So close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff is exceptional; the service was above and beyond all expectations. Great rooms, great meals, great value. Quiet, peaceful, pretty, comfortable, very clean, great service, loved the out of the way location, no complaints except the scratchy bed sheet. I think it was flannel. Too warm. The bathroom had a heated floor which was a very nice feature. We weren’t able to get a massage because of scheduling but we did use the jacuzzi and sauna. It’s a private set up so you’re not sharing with others. Really beautiful week we had there.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the wifi did not work in the room. I spoke with reception and they arranged to change the room with no trouble. The new room whilst had wifi and the bed was comfortable the room was very small, no long mirror and not enough sockets. The hotel's response was I should have booked a larger room. However they had plenty of rooms available as hardly any guests there, our last day we had to provide a time for breakfast for table service. As they did not want to do a full buffet with so few guests. On check out they tried to charge me for the taxes which I had already paid to yourselves.

Idyllisches Hotel im Herzen Prags, in dem man sich sofort zuhause gefühlt hat. Die gemütlichen Zimmer und der wunderschöne Frühstücksbereich mit fantastischem Frühstücksbuffet haben uns wirklich überzeugt. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt sind generell selten und teuer, dafür ist P R außerhalb sehr günstig und das Hotel von der nächsten Bahnhaltestelle sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

프라하에서 많은 곳에 숙박을 해봤지만, 시내의 경우 야간에 소음이 항상 문제였는데 위치가 아주 좋지만 사람들 인적이 드문 곳이라 잠 잘때 좋았고 넓은 침대 그리고 작지만 무료로 제공되는 아침식사가 좋았습니다.
다만 에어컨이 없다보니 여름 숙박이 조금 문제가 됩니다.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Frühstück war okay, man konnte etwas finden. Frühstücksraum inkl. Buffet waren eng bemessen, Abstandsregelungen konnten hier nicht eingehalten werden. Corona...was ist das? Lucht im Bad war spärlich, hier sollte man den Spiegel mit einer Lampe ausstatten, die auch hell leuchtet. Wasserdruck mangelhaft. Als Juniorsuite gätte ich unser Zimmer nicht bezeichnet. Parken ist hier mühsam, aber dennoch möglich.

Die Lage war wirklich schön. Das Frühstück hatte auch alles zu bieten, was man sich wünscht. Das Hotel war charmant eingerichtet und hatte einen familiären Flair. Unser Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung und für den Hund, wurden keine Näpfe angeboten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut war auch das Wlan, was wirklich selten gut funktioniert.
