We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location was in a quiet area close to the river. All the major sites of Prague were within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of high quality fresh food. We particularly welcomed the excellent coffee!
The only “niggle” I had was that I didn’t like the smell of the hand wash or shower wash and I was glad that I’d packed my own toiletries.

Had an accessible room on ground floor. Had heated flooring in the bathroom and was huge. Very comfortable and quiet with neighbourhood car park outside. Staff and cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Good location not far from the jewish quarter. A couple of bars and a small supermarket in the near vicinity.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated just off the main road. We paid for an upgrade and had a room on the 9th floor which had views over the river and city. Room was lovely, but the panoramic windows cut the height of the room, but was worth it for the views. Check in was simple, with staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone and available until 10.30 of a morning. Would stay here again.

It’s not 4 star. Barely 3 star. Nothing like photos on Expedia. Old carpet. Very small user unfriendly dangerous bath. Didn’t provide new toilet paper, body and hand wash. Bath only had shampoo and I was waiting my body with shampoo. Some staff was not friendly and seemed always bad mood as many shop clerks in the town which I identified many countries that used to be occupied by communist Russia. The check in experience was fast. Location was good near the Palladium mall and many good restaurants. The view from our room balcony was excellent especially because we could see the New Years fireworks right from our room. The room was nice, cozy and perfect for couple travelers. We stayed one night without any complaints.

Additionally, the rooms did not match the online pictures and appeared quite old and outdated. It was also surprising to find that there was an extra charge of €5 for each pair of slippers. Parking was not offered and we had to park in a mall parking structure that was not convenient. The website says on-site parking but no parking was offered to us and we were instructed to go to the mall. When you’re driving in a foreign country, this is very stressful and inconvenient. If you are not driving your own car, the hotel itself was great. Very nice rooms, great breakfast and good location to easily walk to the center with all the sights.

The front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond without us having to request in making up a breakfast for us on check out day when we were checking out very early. Everyday they took care of my wife's dietary requirement at breakfast without fuss. We had a memorable Christmas break in Prague and the hotel was perfect.

The hotel was great in every way. The only down that we had was the temperature at night. We don’t sleep with any heat in the bedroom all year so was slightly uncomfortable through the night. Everything else was top marks, the breakfast was superb and the hotel was clean. They sorted a taxi from and back to the airport.

The hotel was overbooked but did not consider letting me know in advance. It booked me to a different hotel, which in my opinion was inferior. Any attempts to understand why I have to wait at the desk while they get their affairs in order received the response of \"would you like some coffee or anything to drink\". I waited for twenty minutes for transportation to the alternative hotel before giving up and finding my own way. Unreliable, horrible customer service, and ineffectively managed.

A wonderful place to stay during our recent trip to Prague. We were sad to leave. The hotel is very pretty, rooms are very tidy well kept and we had everything we needed. We stayed on the 9th floor with panoramic view. I suggest reserving one with this view if it's available. Heated tile in bathroom is awesome. The staff is wonderful. Front desk greeted us when we walked in every time and was willing to help at anytime. They are prompt, knowledgeable and kind. They helped mail out post cards to my family in the US. They had stamps you can buy at the front desk. The breakfast was probably the best we have had in Europe. Delicious. We looked at several hotels while planning and we are happy we chose this one. This hotel was a great value. Two blocks from Ave. Revolution and one block from Vlatave river Yet quiet. 10 minute walk to all the high spots of Prague. Breakfast had many options. Everything was clean. Only suggestion is that we thought the beds were hard, and candidly that is subjective and we find ALL beds in Europe harder than we like so that won't keep us away on our next trip.
