The door to my room could not be locked from the outside using the key. It could be locked from the inside, so if I stayed in the room, I felt safe. But I could not leave once my stuff was moved in. I would have reported it, bnut it was clear the door needed extensive repair that I was sure would not be done before I left.

Window didn't lock or have screen, blood smear on the sheets, filthy floors, all room amenities were unplugged so the fudge smelled awful and took longer than expected to settle in my room. Someone from the office, unsure if it's an employee or friend of employee, knocked on my door and walked away. It made me feel unsafe

Booked for 2 nights, only stayed a few hours. Room was dirty, smelled foul, and don’t want to know what was on the chairs and what the white substance under the bed was. Advertised as non smoking, our room was very smoky and the bathroom window was left open seemingly to air it out. Woke up with swelling and breathing difficulty due to an allergic reaction to the cigarette smoke. Spoke with front desk employees over the phone and someone over text several times, asked to speak with manager time and time again and was refused, ghosted over text, and was refused a refund. Do not recommend.

Stayed about a week. Front office staff was very friendly and informative, room was very clean (not one bug or spider or dust) and had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Location was generally quiet aside from hearing people walk across the landing or above the room, which is to be expected. Plenty of parking close to every suite. No major issues during the stay, which I'm very grateful for.

I'll admit, I was skeptical. The rate was too good to be true, but it turned out to be a great two night stay for us. The room was squeaky clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was spotless. This was not luxury accommodations, but it was everything we needed at an exceptional price point. I would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room as we paid such a low price. The room was very clean and updated. We stayed one night and didn't have any issue with noise. The bed was normal comfort for a hotel, and the sheets were so incredibly soft. We also checked in after hours and the process was incredibly easy. Great water pressure as well, something important to my husband. We would stay again!

Wifi and Tv didn’t work. Staff came multiple times to fix TV box, after 1st time they started blaming me for changing settings but ended up being faulty box. They ask that you take out your own trash to the dumpster and if you need any toiletries or towels they make you come down to the front desk. After knowing all this they still charged me $30 late check out fee bummer. In person staff was friendly only thing i liked.

Had a complication in my living situation so had to resort to staying at local hotels/motels and I absolutely had to give kudos to City Inn during a particularly difficult time of my life. It’s the most affordable stay I’ve been able to find on any given day of the week and satisfies all the basic requirements I needed. Stayed in a few rooms here and each one was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities expected from any hotel/motel (heater/ac, WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave, working shower & toilet, soap/shampoo/conditioner). It’s in a great location, close by to major highways, and all the staff are always friendly. Special appreciation to Anu who remembered me from previous visits and took the time to make my stay more enjoyable.

The area seems sketchy and we were awaken in the middle of the night by someone next door arguing about a cigarette. Room was incredibly loud- you can hear all the cars driving by on the freeway and at one point there was pavers outside it was mad loud, couldnt sleep. The bed was uncomfortable since it was literally caved in, the single pillow was thin ,towels were rough and thin. The tile by the sink was already off the wall. The place was so run down. No elevators. The only good thing was the price, which you get what you pay for.

The room was recently remodeled and very clean. They really make you feel welcomed with a personal touch. I had a room on the end closest to the main drag so it was loud with traffic noise during the day but it really quieted down after 8 that evening. Great stay, particularly for the low price. Would definitely stay again.

Take a risk staying at this place. 1) there’s a $100 deposit aside from the total cost. 2) there’s a powerful smell in the room. I can’t say it was a particularly bad smell because it personally didn’t bother me too much, but my sister could not handle it. It’s just powerful. 3) THERE WAS BED BUGS!!! Fortunately we were able to get our money back but we were in the room for about 1 hour when we noticed them and left immediately.

Not a queen size bed, it was a full. Only one pillow per person and calling them pillows is a joke. Traffic sound was terrible, had to leave the 30” tv on all night just to drown it out. It’s $50 a night, but also a reminder to quit being so cheap and pay more for better accommodation next time.

I opened the window and that helped a little but the room probably needs a top to bottom cleaning and freshening to remover that disgusting smell.

My best friend and I stayed one night after a concert at Red Rocks. The hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable! And it was very affordable.
The staff was all friendly and there were zero issues with check in and out.

The beds were a little firm for my friend and I, but overall were quite comfortable.
I would absolutely recommend City Inn to others and would stay here again myself.

There was nothing good about this place. No reception desk. Only check in a small boxed office with No sign out side. Very spooky. No trolley to carry the luggage. But thanks to the the girl who let us borrow the office trolley for our luggage at the time of check in. But at check out the office was closed and no one answered the call. That was the ONLY Good experience with this place. There were No BACK UP TOILET PAPERS IN BATHROOM. And I saw people coming to so called front desk asking for Toilet papers. Very embarrassing. Only 3 towels . NO PHONE in the room. So you can not call anyone in case of emergency, wake up call etc. No CLOCK. EXTREMELY LOW ONLY 1 LIGHT IN THE ROOM. So you WILL have to OPEN THE WINDOW BLINDS FOR LIGHT WITH NO PRIVACY FOR YOU. The lock was old fashioned regular key lock, which can be opened from outside with master key. NO SAFETY FOR THE GUEST. NO door latch either. So we had to put everything possible against the door to have safe night sleep. Will NEVER stay again. Spent a very scary and unsafe night.

Both the wifi and tv didn’t work. No shower curtain. There were people sitting on the stairs outside our room watching videos on their phone very loudly. Felt a little unsafe having people outside our door. Definitely learned a lesson and will do more research on the hotel before booking. Just got home from a 2 week long roadtrip and staying at 8 hotels total and this was by far the worst one. Having Mountain View in the listing is laughable.

the ac filters were so dirty that it kept us from sleeping, we eventually realized the ac would be quieter if we removed the filters for the night to stop the rattling due to the caked up dust. that aside, it was not disgusting but was not very clean either, a little more effort in that regard would’ve changed the experience a lot for us.

the bed was not very comfortable (fairly tough and wiry), terrible pillows (and only two), and the thin blanket/duvet situation left a lot to be desired. just not very comfortable.

the water pressure was extremely low and the shower did not really warm up until the toilet was flushed which was odd and frustrating. last of my gripes, definitely noisy, road work currently going on nearby but not at all the inn’s fault.

overall, unfortunately just a bit of a bummer experience, though nothing terrible since it is affordable.

a couple positive notes, fridge was surprisingly clean and the table to eat at was nice!
