The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!

NB Upper floor windows open fully, so not ideal for kids or sleep walkers.

Very convenient location. The breakfast was amazing! My only complaint with the breakfast was the 7:30 start time, which made it difficult to eat breakfast before being picked up for an early day trip. But it was definitely the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was large and we were surprised to find a huge, lovely tub. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Prague.

The reception staff were usually excellent, especially Sofiia. The young man at the desk when we picked up our luggage after check out was rude, but not nearly as rude as the very rude ladies cleaning our rooms. The room was very spacious, but needs basic things like luggage racks or desks/chairs. Overall we were happy with our stay, but will go elsewhere next time due to the very rude cleaning staff and lack of functional furniture in the rooms.

Miss Sophie’s Downtown was a perfect place for us to stay in Prague. It is just across the park from the train station and we had an easy walk with our bags. The room was stylish, very clean, and well-appointed with refrigerator, kettle, and coffee. The bathroom has nice eco-friendly toiletries. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Reception desk staff were fabulous — thank you, Adrianna and Yazdan! Breakfast was very good!

The only thing is the cleanliness was not great as the stains on the bathroom door was there since day 1 and it was not being cleaned up till we checked out. It was a bit hot at night in Aug summer time , glad that it has AC installed and can control temperature.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for us, as we travelled by train and then by bus to the airport. We found the shops in the train station very handy, and it was a short walk to the main city attractions. Our room was a real treat! We opted for the hotel’s only room with a rooftop balcony, and it was spectacular - more like a suite. There were a few minor issues, such as a dirty mug and dirty sanitiser sachets, and a dead wasp in the sink upon arrival, but the rest of the room was lovely. Despite these small problems, we would stay here again (specifically this room) if we return to Prague. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Miss Soohie’s downtown is an excellent hotel. We had booked a family room that was big enough for our family of four. All rooms had air conditioning that was big plus since it was very hot during our stay. We had minibar in the room and it was complimentary. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only Improvment they need is the breakfast had very limited choices and quality was also not very good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Miss Sophie's Downtown. The hotel is amazingly well-located for pretty much anything you'd want to do in Prague's Old Town, and just a short walk away from everywhere else. As a bonus, there's a train station just across the road, opening up many more options for further travel.
The breakfast buffet is good quality, plentiful and varied, it definitely comes recommended by me.
If I had anything to grumble about at all, it's only that the pillows were softer and larger than I'm used to, so I found it difficult to get comfortable for sleeping. This is a me problem though, not an issue with the hotel!

I had a nice stay at Miss Sophie's Downtown. Steps from Prague's main station which was an amazing plus! Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. Hotel room was spotless! Only minus is I wish the bar tab could be charged to your room and not many restaurant options after 10 pm around. That was a minor issue and wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Would definitely recommend Miss Sophie's Downtown to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed stay in Prague.

Everything was perfect and everyone was very polite and well-coming. But what i didnt like was that first of all i went me and my husband with my 1 year old son, i booked double room and i inform them thAt i will bring my son and if its ok or if i need to pay extra and everything went well, but when we arrive to the hotel i saw 2 towels in the room and from day 2 until day 7 i was going to the reception to ask for extra towel in order to shower my son and it was anoying. They told me that they will inform the cleaning ladies but obviously nothing changed.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was large and well laid out for a family of four. Great location in a beautiful city. Loved the staff and the amenities. The only small complaint would be the lack of of standing shower but it did have a huge bathtub with a shower head.

My room was incredible , it ticked all the boxes for me and it was such a lovely experience to stay at this hotel . The room was so big and it had a beautiful view. I loved the design and the fact it had a seperate area to make tea and coffee . It also had a fridge which was very useful . I loved Prague and I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again soon. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect .
