Very Good and varied breakfast, pleasant dining room, comfortable beds, relatively pleasant room, slightly dim lighting, excellent heating, but no mirrors in the room. Nice and basic shower room. The hotel itself is modern, elegant and very pleasant. Excellent location!!

The hotel is nice and well located, though quite busy. The room was rather small, and the sound insulation could be improved — noise from the hallway was audible even at night. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. However, the towels are quite worn and should be replaced. The staff are nice and helpful.

Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent TV, fridge, good shower, Aircon and opening windows. There were plenty of power outlets (though I would have like to have seen some USBs as well). Kettle and coffee machine. Basicamente lo que arruino la estadia fue que pague por una habitacion que tenia una cama doble, pero recibi una habitacion con una cama que tenia dos colchones y los unieron, esto en el medio de los dos colchones hacia que existiese un resalto, lo cual no me permitio descansar. My room was tiny and has an air extract system open in the room which came on between 7am to 9pm. I asked to move rooms and was told it’s the same in every room, it’s not as my mates rooms didn’t have open extract ventilation pipes. Was like sitting inside a generator. The front desk staff were prepared with their generic response to my complaint and wouldn’t do anything about it.

Well it was a lovely hotel, quirky but I liked that! No bar at the min due to Covid which was to be expected. We stayed in the junior suite which was a great size and laid out lovely! Our only disappointment with the room was no English channels and no option to even put on English subtitles, that was a big no for me unfortunately and when I rang reception to see if I could actually do it they had no clue what to do at all, apart from that the room was lovely, the only other problem was we were right on a tram line which I didn’t know about, they are every half an hour 24/7 so if that would bother you then really check out the area to stay in. We had loud neighbours which was no fault of the hotel but they were very loud. Anyway overall, I personally wouldn’t stay again but it’s a beautiful hotel very central to the town and beautifully clean!

The staff was extremely friendly/kind/helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of the main train station as well as many of the sight seeing spots in the area. The only downside is the regular room that we had was quite small and did not have much room in it around the bed. We were not in the room for anything, but to sleep so it did not matter to us.

Fantastic location between old town and Wenceslas Square. Hotel let us check in early. Lovely reception staff. Tiny rooms but fine for a few nights. When I got back that night a midi bottle of sekt in a cooler and glasses with a birthday card were on the table... unrequested, very lovely. Easy check out and luggage storage too. Hotel decor would not be to everyone’s taste but made it interesting and memorable. No bland walls here.

NYX hotel is in a great location to sight see and the Christmas markets. The pictures on the website look amazing and at first glance the rooms are nice. But then you can see chipped paint on the walls, stains on the lamp shades, loose fixtures in the bathroom and a temperature control that doesn’t work. The room was small but adequate - housekeeping never changed the bedding when I was there just folded the duvets.

We felt very welcomed by the girl on reception when we arrived on Sunday evening. We also liked the fact that all staff were in Xmas jumpers I thought this was a nice touch. I would recommend name badges for employees though. Check out was extremely busy, you really need someone walking the line to tag luggage if people are wanting to leave luggage/ maybe introduce express check out. On our check out one of the women working looked extremely stressed at how busy it was maybe a leadership presence would have helped. She seemed very rushed and also seemed quite rude as she was rushing- that was my only complaint.
