This was an amazing place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room was so spacious, warm and a large bathroom. The buffet breakfast is served in a beautiful dining area. If you want a bit of luxury conveniently placed to the centre square and clock , highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel from the early 1900s—our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent—plenty of options. The staff was so helpful with anything we needed. Best of all, it is just a few minutes walk to the main square in Old Town, and about 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge.

The hotel is beautiful and very nice. The decor and style of the hotel is early 1900s Paris vibe. It is extremely well maintained and everything has the old charm but fully functional and beautifully working. The only negative was that the rooms that we had were very small. With a queen bed in the room (or was it two twin beds attached), there was barely enough room to walk around the bed and basically the room size was VERY TIGHT. But the location is fantastic and beautiful in every other way. The breakfast was fantastic too. Overall I recommend this hotel but be advised that the rooms were small.

Great choice for our Prague Hotel

First Class Old World hotel. Great location. Busy but not too busy. Upscale. Get the Junior Suite if you can. Worth it. Lots of great restaurants in immediate area. Easy 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and heavy tourist areas. Too far to walk to the Castle but Ubers are everywhere and very cheap.

Though, I don't know if this is a Prague thing, but there wasn't any complementary water for at least night 1. There is a supermarket a few mins away but we only discovered that on day 2.

The main issue was the poor quality of the bed which was lumpy and uncomfortable, combined with the high level of street noise and the very warm room (even with the heating turned off) resulting in a poor nights sleep every night which effectively ruined the holiday.

Beautiful hotel in old town

Beautiful hotel in a great location of old town Prague. Old world charm, comfortable bed, cozy linens and beautiful decor.
There was a delicious breakfast and lovely cafe for a nice snack or dessert.
I would highly recommend this spot to most people, the only challenge I could see is stepping in and out of the tub which was was pretty high, if you have any concern I would call the hotel to see about a more accessible option.

All of the staff were amazing! Especially the front desk and breakfast area staff. I loved my room - it was a great size with a sitting area and desk; and, the bathroom was very clean too. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk everywhere but not in the busiest section of the old town. I will return!!

Deluxe rm was much smaller than anticipated, no usb at bedside, bed comfy, didn’t use spa or any other services.Staff super, breakfast buffet normal but same every day. Location was very good. Our wi-fi kept dropping when trying to cast from our mobile devices to the smart tv. Good place for 1-2 nts. A bit confining for 2 if you’re not out sightseeing all day.without my discount it would have been a big loss, and the transfer to airport or to another hotel is crazy expensive in comparison to what we paid another hotel to drop us off at the Paris. Use Uber. If you know ya like more room - get a bigger room

This building is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau Design which transports you to the times of the 1920's, making it a wonderful welcoming to the city of Prague. Although the carpets my need an update, linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Storage was generous and amenities like bathrobes and sleepers were also provided. We had a Standard room on the first floor and did not hear the street noise. Breakfast was a very complete buffet. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this peaceful and beautiful accommodation, especially if it is your first time in Prague.

Gorgeous hotel with art deco design. It has a cool vibe that puts you in the mood. Outstanding staff, particularly housekeeping. Walking distance to old town and to Palladium mall. Breakfast buffet was good, however, the food was the same everyday. If you’re staying nearby, there’s a grocery store located on the last level inside the Palladium mall that has excellent prices for bottled water and snacks.

It’s very clean, beautiful and elegant. Two layers of windows and doors with a big air gap between significantly reduce noise from the street and hallway, respectively. The air conditioner worked very well. I noticed minor issues with the tub/shower. It is small and the glass door is not big/long enough. ( I am a small person). Water splashes on the floor and makes the floor wet all the time.

This hotel is advetised as a spa hotel which was total BS when they dont open the spa until 2pm and its not advetised on the website. The keys are the most ridiculous thing ever! The cleaning ladies are opening doors at 9am to clean when people are sleeping. A lot of the staff didnt speak english. The door men just kinda stood around all day. Find something for them to do. No netflix on the samsung tv...only youtube which made no sense! No night staff knew anything about the area. This is at most a 3 star hotel. And the location is prime. Breakfeast was descent.The rooms are spacious but the noise outside is ridiculous! I was definitely unimpressed with this hotel for the price!

Grand old hotel

Historic old hotel that is well run and super quiet despite being in the middle of a city.
They could use some upgrades to the electrical systems (usb plugs, etc) and the furnishings are getting a bit worn, but the architectural details and solid wood doors and thick walls are amazing.

To sum it up, don’t be fooled it’s not 5 star property but rather maybe 3…
Staff at the reception, upon our arrival, wasn’t friendly, when we asked to recommend place to eat we were given a list of local places with no explanation.
Room was small, noisy from the outside construction, which nobody told us about.
Bathroom was probably the worse, tiny, not clean, with sink, toilet being plastic, never seen anything like it. Shower had one shower head that you need to hold while showering, the door was leaking so as you exit the shower you step into a puddle of water. Towels were grey not white. Hair dryer was from last century.
One positive thing was location, close walking distance to all the major attractions and landmarks.

This is not 5 stars hotel

Location is perfect.
Hotel definitely not 5 stars hotel.
The standard room with very small shower (there is no bath).
Furniture very old.
Breakfast regular - not suitable for 5 stars.
We paid additional 40€ per night in order to upgrade the standard room with no compensation from Hotel side.

The hotel was beautiful in every aspect. Breakfast was remarkable and delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only negative - and it was a big negative is that the internet was spotty at best. It was a HUGE source of frustration.

5 Stars all the way! This property was excellent. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very \"parisian\" in style. Housekeeping were very good and timely every day. Breakfast buffet was huge and very good in quality - even with sparking wine. Location is great. I usually stay at the Marriott which is very close but now will always stay here if an option. Great hotel and value. Highly recommend.

I loved this hotel and would stay there again. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of several tourist destinations. The metro also stops there so it’s really easy to get around the city
I have only 2 reservations about the property: one the breakfast buffet could have been served warmer and two,be sure to ask the front desk for an anti slip rubber mat for the shower. I slipped and fell the first time I used the shower.

The hotel itself was very grand with a charming atmosphere… it included breakfast each morning with a wide selection of food and drink that was beautifully presented, prepared and the service was exceptional! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Beautiful hotel decorated in a very cool way that made you feel you were going back in time, yet everything was new and polished. The staff was amazing, and the most courteous and nice people that we met in all of Prague. The hotel food, especially the breakfast was incredible, the best we have had in Budapest, Vienna or Prague.

Conveniently located next to everything! You have the powder tower, old town, astronomical clock, all sorts of shopping, including the Palladium and Weneclas Square

We will come back to Prague just to enjoy this hotel

Entire staff was outstanding. We requested a larger shower and the manager took care of request before we arrived. Even had chocolates in our room greeting us.
Second stay in one year here and we will certainly return soon.

The location was the best part of the hotel, and their breakfast was wonderful too. The hotel is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and was also adjacent to a track and field that had activity until late at night, and early in the morning. This made it sort of noisy when it would have been nice to have it quieter.

Prague is amazing and the Hotel Paris Prague is the best way to experience all the old world charm the area has to offer. Only con is they turn off A/C in October.

The breakfast buffet is amazing in a beautiful setting do not miss! It was a perfect way to start the day. The hotel is beautiful with art deco chandeliers and wonderfully restored. I will definitely stay there again. This was hospitality at its finest level.

Hotel Paris Prague is an excellent choice for proximity to the Old Town Square, shopping mall, the River boat cruises. It is a throwback to the 1920’s era and very charming. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and the hotel is beautiful and home away from home.
