Breakfast was delicious and lots of options.
Ideal location, we walked everywhere!
Rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable.
The only negative is the noise from revellers at night but that isn’t the hotels fault (so not blaming the hotel) just want to make people aware that it may disturb your sleep

What a lovely stay! First, the staff were just SUPERB! We were delayed by our airline for two days and had to vacate our previous accommodations, so we moved just down the street. They stored our four suitcases, then called us as soon as the room was ready. Second, the room was spotless and well-appointed. Finally, breakfast the next morning was outstanding! A special shout out to Adam at the front desk and Carolina in the dining room- so friendly and efficient. Carolina showed true leadership and excellence in customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our delay much less painful.

Overall our stay was very good the property was well kept, the staff were nice and responsive. Our only concern was that the elevator doors did not have a censor and actually shut on people quite aggressively. (My mother was struck by the door and bruised on both shoulders)

Perfect Stay in Prague!

The included was excellent, both the buffet and the individually prepared dishes. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner one night and enjoyed it very much. The staff gave us good direction to tourist sights. Very comfortable, very centrally located. The hotel even prepared special breakfast to go packages for us because we had to leave at 4:30AM for a flight. The taxi pickup at the airport and the taxi service to the airport, arranged through the hotel, worked very well. Perfect stay at this hotel!

The property arranged for us to be picked up at train station and the driver was not pleased that our 7 hour train ride from Budapest was late and was cold to us. What was supposed to be a 10 minute drive turned into 1.5 hours due to a marathon that closed all streets leading to our hotel. He finally found a back way to get close enough where we pulled all of our luggage across the cobblestones through construction to arrive at our hotel...about a block.

He takes one bag into hotel and my spouse and I are lugging the rest trying to open the doors where a staff member is standing watching us as I exclaimed sarcastically...\"no, we got it\"...he still stood there.

Check in was just as pleasant...but once we arrived in room 607, the pic uploaded was our view, not bad.

Bed was comfortable and they offered pillow menu which we took advantage of for subsequent nights.

The mini bar fridge was ok and we joked that if we wanted to warm any food, just place it in the fridge. It is locked in so difficult to adjust thermostat.

AC worked ok for European standards. Bathroom is tiny whereas room is large. Windows open so we slept with them open and no need for alarm as the jackhammering etc began daily at 7am on the street below, yay!

Location is convenient to old town and many dining options which is good as dinner at hotel did not appeal to us, but they have a fabulous breakfast buffet which is included and they should update their website pics to highlight this.

Hotel and staff were perfect for our stay, my mum has mobility issues and the distance to the local hotspots was just right. The hotel staff were great in terms of making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! Especially by Andrej who really looked after us! The hotel also booked us the Mozart dinner which is definitely recommended and was great fun. Although just a bit chilly in the ballroom! Also they charge for table water which we didn’t realise

As a younger couple, we were very happy with our stay at Grand Hotel Bohemia. Our “city view” room was great. We had a straight view to Church of Our Lady before Týn. Our room was cleaned promptly every day, whether we left at 7am or 1pm for the day. We were within walking distance to most everything. During our week long stay, we only took a Bolt ride twice (not including to the airport). Additionally, the included breakfast is extensive. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel

The location was fantastic, and the hotel was very comfortable. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast. The only bummer was the on site bar did not have many items for the drinks on their menu -- the bartender was not able to make any of the drinks ordered. Hopefully that was an unusual event for them, and not a regular.

The hotel is generally good. The sheets and towels are clean. The overall infrastructure of the room is not as luxurious as mentioned on Hotels.com, but the hotel is a solid choice. The breakfast is good and generous.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of old town with a 10 minute walk to the town square. The subway and tram station is a 2 minute walk. Rooms were nicely equipped but the best part was the friendly and caring staff who seemed eager to help you and make your stay memorable. Lastly, the breakfast was truly amazing.

The staff was great very accommodating.. The location is great, very clean. I booked through Expedia payed for a deluxe room with a city view. When I got there unfortunately the room was not deluxe and had pretty much no view it was tiny and was looking at the inside of buildings. Thankfully the staff was very accommodating like I said and changed my room on day 2 to a deluxe room with a view. Wish I booked through the hotel. Wouldn’t have had this headache.

This is a spectacular hotel, perfectly located in the most beautiful part of Prague. It's easy to walk to all of the famous attractions and there are numerous shopping and dining options nearby. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was varied and wonderful. If you're lucky, a delightful Mozart music and dinner show is put on in the hotel ballroom. I highly recommend that you attend the Mozart show if you can, it was a highlight of our time in Prague. The hotel is modern and beautiful and comfortable, while also being historic. I loved this hotel and plan to return next time I'm in Prague.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the city. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the cozy bedding to the high-quality toiletries.

The location is ideal — walking distance to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. We especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary drinks and local recommendations.

This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. It felt like a home away from home, only better. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Prague. Highly, highly recommended!

We loved Grand Hotel Bohemia. Our room had a wonder patio and terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the rooftops of Prague. We also had a great view of the Powder Tower. The staff was terrific. They couldn’t do enough for you. The even packed a to go breakfast for us since our flight was early morning! We will be back!!!
