Was not happy paying an £83 deposit on my card and only getting £60 back, no reason given. Other than that property is very good. I suggest, if you can you pay the deposit in cash, unfortunately I could not as had an early flight on checkout day.

Excellent place to stay if you’re on a budget, has a kitchen shared (luckily no one else fancied using it whilst we stayed there) and a shared bathroom.
Bedrooms cleaned every other day, although we didn’t have our bed made more than once in seven days, we just got new towels.

The lady at check in was wonderful. All of the staff was really but she was extra helpful to us. I was sick and she opened a little early and arranged for us to get our room earlier as there was surprisingly one available. She was also very kind. The man who checked us out did so very fast as well. Overall, the staff was so easy to deal with and we had great customer service. The room was clean with the TV having a few music channels and news channels I believe in English. The main bathroom in our private room’s apartment (there was 2 private rooms that shared the amenities of the apartment such as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen) had a deep bath tub and hair dryer. This apartment building also has a small elevator and an inexpensive Italian restaurant in it that has good pasta. We had the duck tagliatelle which was superb. There is a Billa grocery store within a few minutes walk, just behind the building, and the Florenc train station is right in front of the apartments. 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 40 minute walk to Prague Castle. None of the walk is uphill either, except for when you are walking up to the Castle of course. The only downsides of this apartment were that our oven did not work but I am sure they have fixed it by now as they said they had a repair man coming. The other downside was that the bed was pretty firm but it was not the worst I have slept on in Eastern Europe. The pillows and blankets were very comfy though and made up for it. Overall, great value! :)

Convenient and welcoming small hotel in Prague

I liked my stay, and it was the right balance of price and quality for me. The front desk hours were nice compared to some other similarly priced options, and when I arrived (or later had questions) the front desk staff were helpful. The area is a bit removed from the city center but convenient: right near the metro/trams/etc. (Florenc station, about 15 minutes to connect to the city center), a 3 minute walk from a large supermarket, and some a couple good restaurants next door. The apartment setup was also convenient for a relaxing stay. One minor issue was that my reservation information said there would be a microwave in the room, so I purchased a microwave dinner at the supermarket one night not realizing I hadn't actually seen a microwave, and it wasn't in my room when I got back to heat and eat the food. So I hope the staff check what is listed here on hotels.com as included with the rooms to avoid confusion, although the staff were helpful (offered to bring me a microwave to my room the next day, though I didn't need it, and let me heat up the food that one time in the front office). I only mention the microwave because it's confusing planning a long distance trip without knowing exactly what to expect. I still had a great stay, and would happily stay here again if I return to Prague.

I can recommend this apartment with pleasure, the location is excellent for those who come by bus to Prague, safely, just a couple of minutes from the bus station, everything is close by, a supermarket, a theater, the city center, trams
Elevator, clean apartment, very quiet, has everything you need, electric stove, kettle, coffee, tea
On my next visit to charming Prague, I will definitely stay here again.

There are metro, bus and tram stations near by. Not far from heart of Prague if you like to walk! Everything was ok except you can hear the voice from downstairs very clearly. Disappointing breakfast as they only gave you some toast, jam and snack bar not even eggs or milk. It cost us £9 for 3 days but I’d rather get them in BILLA.

Close to Florenc bus and Metro station. The reception only open during 8am to10pm, so if want to store luggage must notice the time.
The shared toilet and shower room are clean, there’s an equipment public kitchen where you may cook or keep milk in refrigerator.
Overall it was a nice two-nights stay.

The place is ideally located across the street from the Florec Bus Station. The room was basic with only a fan to keep cool but it served my needs. Ideally the front desk closes at 10 pm but I was lucky to find it open after my bus arrived behind schedule. Be aware this place is not ideal for people who want to walk to the tourist attractions, it would be a very long walk .

I was not happy with the stay since there is no hot water on 08/09 and 08/12. I have to take super cold water at midnight on 08/09 so my friend called the hotel and then the hotel turned on the hot water on 08/10 morning. On the check out morning (08/12) they turn off the hot water again. I do request refund / discount for my this stay since it was really suffering to taking cuper cold shower at midnight and early morning!

We stayed here for the second time so we expected two double rooms sharing kitchen and bathroom. This time there were 4(!) double rooms to share one bathroom and separate toilet. Fortunately they weren't fully occpied but still we had to wait from time to time to take a shower or to use the toilet. The soap run out after one day. Room service was every second day.
The cleanliness of the room wasn't spotless. Planty of dust and hair under the table and in the corners. Fan in the room as a substitute for an air conditioning. Unable to sleep because of the heat.
We rememberd the place as something better but offcourse the location is very convenient.

Great hotel, right next to the central bus station (perfect for us)! Just a 10ish minute walk to the Christmas Markets! Hotel is old but spotless (just beware of the super old school elevator! Or take the stairs). Thereception staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English.

Rezidence Davids is in the Florenc neighborhood of Prague which is in the outer periphery of the historic town. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of the old town. One can easily walk through the safe streets of Prague to get there but if you're feeling lazy you also have a metro right outside the hotel that you can take to get to the city. I stayed in a suite that was spacious, clean, had a nice bathroom. There was also a kitchenette which would be useful if one was staying for more than a couple days. There are a couple of good restaurants in the vicinity including a bar which serves the local fare. The staff are super friendly and very warm and hospitable. All in all, I would stay here if I were to return to Prague.

Great stay at Rezidence Davids!

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Rezidence Davids. The staff at reception are friendly and professional, and they are there for most of the day. Our room was incredibly spacious and neat. Though the bathroom, shower, and kitchen are all shared with three other rooms, the amenities are kept very clean. There is not much going on in the surrounding area, but it is super close to the bus station and the Florenc metro station (a major stop). All in all, I would definitely recommend Rezidence Davids!

All during our stay I have regreted why didn't I searched more to find something more appropriate for a vacation stay. The building is so outdated and the service is too weak. The location is on a busy street which wouldn't let you have fresh air even at night. I don't recommend it at all.

I think it's convenience for travelling by Bus because it's near to Florence bus station and the Metro Railway station.
The room is large. It has a small kitchen for easy cooking. I like it. <3
The elevator is too small but I stayed on the 2nd floor,so it's not problem for me.
I think the room is proper with the cost.

The place was OK, except for the REALLY strong tobacco smell which pervaded everything. We specifically asked for a non smoking room but all the carpets etc reeked of smoke. This spoiled our stay. The shower was good until the last day when there was a smelly something bubbling up through the drain. The staff were good and helpful. But this place would suit non_fussy people of which I'm not one...

The hotel is in a quiet area, but nearby to the theater, plenty of restaurants and bars & clubs. The tv only has one English language channel so prepare for CNN. The internet is pretty decent and free. They have an in room safe for security. Great value stay. Great tour assistance from tge staff.

hotel was clean and pretty central . kitchenette was well stocked with pots and pans etc . coffee and tea as well . uncomfortable hard beds . curtains didn't pull together properly and if you stay here one receptionist is extremely helpful . The other one is more interested in her phone and wouldn't even phone us a taxi to the airport we had to do it online ourselves . wifi is hit and miss . no TV in English had to listen to music chanel . on the up side there is a great wee Italian restaurant attached . The staff there are lovely and very friendly . there's a shop straight across the road and a supermarket round the corner.

Very convenient location, right beside the international bus station, and only a 10 minute walk from city centre. Room was spacious and clean, however it was a shared kitchen and bathroom, which was a little unclear when booking. But it was very nice and we didnt mind at all. Great breakfast baskets were given to us each morning. Overall, a good experience and would definitely stay again

Excellent value. Nice staff. Lovely clean studio apartment. On very busy street so noisy early in the morning with cars and trams. I had ear plugs, partner slept through it.
15 minute walk to edge of old and new towns, 20 minutes to the very centre of old town. You get to see more this way so good location for us, some might like more central but you will pay for it. You can arrange transport to and from the airport directly with the apartments, just email them. Cost us about 550czeck koruna £15 roughly each way which seemed to be average.

The place is really well located with a metro station just cross the road. You can also easily walk to the old town in 10min. The staff is nice we needed to print few thing for the rest of our travel and it wasn't a problem at all. The only down side there is no elevator and the stairs get really tiresome mainly after a day walking in the city.

Great hotel, about a 5 minute walk from the old town square and close to everything we needed. Surrounding area felt slightly uncomfortable at night but there were never any issues, and hotel felt secure. We stayed when Prague's low during the day was 36 degrees C and at night 28, so the room was very uncomfortable, no air conditioning. Overall, a good hotel for a good price.

Spacious, well located apartments near to downtown

An old building with apartments made into a kind of a hotel-meets-hostel, where a few (but not all) rooms on a floor share a bath and kitchen.

It is extremely well located and properly taken care of. We got two rooms, one even had a balcony. The only nuisance is the lack of parking space, not even for check-in. All slots in front of the Rezidence belong to the police department across the street, no leniency (and no time in catching you if you attempt a drop-and-run operation).

Instead park down the street by the train bridge, there's free space around and is only half a block away for check-in. And for the actual parking, the hotel has a deal with a garage three blocks away.

Apartment style at central bus & train station

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the station and 15 mins walk to the old town centre with transports and shops close by.
The apartment I stayed in has basic furniture but very clean and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Reception don't open until 8am so if you arrive earlier, you have to wait around.
i would definitely stay here again.

Attention il n'y a pas une personne à l'accueil. On prend possession de sa clé via une boîte et un code. Donc on ne peut pas passer déposer sa valise avant de prendre possession de sa chambre. C'était une chambre avec la possibilité de se faire légèrement à manger. Il n'y a pas de salle pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. A part ces deux points c'est très bien.

Quite good location. We have enough space to place our belongings in the room. There is a fan, but no A/C. The housekeeping service is available every two days.
The only downside is that the socket is not enough, especially when we used the adapter. However, it is not a big problem.

Blev bara en natt denna gång pga endast snabbvisit - men skulle lätt komma tillbaka hit nästa gång jag är i Prag. Vänlig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen, lugnt boende på en vad som uppfattades som trygg gata, 1 minuts gångväg till tunnelbana (1 station från centralstationen) och 15 minuters promenad till Old Town square. Rent och fräscht. Mycket prisvärt!

Prag Florent metro istasyonunun hemen çıkışında. Heryerden ulaşım çok kolay. Tam merkezde. Yürüyerek old town square a 5 dakikada gittim. Apart otel şeklinde. Kimi odalarda banyo tuvalet yok, ortak kullanılıyor. Ben özel banyo tuvalet olanı aldım. Mutfakta çay kahve şeker herşey bolca var. Yalniz aynı otelin iki binası var. Ben yanlış yere gittim. Kapı kapalıydı çünkü resepsiyonda 22.00 den sonra kimse yoktu. Kapı şifresini önceden göndermişlerdi. Ancak ben yanlış binaya gittiğim için dışarıda kaldım. Acil telefon butonuna bastım ve oradan hemen iletişim kurduk. 5 dakika içinde gelip aldılar. Tabi ingilizce bilmek gerekiyor.

Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Neuwertiges Bad, kleine Küche Zeile, Balkon, viele gute Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar.
Zimmer machte einen guten Eindruck. Der Aufzug ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber es gibt eine Treppe um die Zimmer zu erreichen.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere con balcone convinti dalle foto messe sul sito che ci fosse l'aria condizionata e che il balcone fosse un vero balcone.Invece ci siamo trovati una ringhiera di ferro davanti una porta finestra che non avevamo mai visto nelle foto.In stanza sembrava di essere in un forno,c'era un ventilatore che non smuoveva nemmeno l'aria e non potevamo tenere la finestra aperta perchè con il traffico in strada non potevamo dormire.Ci è sembrata una grande presa di giro.Le camere spaziose e pulite,il bagno grande e comodo e anche i materassi.Lenzuola lise e con strappi.Cucina pulita funzionale e completa di tutto,anche di zucchero,sale e caffè solubile.Consiglio questo residence solo in periodi con temperature meno calde,altrimenti impossibile starci.Una cosa davvero stupenda è il ristorante sotto.Si mangia bene,il personale è gentilissimo e si spende davvero ma davvero poco!

During my check-in, the staff attitude was bad. When I asked question, he stopped me and said rudely that waited until I finished. When he finished, he did not ask me what was my question. I had to check with him \"Are you finish ?\" By the time he was very unpatient & impolite. The staff is a guy aged 20 something & with brone hair. Other staffs are good and helpful. Regarding the cups, plates etc. , some were not cleaned after used. They should check & clean before other room guests stay in.

Die gewaschen und frisch ausgetauschten Bettlaken und Kissenbezüge waren fleckig. Leider am 2. Tag Hygieneartikel wie Toilettenpapier, Seife usw nicht nachgefüllt. Lage super, das Bahnhofnähe. Nettes Personal.
