I spent 4 nights at this place to visit a business partner. My overall impression is this hotel has prices inline with the area, but offers a very basic service, with many features inferior to what it advertises.

The most negative aspects were the size of the room, soundproofing and wireless service.

Regarding the room size, it is negatively impacted by an inefficient design: while the dimension of the floor space may correspond to what they claim, it is wasted in a long 3m corridor, which makes the actual room space tiny and just sufficient for the bed and a desk with a one column wardrobe. Under the desk there is a mini-fridge (which I had to move to the bathroom in order to be able to sit).
The only place to open the suitcase is the bed, which creates an easy condition for spreading bedbugs.
There’s also not a lot of space for the belongings (not even a hanger in the corridor) and I had to place the suitcase above the wardrobe column and the trolley under the desk, just to be able to walk in the room.

Soundproofing is not existing. This is a decades old building and there is no sign of soundproofing on the walls or ceiling or plumbing: in fact I was waken up by the noise of the suitcases rolling upstairs and I could hear everything happening in the bathroom upstairs.

Wireless was a joke. Despite I got a good signal, when I had an online meeting in the evening I wasn’t able to share any content, and barely able to be heard.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel room had cracked floor tiles, and the shampoo dispenser in the shower wasn’t working. The space felt cramped and uncomfortable. I’m honestly surprised this property is rated as a 4-star hotel, given the overall experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very good and varied breakfast, with close and quick links to the city by tram or metro. There are many really good and cheap restaurants close by too. I would stay here again

I really liked the breakfast buffet that I booked when I reserved the room, and my room was spacious and even though it was close to other rooms, I heard no other noise or disturbances. I did pay for some amenities (the sauna) that I could not use for the full hour (too hot) so if I had to make a suggestion, I would say pay a set hourly price for all the facilities (fitness, sauna, and whirlpool) for guests. Excellent hotel overall, and I would book a stay there again.

The room itself was quite spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue was I needed the window open since there didn't seem to have A/C, although temperature was cooler and my room backed upon the parking lot and therefore the smokers from the hotel were annoying with loud talking and coughing.

For the price, fantastic!

Great area, easy to jump on a tram or Metro to get into the city center.
Hotel was fabulous. Receptionist spoke English. Parking fee in euro was 12.00. ( Gated parking).
The breakfast had all sorts of delicious items to choose from!-
Sausage, boiled eggs, warm veggie/ couscous mix & other different mixes; cold veggies of sorts, breads, cheeses, jams, yogurts, fruit, pastries, coffee machine with variety of options.

Prisvärt standardhotell i centrala Prag

Ett standardhotell med bastu, bubbelpool och gym. Hyfsad frukost som på eftermiddagen blev en restaurang och en bar. Den var dock ingen höjdare trist (frukost-)miljö och inga människor.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht. Personal ist freundlich und flexible. Ich musste den Aufenthalt von zwei auf eine Nacht kürzen. Ging problemlos und auch der checkin am nächsten Morgen um 09:30. Parkplätze sind ausreichen vorhanden, der Preis passt auch.

Ottima colazione. Hotel da tre stelle.

Il punto di forza è la colazione, varia sia con salato e molti dolci, anche locali (non solo internazionale). Avevo una stanza singola, piuttosto piccola e un pò scomoda per il tetto spiovente. A parte questo aveva il necessario considerando che vi stavo per lavoro. Gli arredi sono decenti ma mancava un armadio e altre possibili accessori. Buona pulizia. La Hall è piccola. Ho utilizzato la stanza fitness che ha il necessario anche se gli attrezzi non sono top di gamma.
Ho comunque valutato l'hotel nell'ottica più generale dei servizi ricettivi della città, che sono sicuramente di buon livello ma non sempre all'altezza di altre città, e chiaramente questo hotel appariva più com eun tre stelle.
La zona è estremamente sicura, offre comodissimi servizi sia di trasporto che di ristorazione. Fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i tram 1, 25, e 27.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rande der Altstadt. Parkplatz war kostenlos. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein geräumiges 3-Bett-Zimmer erhalten. Reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko: Die Einstellung des Duschhebels zwischen warm und kalt war Millimeterarbeit.

Sehr gut gelegen. Nicht weit bis zur Staßenbahn und nur 2 Haltestellen bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Restaurants in näherer Umgebung vorhanden. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Es war wunderschön. Super servis. Immer gesucht möglichkeit komunizieren. Obwohl kein deutsch in hotel spricht mann. Super saubere zimmer und grosse raum. Sehr schön.
Wellnes hat mr sehr gefahlen, ruhig. Sehr gute finiesche saune und sprudelbad.
Essen war unglaublich fein. Sehr gute, feine und grosse auswahl beim früstuck.

Zimmer etwas klein. In den heißen Augusttagen wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen, der bereitgestellte Ventilator kann das nicht ersetzen. Große Frühstücksauswahl. Parkplatz kostenlos. Mit Tram 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Jugendgruppen untergebracht. Wenn die zum Frühstück gehen, wird der Platz eng. Hier wären mehr Zweiertische für Paare gut, da viele Paare Vierertische belegten. An einem Abend war im Restaurant schon kurz nach 20 Uhr kein Personal mehr zu finden, obwohl Öffnungszeit bis 22 und warme Küche bis 20:30 angegeben ist.
Preis-Leistung insgesamt sehr gut aber fehlende Klimaanlage in der heißen Sommerzeit ist schlecht.

Et rigtig godt hotel i Prag

Det er ikke ligefrem et nyt hotel, men det virker ikke nedslidt eller i dårlig stand.
Rengøringen var god, servicen var i top og parkeringen var gratis.
Det ligger i et trygt område og det er nemt at komme ind til byen derfra med metro.
