Better than most expo hotels

Stayed here as i was working at the nearby expo centre. The hotel is generic but comfortabe.

The big bonus was the quality of the food in the restaurant. All home cooked and excellent, great value for money. Needless to say, breakfast was brilliant.

The only downside is the hotel is very isolated. There is nothing going on around it.

Very lovely room, at the time of our visit there was way too many children running around without adult supervision (which I understand isn’t the hotels fault however their loudness should have been managed better) which made us not want to spend much time in the communal areas

Good for business travel

I was there for an event at the Industrial Palace next door. For this, the location (also close to the park) and facility are excellent. The breakfast was also reliably strong. The hotel is clean and safe, but doesn’t offer much more in terms of amenities.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue I was visiting. Turns out it's also a very walkable neighbourhood and close to trams. This made it very easy to get around. Reception staff were exceptional in helping me resolve what could have been a critical incident. I also experienced very good service and meals in the dining room. The room was very clean and comfortable but no view and no tea or coffee in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Its an old 4* hotel with the infrastructure for a 4* but is managed poorly and cheaply. I would say the management is doing a 2-3* job. For example:
For using the safe in your room, you need to go down the reception and leave a 20 euro deposit for the key!
The breads and veggies were old( we stayed for two nights between christmas and new years eve).
If you want to make a hot drink, you should go down to restarurnt (since there is no boiler in the room or in the lobby) and they charge you 20CZK for hot water!
The toilet was smelly and we had orange stain drops on our bed linen on 1st night.
The room was cozy and sofa and bed were comfortable, the bathtub was good as well.

Great hotel

We stayed here for our IVF procedure, I needed a place to relax. The hotel restaurant was very yummy and convenient, the breakfast was good. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean. The parking was safe and not expensive. I would stay here again!

We arrived, told them who we were and felt very welcomed. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and again the staff was very friendly. Dinner was very reasonable priced. We were provided with maps and directions on how to get into the old town.

You get what you pay for

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a family room. We didn't pay much so we didn't expect a high standard. This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The room we were in was facing the railway line which meant it was very noisy and we kept being woken up by trains very late at night and early in the morning. Rooms facing the railway line should have special glass that is noise proof. The toilet smelt not very nice though it looked clean on the surface. The rooms were often not dine until 4pm. Some staff were great but others need training in basic customer service. For example, when we arrived and were waiting to check, the person on the Reception desk completely ignored us as she was dealing wirh another customer. Alrhough we didn't expect immediate attention, a nod or a tiny gesture to acknowdge our presence would have been appreciated.
The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The location is good though and the breakfast was reasonable though there seem to be a constant shortage of cutlery and plates and the breakfast plates were very small, which meant one had to keep getting up to get more food. But we didn't pay much so we think that it is a good deal if you pay about £50 a night for a family of 2 adults and a child.

The restaurant at this hotel is SUPER the food was all great, delicious, the best Chef in town!
Room service was also wonderful!

Over all good experience!

Great for the Prague Expo halls next door

Easy walk down to the exhibition centre. Staff OK - but not always very friendly. Rooms pretty basic but clean, and fine. Slight niggles about the noises from outside/next door, and the drain that would not. Only water in the minibar, which is a shame. Reasonable breakfast, and great omelette for supper. The beer (both helles and dunkles) is - of course - amazing.

a pleasurable 5 nights in this hotel!

Spent 5 nights in this hotel while my daughter was a competitor in EUCYS 2013 in the nearby Expo park. Could not fault this hotel, staff were brilliant, room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect wifi throughout the hotel and bedroom. Breakfast was so varied, there was something for everyone. Evening meals in the restaurant were good too. Easy access to Prague on tram 17 or 24, tickets from reception.
I would thoroughly recommend this spot

We stayed here for one night, mainly because it was close to the Czech Beer Festival going on close by. It was a nice clean hotel and came with a free breakfast which was a plus. It is however far from the major tourist attractions in Prague. If we weren't going to the Czech Beer Festival we wouldn't have stayed here. Although you can reach the main tourist areas by public transit it is a bit of a hassle. Would not be ideal for travellers/tourists looking to see the city over a few days.

It was ok...

We stayed there in July 2013, and it was OK. The location is a bit out of the centre, but there are convenient public transport connections and it is handy to the Elbe cycle way. The room was clean iver all, but the toilet smelled bad (like stale urine) despite daily cleaning. Our room (opposite the train line and above the restaurant was quite noisy). The buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection of food.

Good value, everything equal/better than expected

Very enjoyable stay, I ended up choosing this hotel at the last minute (the day of arrival) when there was an issue with the first hotel I had booked on hotels.com. I was pleased with this hotel - everything met or exceeded expectations. My wife loved the bathroom, especially the bathtub. One minor detail is the water temperature fluctuated several degrees while taking a shower so I started taking showers in the evening instead of the morning and the fluctuations weren't as significant;. Breakfast was excellent, location of hotel was good. The tram stop is about a 2 minute walk and the hotel staff were very helpful with providing input on what tram to take depending on where we wanted to go. The front desk also has tickets at the front desk - this made it easier to get tickets for the day and just charge to the room instead of having to get them at the train station. The wi-fi functioned reliably in the room, there was an ethernet cable that I used some but I used the wireless most of the time, I would stay at this hotel again.

Sleep is the most fundamental aspect of a hotel. The mattress was too hard and the pillows too soft to allow a good nights sleep. Add the lack of complimentary tea and coffee making then the night was made miserable

Worth it!

Got a standard room and we had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and it seemed very secure and safe. Train running outside window during the night, but not loud enough to wake us up. Maybe ask for a room not facing the train if you are worried about it. We picked Hotel Expo because it was close to our train stop,which was just one stop away from the main train station, so we knew what we were getting into.
It was also a short walk (about 15-20min.) to nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Even though it is not real close to the sights, the trams stop just a short 3 min. walk away.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They suggested good places to eat, gave us walking directions, and even called a taxi for us when we needed to go to the airport. The free breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay!

I can't offer a review of this hotel,since it had over-booked and arranged instead for my accommodation at the Park Hotel,its affiliate nearer the city centre.Reception staff were extremely apologetic and courteous.They rang for a free a/c taxi and offered me a cool beer while I waited.If that's anything to go by,it's a pretty nice place.

Prague International Marathon Trip

This hotel is very clean for a pet allowed hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly and they all spoke perfect English. The hotel has an abundance of tourist information and you can purchase tour tickets at the front desk. It is within walking distance of a tram stop that have lines that take you to all the attractions. Parking is available for a fee in an underground garage that has 24hr security. The breakfast was top-notched and I travel very often. It combined beautifully Czech, German, and American styles together; I was very impressed. This hotel is located next to the Arena and a great location if you don't want the borther of crowds but a quick access to main attractions.

Would definitely go back

The location was fine; not particularly close to the city centre, but within very easy walking distance of a busy tram stop. It would be great if you were an ice hockey fan as the Tesla Arena (home of HC Sparta Praha) are right next door! The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view out of the window wasn't particularly inspiring at this time of year, but you cannot have everything!

Worked well for a place to stay

Nothing to get excited about, except that it was good value. Location was good for my work activities, but not for touring. There is a tram just outside to get to the city center, but no great restaurants or amenities in the immediate area except the hockey arena/convention center and a (way cool) contemporary art museum.
Breakfast was a very extensive buffet (included in the room price). Restaurant was just O.K. for dinner. Service was bad, food was serviceable. Most disappointing was the cleanliness of the hotel room and the lobby/restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel was certainly fine. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful (in English), at least one was very surly.

Frühstück meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit, dass man 30min auf einen Tisch warten muss. Das hat meinen ganzen Tageszeitplan durcheinander gebracht. So etwas erwarte ich nicht von einem vier Sterne Hotel. Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber, Flecken an WC-Türe, Vorhängen und Nachtkästchen. Personal freundlich, gute Lage mehr bleibt aber danm auch nicht zu sagen.

14時にチェックインで13時55分に着いたけどチェックインさせてもらえなかった。ほとんどのスタッフは感じよくフレンドリーだった。部屋は清潔感もありタオルも大きいのと中くらいのがあり使いやすかった。ポットやコップも豊富にあったが、部屋にティッシュがなかった。トイレとシャワーが別で使いやすかった。朝食はパン、チーズ、ハムの種類は豊富でたまごとソーセージ、ビーンズなどもあり満足だった。駅からは閑散とした道を歩くが特に危険なところはなかった。トラムの駅は近くプラハ城や旧市街に出るには便利だった。歩いて10分くらいのところにAlbert(スーパーマーケット)があり水などはここで買うと安い。

Personal ist super nett. Die Zimmer sind groß und oberflächig renoviert. Es sieht auf dem ersten Blick sehr modern aus, bei genauerem hinsehen fällt aber auf, dass nur die Fassade renoviert wurde. Die Hotelbar und Foyer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirken etwas trostlos, aber alles sehr sauber und herzlich.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und auch das Zimmer war groß und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben abends im Hotel Restaurant gespeist. Die Preise waren günstig, die Auswahl gut und uns hat alles war hervorragend. Selten so einen netten und motivierten Service gehabt. Wirklich toll. Auch das kostenlose parken war ein Plus. Nedoporučuji, nesedí 4*,

Na záchodě odporný zápach, kachlicky a dveře v koupelně ušmudlane. Neutřeny prach. Postel opravdu malá. Pokoj jsme dostali jiný než jsem objednala. Parkoviště se platí 350,- Kč. Snídaně ok, akorát hodinu před koncem servírování snídaně už něco chybělo a bylo to už vlažné. Stoly, židle a podlaha byla špinavá od předchozích hostů. Určitě neodpovídá 4*. Osobně bych nedoporučila a zcela jistě se tam nevrátím a pracovně tam nikoho ubytovavat nebudu. Za cenu, kterou si účtují, to dle mých zkušenost nestoji.

交換されないバスタオル

バスタオル交換をしてもらえなかった。4泊のうち1回の清掃がはいったものの新しいバスタオルやタオルに交換されておらず、外出から部屋に戻ると自分たちが使ったバスタオルを　部屋のあちこち（ハンガー掛けを４つ使って１つのバスタオルを干していたり、洗面所ドアのタオルかけ、など）に干してあった。清掃の人に触られたタオルを使わなくてはいけないのは不快だった。バスカーテンレールの棒が固定されておらず上から落ちてきて鼻を打った。
