I have traveled many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments hotels. This place was lacking and was nothing like the pictures. Needs major upgrades and information for its guest. The room was musty and dirty floor. Bugs flying around.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

The host was not responsive to our requests. There was no remote control for the TV and it took 3 days to get one. The pillows were horrible and the bed had a big gap in the middle when two single beds were put together as one king bed

Great stay overall

Excellent stay overall. Lovely sized apartment with separate living, sleeping and kitchen which was perfect for us between going out. Though comfortable the place looks like it could do with an overall revamp and updating, but still did feel homely and safe.
The shower was awkward to use as the head twisted towards the wall so couldn’t stand centrally and the water was warm all the time despite taps being red hot. Plenty of water and good pressure otherwise and did not affect being able to wash.
Lovely local restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes with 20 minute walk to old town square and other sight seeing locations.

Overall had a great stay and would happily stay there again. The room was ready early and the host allowed us a late check out due to a late flight which we were very appreciative of. Recommend as a comfortable base with plenty of room.

The property was just right for ourselves and our 13 year old grandson. We could however have done with a baking tray for the oven and another oven shelf plus an oven glove or equivalent to take hot things out of the oven.

The property has a great location and the first impression was wow - large tall doors, the main room was well designed and the area is great. But then the little things added up.
The sofa bed was bobbled - which you could feel and on the mattress there were stains. The walls in the bedroom had strange stains and w have been painted over. The shower wasn’t terribly clean. We enjoyed cooking but found no salt or oil which would have been helpful. A wine glass maybe? There were no instructions for anything - like the heating so we didn’t know how to manage it. I think a proper welcome would have been good to settle in and ask questions.

Apartment had a nice modern bedroom and kitchen. Staff was excellent, we had a few issues but they took care of them right away. Sofa sleepers are very warm and need replacement. Stained and torn, and ear plugs are required as this units bedroom shared a wall with main entrance, door slamming may wake you. Good location, about 25 minute walk to Christmas market, but a nice pleasant walk thru Letna Park. Very safe

Property was good, kitchen was new and modern bathroom was clean and pleasant, sofa sleepers were worn and matresses need replaced. They were a bit strained. Customer service was great, had a few issues but they fixed them immediately. Great location to all the sites, if your okay with walking. We enjoyed the beauty of Letna park. Definitely need earplugs as bedroom shares wall with main hallway and entrance door slamming. Good price, just need new sofas.

The apartment was great. It had everything you need and they even left tablets and liquids you’d need for the dishwasher and laundry. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils etc needed for cooking. Communication with check in instructions was not delivered before the day of check in and was delivered via WhatsApp.

Amazing value for price. Rooms were spacious and with great amenities. Check in was very easy and I was even allowed early, which I appreciated.

Easy to get to from the airport and public transport to city centre was right around the corner. Very close to grocery stores, restuarants, post office and a lovely park as well.

Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and within easy access to restaraunts etc.15 minute walk to old town. 2 minor points, there was nobody there to greet us (our confirmation said there would be) and one of the shower heads was broken. However, neither detracted from a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely dissatisfied with checking in. I had no access to the room. An owner/manager never shared the access to the property and did not wait for me to check in. I was lucky I met two Americans from Michigan who called the owner/manager of the property and then, after 45 minutes waiting outside on the street at the lock door, I was able to check in at 6 pm. I do not recommend this place.

Good condition room with not good location/service

As a family, we visited Prague for the New Year. When we arrived to the hotel in the evening, there was only one room left, which had one less Sofa bed and had no kitchen, as different than our booking information. The room was new and clean. But, it was small and dark.
The location of the hotel is not easy to walk to the center. We had a car luckily and drove every where. Otherwise, we would have been in trouble.

Excellent, they did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Apartments are modern and equipped with everything you need. Well located, close to many stores, bars, restaurants, tram and train stations. I will would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for anyone looking to visit Prague.

Not worth the trouble! nice at first glance

Had trouble checking in, unbelievably rude receptionist who hung up on us/a staff member from hotels.com when asking for help several times, no front desk/staff on site. The room itself was quite nice but many of the appliances weren’t working (the towel rack, air conditioning, and for the first day the laundry machine). Save yourself the trouble!

Moderne, simple Unterkunft in praktischer Lage um Prag zu erkunden.
Die Möbel sind etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, aber es ist grundsätzlich sauber (keine 5 Sterne Hotel Sauberkeit , aber das sollte man hier auch nicht erwarten) und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Es gibt keine Rezeption, man wird kommt über einen Tür herein und bekommt über einen Schlüs

Lett å finne frem. Kontaktløs innsjekk og utsjekk- god kommunikasjon med utleier. Vi sendte melding til utleier om at vi ikke syntes det var tilfredstillende renhold. Opplevde utleier som seriøs og tok tak i vår henvendelse med en gang. Leiligheten ble rengjort grundig.
Stor, lys og trivelig leilighet. Fin park i nærområdet og god kollektiv transport.
Ett pluss med både vaske- og oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten.

Very good location and good amenities, only the fact that the boiler delayed a lot to warm the water bothers me. We were in 4 in the apartment and we needed to control the time in the shower to avoid some to have a cold shower.
