When we made the booking, it said daily cleaning. But towels were only changed every 3 days! They didn't even take out the trash after 2 days. They only brought toilet paper. The towels were old. At breakfast, the orange juice was just water every day.

Room was unclean. They only replace towels every 3 days ( proven to be unsanitary ) and you could hear every noise from the outside while inside the room.
The staff did their job well but weren’t particularly corteous and most had trouble with English, this didn’t bother me or detract from the experience but I think should be mentioned. The breakfast is ok at best, I ended up only getting coffee or juice after trying it the first day.
The location is pretty good though , a close walk to the center and lots of transportation around

Appalling experience at this hotel. I left a bag in my room containing my luggage and some very expensive items including fragrances, sunglasses and unopened bottles of high value patron and they stole the high value items and claimed that they knew nothing of them. The manager was very nonchalant about the issue when I showed up to collect my item and didn’t even attempt to investigate. Don’t stay here they are dishonest.

The Kings Residence was an en excellent hotel, very convenient for the tram and metro and only a few stops away from \"Old Town\" Prague.
The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person).
The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

staff was friendly and helpful. You can also ask for late check out z.b 30-mins to 1hr. However, the building has a very thin walls which cause inconvenience over night when your neighbors make showers or watch tv. Also the bad-tab pipe had problem , the water goes very slowly down. The tab in kitchen also was unstable, we afraid if it would come off!! There was no daily room cleaning. Towels were too old which had fabric tears and in some parts, they had wired color of like iron rust sign… I know it was 3 stars hotel but some basic facilities could be improved. Also the floor was carpet which looks dirty. In general I don’t know how I should expect from a 3 start hotel in Prague, but at least my insight might help for improvement.

Very confusing street plus had construction going on. There is nowhere to unload luggage. Parking for this hotel is a 5 minute walk & costa extra. The room was VERY adorable, nice & big, & had a skylight window area. No AC but was ok. Loved the refrigerator in the room.

lots of constructions on the street, there is no space to load or unload your luggage’s . no parking in the building and the no parking on the street. Worst driving condition you have to check out by 10am sharp, the front desk was kind enough to give us extra 20 min.
worst part is the bathroom hardware is leaking and spray waters everywhere . expedia we trusted you and you disappoint you with property like this just for you to earn commission from these house managed properties very shame on you.

Nice hotel in prague

We very much enjoyed staying at the hotel. There were some minor deficiencies like the air units not working, and the windows not staying open, but nothing that overly detracted from the stay. I would happily stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a rental car and are uncomfortable on small streets, the parking here is almost non-existent and somewhat nerve wracking if you’re not used to it.

Only downside was our shower wasn't warm, we mentioned it to the staff but they did nothing about it.. though it didn't spoil our holiday and we would stay in the hotel again in the future.

Fantastic few days here. Really clean and friendly. Reception staff were friendly but didnt speak a great deal of english when we needed to ask about electric adaptors. Rooms were really comfy and brilliant shower. Breakfast was nice, would have been nice to have a few more hot choices such as bacon but plenty of continetal choice.

Excellent value, well located though not central.

Great value option. Slightly out of the city centre, but several decent restaurants close if needed. Also close to the principal contemporary art museum of Prague, which is superb. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi in the room I was in. Breakfast fairly basic, but at the price paid, a bonus anyhow - coffee excellent. Certainly a hotel I would consider for another visit.

The location was in easy walking distance of public transportation and a handful of restaurants. Quick tram ride to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place.

The Kings Residence was great. Stayed in Prague for three days and was able to get to the city center/old town within 20 minutes or so. Some great restaurants right around the corner from the hotel (Da Antonio and Hillybilly were two I went to). The rooms are clean, the shower was perfect. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a walk into the city center. WARNING: the hotel is on a hill (you can walk around it).

+ Location: right in the middle of a trendy area, with contemporary art museums/galleries in the area, and lots of lovely independent boutiques, shops, cafes etc as well as good food. Right beside a nice and good value Vietnamese restaurant too. Opposite a small supermarket that opens late. Near all public transport routes

+ Staff were nice and accommodating.

+ Room was very clean, bathroom was nice and spacious. Towels and soap provided as well.

+ Breakfast is simple but nice

- No Microwave in the deluxe room (slight inconvenience)
- TV had limited channels and in Czech only, despite showing lots of cable channels on the tv guide

No entanto, identifiquei dois pontos que impactaram significativamente minha experiência e que merecem atenção para um aprimoramento na excelência:

Acesso e Conforto em Dias de Chuva: A logística de acesso ao meu quarto, que exigia atravessar uma garagem, foi confusa. Em um dia chuvoso, fui exposto(a) ao clima, molhando-me no trajeto entre o quarto e a ala do café da manhã. Para evitar a sensação de estar hospedado(a) em uma área de serviço ou \"porão\", sugiro fortemente a instalação de uma cobertura no quintal de acesso.

Infraestrutura do Café da Manhã: A qualidade dos itens no café da manhã é boa, mas a experiência foi prejudicada pelo espaço físico reduzido. O salão era visivelmente pequeno para a capacidade do hotel, o que me obrigou a esperar que outros hóspedes terminassem suas refeições para conseguir me sentar. Este é um ponto que deixou a desejar e precisa ser revisto para garantir o conforto e a fluidez do serviço.

Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch meiner Meinung nach nicht seinem Preis entsprechend.

Das Zimmer wies mehrere Risse in den Wänden und der Decke auf. Außerdem waren Flecken auf dem Matratzenschoner bzw. Laken zu sehen. Das Bad und die Toilette waren zwar modern und schön gestaltet, allerdings fehlten in der Toilette sowohl ein Wandspiegel als auch ein Handtuch zum Abtrocknen der Hände. Im Badezimmer war zudem der linke Wasserhahn „verrostet“ und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Darüber hinaus fehlten aufgrund der vorhandenen Badewanne sowohl ein Duschvorhang als auch eine Badematte.

Dem Frühstück würde ich nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung geben. Am ersten Tag wurde eine Stunde vor Frühstücksende nichts mehr nachgefüllt, und die vorhandenen Speisen wirkten optisch unappetitlich oder bereits ausgetrocknet.

Am zweiten Tag waren einige der anfänglichen Mängel behoben, jedoch zeigte sich ein weiteres Problem: Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Es gab weniger Sitzplätze als Zimmer, weshalb wir kurz warten mussten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde.

Wir waren für ein WE in Prag und für diese Zeit ist das Zimmer (4-Bett) völlig ausreichend. Es war sauber, gut eingerichtet und das Frühstück war auch Top. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Pubs u. Cafe´s in der Gegend, und ein UBER oder BOLT ist auch gleich bestellt. Ein ein hervorragendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet,sauber und für den Preis völlig angemessen. Das Frühstück war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei,allerdings wäre ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat angebracht, da der vorhandene ziemlich langsam ist und es so mitunter zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und in jeder Weise zuvorkommend.

Wir waren dort sechs Nächte. Zu Anfang gab es ein Geruchsproblem im Bad das behoben wurde. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

2 Zimmer gebucht, beide sehr sauber. Empfang freundlich, Frühstück reichhaltige Auswahl, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lage des Hotels ist super, mit der Tram in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt.
Prag ist mehr als einfach nur sehenswert. Einfach beeindruckend.

Very good value for money

Located out of the old town, but only 2 or 3 stops by tram from the very centre. Many tram lines pass by the stop that is just around the corner. My room was bright, spacious and very clean. Reception closes at 8 pm. Didn't get to try the breakfast.

Ganske fin oplevelse til prisen

Vi havde 3 overnatninger i 3 familie værelser, de var alle ganske udemærket. Air con og køleskab fungerede. Gulvtæppet var en anelse slidt, men det ændrede ikke på vores generelle oplevelse af at der var rent og pænt. Det ligger 2 min gågang til sporvognen så ganske nemt at komme rundt.
Hotellet havde kun 4 parkeringspladser, så de har et samarbejde med et hotel der ligger 300 m væk, her parkerede vi og gav 900 tjekkiske for alle dagene, så det fungerede fint. Og vil heller gå lidt med bagage end parkere på de smalle gader.

Soweit ist die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert: Günstig, geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ab dem 2. Tag folgte Verstopfung und der Kaffee war miserabel, sodass wir dann doch auf die Lidlbackwarenabteilung ausgewichen sind. Zudem ist der „Schampoo und Duschgel“ Spender mit herkömmlicher Seife gefüllt, was wir so nicht erwartet hätten.
