The street was under construction and we had to hobble over wooden boards and rocky paths with no lighting. The hotel is not clearly marked from the outside so we passed it multiple times before finding it. Our train had been delayed so we arrived, unexpectedly, past the 8pm check in deadline. We tried to call ahead when we knew our train would be delayed but the number online was not reachable. No one answered the door and we had to uber into the city and pay for a new hotel late at night. Do not stay here.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms are not soundproof at all—you can hear every train and tram that passes by, which made it difficult to sleep. When I mentioned this issue to the receptionist, she became aggressive and adopted a very rude attitude for the remainder of my stay. The bed was also uncomfortable, and the internet connection was terrible. The only positive quality was the convenient location. Overall, this place is highly overrated.

Our room 401 was absolutely perfect for family of 4. Rooms includes kitchen units with plates, cutlery and glasses. I would like prefer more bigger tv, and maybe more options for breakfast (but I knew this from previous feedbacks. There is still plenty to eat.), otherwise is 👍

Lovely, helpful staff and great location!

I had a lovely stay at Residence Vysta. Greeted by friendly staff, Alexandria, on arrival. Located in a pleasant, safe area 10mins walk from Nádraží Veleslavín metro.

The room was a good space, and bright, however note, no fridge/minibar provided. There is a shop next to hotel. A very nice continental breakfast buffet also provided. Great location for short breaks.

Residence VYSTA

Our stay at Residence VYSTA was good. The hotel is in a very good location, (close to transport), it was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The only downside was the size of the shower (quite small) and the fact that there was no English channels on the television (although we spent little time in the room). I would happily recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended

Hotel location is not in the city centre, however it is easily accessible by tram in 10-15mins. The tram station is within 5mins walking distance from the hotel. Room was superb clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and refill promptly. Reception lady was friendly and share lots of information. Very nice and helpful lady. Highly recommended for the friendly and welcoming service!!

Bar and cafe were closed.
Mmmm Nescafe at 8AM...
No help with baggage from reception or taxi drivers! Tips?

Vor dem Hotel ist eine Riesige Baustelle.
Dort werden ab 7Uhr die Presslufthämmer und Rüttelmaschienen angeworfen. Diese wurde im Vorhinein nicht erwähnt.
An der Rezeption wird darauf verwiesen das der Parkplatz gegenüber nicht bewacht wird, allerdings stimmt das nicht. Der Parkplatz gegenüber ist wegen der Baustelle nicht benutzbar. Als wir die Rezeption darauf angesprochen haben, wurden wir unfreundlich abgewimmelt.
Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht, stattdessen haben wir ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten bekommen.
Wir wollten um 8:30Uhr Frühstücken (möglich bis 10Uhr), allerdings gab es zu dieser Uhrzeit schon keine Brötchen mehr und sie wurden auch nicht aufgefülllt.

Dejligt værelse til to voksne og to teenagerne bestående af to sammenhængende dobbeltværelser med dør imellem. Fire gode senge, to badeværelser, god plads.
Tæt på sporvogn og metro til Prag centrum, som vi ville genbesøge.

Not a luxuryhotel but very clean and close to public transport. Staff very friendly and customeroriented.I had to leave before the breakfastroom was open. So breakfast was prepared for me the evening before and stored in the refrigerator in my room. Thanks! Supervised parking available approx 200 meters from the hotel.

Очень простой отель не в центре Праги. Номер маленький. Завтрак скромный. Жили 1 новогоднюю ночь за 170 Евро. Цена ему 60 Евро, но был Новый Год и мало выбора. До центра Праги ходит трамвай. Близко.

Ophold på 2 nætter. Havde et dejligt ophold i deres terrasseværelse der faktisk var en lille lejlighed med egen gårdhave. Beliggenhed lidt uden for centrum betød rolige nætter og kun 2 minutter fra sporvogn der kørte til centrum på 10 minutter. Dejlig morgenmad med fint udvalg. Personalet meget venligt. Vil helt sikkert komme igen.

Ruhiges kleineres Hotel

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Tage in Prag verbracht. Hotel klein, ruhig, sauber. Frühstück völlig ausreichend von der Vielfalt her, allerdings jeden Tag dasselbe. Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, sowohl beim Service, als auch die Putzfrau. Der Boden und alles andere war stets blitzsauber!

Was allerdings im Bad gefehlt hatte, war eine Ablage oder gar ein Regal. Wir mussten einen Stuhl vor die geöffnete Badtüre stellen, um unser Zeug griffbereit zu haben. Dies war ein wenig nervig, ansonsten hatten wir das wohl größte Zimmer erwischt- super viel Platz!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit zur Metro, doch ein wenig außerhalb und daher ruhig. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein super Restaurant, das immer genagelt voll war mit Einheimischen, was ja immer ein gutes Zeichen ist- das Essen war hervorragend, typisch tschechisch-deftig.

Gutes Hotel zu einem günstigen Preis

Wir hatten das Hotel als Gruppe für einen Wochenendtripp in Prag gebucht.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, so dass man schnell und gut ins Zentrum gelangt.
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, wenn auch nicht besonders groß. Aber das braucht man nicht, da man ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Einen bewachten Parkplatz kann man in der Nähe dazu buchen (ca. 300 m) vom Hotel entfernt. Frühstück ist gut, da findet jeder was.
Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Na sluzebni cestu vyhovujici hotylek

Televize na pokoji je naprosto nevyhovujici - hrozne malinka a povesena u stropu. Nevidite nic nez stiny. Pokoj celkove extremne maly, ale cisty a hezky.
Snidane byla nad ocekavani - velky vyber cerstveho peciva a ochotna obsluha.

dogodnie położony i czysty hotel

Miejsce dość odległe ale za to bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum Pragi. Hotelik bardzo czysty, z miłą i bardzo pomocną obsługą oraz w przystępnej cenie. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Małym mankamentem jest brak hotelowego parkingu. Trzeba korzystać z parkingów publicznych. Jeden na przeciwko hotelu ( droższy ), drugi bardziej oddalony od hotelu ( ok 500 m ) za to nieco tańszy. Ogólnie jednak miejsce godne polecenia na 2-3 dniowy wypad do Pragi.
