The staffs are lovely and very friendly. The hostel is beautiful, net and eventful. It has pool and sauna. It also had billiard and gym. The roooms are cleaned daily and are very neat. The location is superb close to the police station and trams. I live near it . Will definitely visit again

Budget friendly stay with additional amenities like swimming pool, sauna, common lounge room, restaurant etc.

Would recommend to change the pillows and heating should be controlled by the management. It was extremely hot at night as one of the person in the room wanted it too high.(It's a 4 sharing room). Rest all was good.

For the price, it was great. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm. My roommates were a bit loud, but that is to be expected to be fair. Staff were helpful but not overtly friendly.

No issues with cleanliness in the rooms, beds, or bathrooms, although be aware that they do not provide any toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner)! All I got was a bar of soap.

I only paid $27 for two nights.

The room was clean and beds were relatively comfortable. Bathroom was small but useable and the shower was pretty good.
The hostel was less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and felt mostly safe walking to and from it at night.
There are quiet times posted around the hostel and most people seemed to stick to these.
The staff were always friendly.

Good value accomodation

Modern style hostel, just a 10 minute tram ride away from the centre of Prague. We booked a family room for four with en-suite, clean and comfortable. Indoor pool a big plus. Communal lounge near reception was small, however there was a restaurant/bar across the way to the rear (although we did not visit this area.)

The place and location is good.
The safe in the capsule did not worked.
The lockers are very noisy, people who left in the middle of the night woke up the whole place because of them. There is literally just the pods and the bathrooms. No kitchen or microwave available.
Overall is good if only going to sleep a couple of nights.

This is a great place for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a corner store near by if you feel for a bag of chips, and there's a pool with a sauna. I have absolutely no complaints other than figuring out the currency to pay for laundry.

Overall a nice place to stay especially for the price. Staff were friendly and it was well kept. It is quite far out of the city centre but it was easy enough to get public transport into the centre. Unfortunately no kitchen facilities - only a microwave and a kettle but it was manageable for a short two night stay.

For some reason the female staff were incredibly rude. It wasn’t just to me but it seemed like they would talk to anyone like they were the biggest inconvenience. The vending machines are also notorious for not dispensing what you paid for.

This establishment would not let me stay without my physical passport. I had a copy of it on my phone and they would not accept it. I’ve applied for a government job and even they accepted my copy of my passport. I had booked for two and my friend was able to get her room key under my name. Alas, I was not refunded my half of the money since I did not stay at all. I had to look at other options such as Couchsurfing.

They don’t clean the bathroom often so it’s dirty most of the times. receptionists are very blunt, as if they’re forced to work there. I rented a towel with a deposit and said that I will get my deposit back when checking out but they ended up charging money for it when I checked out

It was in a good spot, a 3 minute walk to the tram which was a 10 minute ride to the city center. The private room was also very nice, including 4 beds, a bathroom, and a shower room.

Well the room was nice but the reception is extremly uneducated unorganized unqualified. They rrally lack knowledge of there city and then they had me leave 100 krona deposit for the key and then when i checked out they wouldnt give it back to me claiming they do not take deposits but the check in lafy said u will get this back when u hand in your key. So basicily receptionist are taking 100 krona from us and pocketing it so very dishonest place here.

Clean hotel in a good location.

Unfortunately was kept up every night due to drunk stag parties and school trips.

Regular patrols of the hallways is needed as even with staff invention it still took 2 hours to reduce the screaming and banging doors from the school groups.

Too many spiders. Food at the Opera restaruant was literally tasteless. Sadly there was an ongoing construction aswell, which made it a noisy place. Although it could just our bad timing. No towels, or soap. Also the receptionist guy was rude as hell.

Staff was very rude and constantly acted annoyed and bothered. When the coffee machine in lobby took my money I alerted the front desk and suggested they put an out of order sign on it, and they could care less. This hostel advertises a pool ad other facilities , which if there are guests don’t have access to. They also charge 20 euro to rent a hair dryer (which if you’re planning to go out in cold weather you need)!! The hostel is not located near main attractions , and don’t bother asking front desk for suggestions. The rooms are cramped and they mix up reservations and then try to upcharge you. There is no kitchen and the only common area is cramped and dark. In general I would say you’re better off staying elsewhere

Considerable stay in a well equipped hostel

Plus Prague has all the amenities you can ask for, plus more. One of the few hostels that come equipped with a gym, pool and a sauna.

The location is a little away from the city centre which works both ways. You have the peace and quite of a residential neighborhood, away from the frenzy of tourists in central Prague. Public transport options are available, but the closest supermarket is quite a few blocks away. Not many restaurants nearby.

The hostel is really good with friendly staff and nice facilities. We got here very early and they helped us store our bags and provide great recommendations for breakfast and itinerary. The room was spacious with ensuite toilet and shower. The indoor pool and spa were an added bonus. They have a pay to use fitness room as well. The only downside to the hostel is the location. It is a bit away from the old city and other attractions. But staying here gave us a good feel of the local life. I would stay here again.

Love this hostel, great facilities

We love this place, because it's near tram stop around 5mnt walking, the room it's clean, the bed so comfy, the facilities good.
We book 6 bed mixed, we got 1 room with 6 bed mixed and 1 toilet - 1 shower. So we do not need to go outside the room to go to toilet or shower. We can buy all day ticket transportation at the receptionist.
Overall it's worth with the price to stay here.

Location is not super close to the city center, but it's close to a tram stop so it's not a big problem. The common areas are pretty nice. The rooms are clean and has everything you need to sleep. For the price, it was very good value

Best hostel in prague. I got the dorm bed in very cheap prices in comparison to many other hostels in prague. They have there own swimmingly pool which is free to everyone. The only thing is that it is little far away from old Town square. But it was manageable to me. Overall i am happy to stay here.

Can't beat it for the price

Location is easy to access, choice of food in the neighborhood is mediocre though. Staff was friendly, dorms were well setup and linens provided. As a bonus, there's even a small pool and sauna! For the price, it's hard to beat. I just wish there were more organized activities thank booking tours.
Overall, is still definitely recommend.

My very first experience in a hostal and was amazing, better than I thought after reading bad reviews. Location is perfect, taking the tram # 12 you you’ll be in the center in 10 min. Nice and cheap restaurants around. The staff was very but very helpful, this guy Chris V and Patricia were extra mile with their costumer service. Always willing to help and with a big smile. I definitely will recommend this hostal to friends and family and looking forward coming back.

Lovely first experience of a hostel

Nothing like those horror stories you hear of about hostels. And I would 100 per cent stay there again & use the chain again but not in -11 conditions. The heating was definately not good enough to deal with that kind of cold and I ended up stealing another quilt from an empty bed because they were so thin too. Now I know “you get what you pay for” but surely thicker quilts aren’t too expensive? I didn’t complain about this because again it was just too cold to get up but I hope they take note for next winter.

Bad location, less then friendly staff

Spotlight shines into the room until 6am, 2 of the staff were friendly the rest were sour, unfriendly and not helpful. Location is very average for the price. Facilities are good, i wouldn't even recommend this hotel to people I didn't like
