The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little far from old Toledo so we had to take a bus to get there.
I definitely will keep this hotel in mind if I have to go back to Toledo

It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker.

The hotel is good but for a four-star hotel it’s lacking. There is no tea kettle in the room, there are even no Kleenex in the room. Very few electrical outlets, and in bathroom ceiling I see mold. The air conditioner temperature of the room needs to be a little colder.

Everything was great about this property except for the bed which basically was all springs and maybe a half an inch of cushion for a four-star hotel I would expect beds with much higher quality that you can actually sleep on very disappointed with the bed but the staff was excellent great food very clean establishment just get some new beds

Pensaba que Eurostars era una empresa seria y me han demostrado que no. Viajaba con mi pareja y no pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noches debido a un ruido de motor que los propios empleados del hotel identificaron como \"muy molesto\" pero no pudieron cambiarnos de habitación. Los colchones eran muy incómodos al ser de muelles y la ducha no tenía casi agua caliente. Las lámparas de la habitación tenían cortes de luz y el wifi era muy deficiente. Ante todos estos defectos no nos dieron ninguna solución y a día de hoy sigo esperando que alguien asuma responsabilidades después del dineral que nos gastamos por noche. UNA EXPERIENCIA PARA NO VOLVER NUNCA.

We were given rooms underneath the dining room. The dining room has marble floors and heavy wooden chairs. The noise in our room was unbearable - it went on from 6 p.m. until after midnight and started at 6 in the morning. The staff at the desk had to know that they were giving us BAD rooms. Never stay in a room on the first floor! (For example room 101). It was not a very good stay and EUROSTARS hotels should know better.

Not a 4 star hotel

It is situated in a residential area, so quiet & restful nights. It is 15 mins downhill on foot to Puerta Bisagra, which is the entrance to the old city, but returning to the hotel means an uphill walk! A regular shuttle service there would be nice. It's a 4 star hotel, yet no coffee making facilities in the room. The room is also dimly-lit. Since it tries to be eco-friendly, shower gel, body lotion & shampoo dispensers should be installed, instead of having them in tiny disposable containers. Paying 11 euros per person for the buffet breakfast is too high, since breakfast is available in a few other cafes downhill from the hotel at half that price! It was nice to offer guests cold water infused with slices of lemon & fresh apples at the reception daily. I think a hotel near or within the old city would have been a better option.

The hotel was very good in itself, but on a slight hill about a 15 minute walk from the old city, or a taxi ride. Once this was dealt with, very quickly, all the old city was available. There were no other problems with this hotel

I used a GPS navigator to find the place and the GPS took us to the street and number, but there was no hotel there. Turns out the hotel is about a 100 up on another street. It is quite a walk from the hotel to the city center and IT IS ALL UP HILL as Toledo sits on top of a mountain. The hotel was fine -- clean, service was good and staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay.

A beautiful visit

Toledo was my last stop on a road trip around Spain and Portugal. The hotel was just outside of the main town. It was an easy walk into the city. There was parking available near the hotel.
Breakfast was good although the dinner menu was limited.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Toledo is a beautiful city to visit. I highly recommend it as well as this hotel.

Hotel was great for everything except one. If you have a rental car do not stay at this hotel. It's absolute maze to get to the hotel entrance with a car. There is no parking, no matter when you go! Budget hotel, ok if you pay 3* hotel price

We decided to book this hotel after a great experience at the 4* Eurostars Patios in Cordoba.

Despite the 4* rating of this hotel, this is a 3* hotel if you are generous:
- room was basic: some worn out furniture; spots of peeling wallpaper; super hard mattress; uncomfortable pillows
- pool is an add on rather than a feature: small size; mostly surrounded by walls; only about 4-6 loungers; equal depth and not child friendly; with a shack that serves a few drinks
- location is farther than it seems: nothing much around (like grocery, shops restaurants); not really that close to Toledo given the hilly nature of the city

On the somewhat positive side:
- lobby looks nice; with seating areas and a small coffee/bar area
- reasonably priced underground parking; though rather small for larger cars, some guests preferred to park in public parking across the hotel to avoid car damage
- ok breakfast buffet, through the service was not great.

I was in this hotel and it was comfortable, public parking outside with low rates from 10am to 8pm rest of the time is free. You need car because the hotel is not in downtown Toledo, but is easy to go anywhere. I liked this hotel for the room rates and good condition.

Good hotel if you can find it.

This is a bog standard 4 star hotel with a fatal flaw: your satnav will not find it. Our latest TomTom deposited us next to the cathedral where the chap in the tourist office said, \"I have told them many times about this\". If you like the idea of a drive up the side of the precipitous valley sides followed by a drive through roads just wide enough to take a car then this is the one for you.
Madrid and its surroundings is the only area I have this problem with satnav not locating hotels.

Excellent service - I left an item of clothing behind and with just one email request to the hotel, there was no hesitation from them or request for money; they sent my clothing to our next hotel in Madrid, which arrived the next morning. Highly recommend this hotel for 100% top class service! As for the rest of the hotel - nice swimming pool, friendly English speaking reception, computers in the lobby, comfy bed, underground car park for €9, large room, clean bathroom, good air con, 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Thank you Enrique and the other staff - a pleasure to stay and if ever in Toledo again, I will definitely be back.

Out in the boonies; good if you have a car

2 reasons we stayed here: parking & a previous positive experience with Eurostars in another city in Spain. If we didn't have a car, we would NOT have stayed here as it's a long way from the old town. I don't know how this hotel rates 4 stars; it's a 3 star as there is nothing exceptional about it - well, perhaps the swimming pool altho we didn't use it. Our room (#301) was close to the lobby but it was pretty quiet. The room was small; not much space for moving around. It did have windows that opened so that was nice because the AC didn't work very well. Since it's a LONG way into town, prepare for a very long walk or a taxi ride if you chose not to drive. As we were there on a weekend in mid-Sept, the hordes of tourists had decreased so we drove from the hotel & managed to get a parking spot just outside the main gate into the old town, thereby shortening our walk considerably. There is NOTHING around the hotel - no bars, restaurants, shops. The restaurant atmosphere was like a cafeteria rather a restaurant & the breakfast was the usual Spanish buffet we had in every single hotel we stayed in. If you have a car, by all means stay here; there is underground parking as well as quite a few spots on the street right in front of the hotel where you can park overnite; other parking spots are restricted for the school next door so no parking between 7:30 & 8:30 AM. WiFi was very annoying & slow; kept booting us out after a couple minutes of inactivity.

Toledo is great!

The hotel is very nice although it is quite far walking from town. Since there is no parking in town from 8 to about 5, you can walk (easy enough) or catch a bus (hmm). We got a lot of exercise; just be aware. Also the internet was SLOW! We could hardly connect in our room and when we went to the lobby to complain, they said that there wasn't a problem since they were connected. When the other couple in the lobby was also complaining then they reset the router and it finally worked, but still slow. Just leave business at home.

We requested to fix noise in the AC 3 times and around 1AM they decided to move us to another room. Then, in the new room, the AC had issues around 3AM. We called and they kept saying that everything was ok. The heat was terrible and no attention from the hotel employees. In the morning, they did not even excused for the situation and said that we had paid already and that was it. Worse experience we had in our 15-day trip to Spain. The couple of friends in another room also complained about AC issues throughout the night.

It's a weird. hotel set in a mound of earth in the middle of nowhere on a housing estate. It's rated 4 star and that's fair enough but somehow it's dark and dingy with plush \"wallboarding\" everywhere. The breakfast room looked amazing - all marble...but the breakfast was dull and limited. it has a badly situated small pool out back with an attendant and ice cram stand!I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was fine. Pleasant staff etc. but the karma was all wrong

The hotel swimming pool was welcome especially during the heat of the day (Aug) where you could also purchase drinks and ice creams from a small kiosk. For the able-bodied you can either walk the pleasant 1 mile (approx) to the outer gate of the city walls before walking up the steep hill to Plaza de Zocodover or from the hotel, walk to the bottom of the hill and catch the No 5 bus which will take you in to the plaza for €1.40 ( single). This is a good hotel albeit slightly out from the historic centre.

Watch the address as it completely confused my usually reliable satnav.
Only small gripe is that the level of command of English is below that experienced in similar hotels in Spain.

Eurostars Toldedo is a good choice

We were overall pleased with the friendly staff and our room which was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing and included an excellent view of the old town of Toledo. It is about a twenty-five minute walk to the old town from the hotel. There was pay parking across the street and parking at the hotel was 9 E for the day. The buffet breakfast included assortments of cheeses,deli meats, breads, cereals, pastries, coffee and juices- unfortunately no eggs. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it.

Great location as it is only a 20 min walk down to the old town. There is also good parking just across the road from the hotel. We enjoyed excellent room service as we were unable to take the dogs into the restaurant. We intend going back to this hotel the next time we visit Toledo.

The hotel was suited to business travellers. No bar, you could have a drink in reception area. No cafeteria for tapas/snacks either. Menu del noche was the same each night. Restaurant looked more like a canteen. It's a shame when you've been on your feet all day that you are unable to swap tales of Toledo with like minded travellers over a cold beer in the sun!
The hotel lacked any atmosphere. Completely sterile. Rooms nice, but pity they do not have any balconies.
Our confirmation said complimentary breakfast which the hotel would not honour. We had to ask for a map of Toledo & details of buses. I speak good spanish, other english would not be as lucky!

Torledo great for overnight stay

The Hotel was very clean and the facilities very good. We drove into Toledo to visit the Cathedral and what a cathedral it is. The town is also worth a visit with quaint little streets.
The Hotel is a short drive from the Centre but you can walk which we did later in the evening.

I would recommend using the hotel parking. We parked opposite the hotel but not directly opposite and hence we were towed away early next morning. We had been parked on a Bus Route. The Hotel Staff were excellent and told us where to find our car as they had probably had this happen to other guests before.

Unfortunately due to damage whilst the car was taken away during the towing a tyre was split and fortunately it went down when we next parked the car not whilst we were driving it!!!

We certainly would go back to this hotel but park in the Hotel Car park!

Cheap hotel but a 20 minute walk from the centre

The hotel was priced very reasonably, but we found the lack of proper sound-proofing a problem, particulary when a neighbour chose to have a bath at 3am. Not easy to find unless you take a taxi. That said, the room was large, fairly comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. If price is an issue, definitely worth considering.

This hotel is in easy walking distance of the city We were given a great room on the top floor Room #506 which has great views toToledo I was expecting it to be tough going walking within the walled city but it is such a small place that you can get around in a morning
TIP....Always do your walking in the morning before noon, it's COOL and no crowds The midday sun can be debilitating If, you, as we were, driving East to Cuenca it is an easy exit along the N-400 out of town There is an Information Office next to the Main Gate to the city which will supply a map showing how to exit Toledo IF you do not want to walk to and from the city there are buses #34 & #5 which are located next to the rounabout 5 mins walk from the hotel PARKING....we found it better to use the hotels underground garage at 9 Euro p.d. as you can get a ticket if left outside

Toledo Hotel Great Value and Service

Excellent hotel and exceptional value. Clean rooms, very helpful front desk staff. The only drawback is the distance to the old Toledo city but we knew that up front and the public bus at 1 euro is easier than parking.

Not in Old Town.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The room was adequate and the beds firm. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town tourist area and a 10 minute walk up the hill from the bus station. The train station is further away.

Couldn't have been bettered

We were so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Hotel was new, designed with a careful eye for style and comfort, and immaculately clean. Great idea to offer free cold drinks on arrival! Pool is welcoming and again, surrounds beautifully kept. We loved this hotel and would definitely visit others in the chain. A bit of a distance from central Toledo but taxis cost only 5 euro and the hotel staff booked them for us on demand.

Nice and quiet

Excellent price for a very nice hotel. We were graciously moved to a room with better wifi reception and were lucky to have a beautiful view of the old town area of Toledo - gorgeous when lit up at night. We knew that the location was not near the old town area but the desk helped us find the tourist info center and they advised us of a great place to park to take the escalators up the hill. Because we didn't have a tiny car it was better not to park in old town, save a lot of $ and have peace and quiet.
It would have been more comfortable for sleeping if the A/C system allowed something less than 75 degrees but energy is very expensive in Europe so this is common practice. We had read a complaint of hard beds but all that is necessary is to use the blanket from the closet, fold it over and put under the sheet. We had done that before in Barcelona.
