Arrived during the Spanish holiday season. Hotel was full. Our room was clean and had a lovely view over Toledo. Pool was closed as off season but imagine it would be fun over the summer. Ok for a night or two. Please add a kettle in the room.

Pregunten primero si los aires funcionan

Viaje a una boda y me aloje en este hotel pensando que iba hacer un experiencia buena y no fue asi. Llegamos en la noche a la habitacion ya cansados a dormir despues de la estupenda boda y la mayor sorpresa es que la habitacion no estaba fria, ni fresca o nada que se le pareciera, salimos a comer algo al restaurante del hotel y dejamos las puertas del balcon abiertas, fuimos a comer y por cierto el servicio y la comida fue estupenda. De regreso la habitacion estaba fresca pues cerramos la puerta del balcon porque habia un festival de musica que el bum bum bum no te dejaba dormir y en menos de 10 minitos se calento la habitacion otra vez un calor horrible. Llamo a recepcion y le pregunto que pasa al aire acondicionado que no enfria y me entero por la recepcionista que estan dañados y estan en reparacion y les digo wow y como asi ustedes alquilan habitaciones con aires dañados y no nos dejan saber y la respuesta fue que yo alquile mi habiatacion por el servicio de hotel.com y no atravez de ellos por eso no me lo dijeron. En otras palabras los recepcionista le estaba echando la culpa a hotel.com En conclusion no vuelvo a este hotel ni lo recomiendo.

Big hotel and old hotel with poor service quality.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive around 5 PM. It was still around 35 C outside. They gave us a room that was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the room was warm because the air conditioning was not working well. I reported that the room was dirty to the reception, they immediately changed it to another room, which this time was clean, but the air conditioner also worked very poorly, so we couldn't sleep all night, because the walls were warm due to the high daytime temperature. Breakfast is continental, they try to satisfy a large number of guests, but the quality of the food is low.

Hotel Beatriz Toledo is a large property with a comfortable feel. There are generous places to sit and relax, with several dining options. The Spa is wonderful and a welcoming addition to our travels.
There was not anything we didn't like about the hotel or our stay there.

Good stopover -but disappointing pool opening time

We arrived late and had a stopover on our way south.
The big draw was the pool, which our kids wanted to enjoy before getting back in the car.
Unfortunately, the pool opening times had changed and we could not use the pool.
Luckily, the breakfast made up for it. Excellent fruits and good overall choice.
The stay would have been better if we could have been informed about the pool opening times.
Having a pool opening at 11:30 is very late.

Very difficult to make phone calsl from the room to reception area, the buttoms are mark wrong, the cleaning lady was able to call front desk for us. Some front desk employees very arrogant, not too helpful with info on where to exchange money around the hotel area, took me 1 hour and 20eur to fine one.

I had many plans to enjoy an amazing weekend in Toledo, and Beatriz Hotel was my choice for a mix of city tours and relaxing swimming pool and spa. But we have also found an extra in the excellent restaurant \"La Alacena\".
For sure I would recommend.

A nice little out of the way hotel

Nice hotel although a little outdated. Decent pool. Interior was very good once but is a bit outdated. The hotel is in the middle of the residential area which was fine for us as we had a car. Dinner at the hotel was a little eventful - long waits and some mistakes with the order. It could be a one time issue as the lead waiter apologized and took our deserts off the bill.

My children couldn't use indoor pool. First room was noisy with only two outlets. Heat didn't work in second room. Staff was unhelpful and lacked efficient communication skills. Breakfast was lacking and expensive.

A bit old school hotel outside of Toledo (you will need to drive and park to visit the town). Big bathroom for family rooms but bedrooms are quite small. Nice outdoor swimming pool with free towels. Didn't try the breakfast though.

Good Value, pleasant stay.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with family. It's a clean well run hotel. Staff were helpful in recommending places to eat in Toledo and in organising taxi's (6 in our group so needed 2 taxi's) The hotel is 20 min taxi ride and cost approx 8euro.
Breakfast was self-service and had a good selection and was available until 11am.
Pool was clean, towels and sun lounge were plentiful so no rush in morning to acquire a spot. Only downside it did not open until 11.30am
At night it's quite and not much atmosphere in the bar.
A must visit restaurant is 'Tobiko' it's only 10 minutes walk from hotel and you won't find better service/quality/value.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We visited to see the Alcazar which was exceptional as was the Museum of the Army. The hotel is quite above most city noise but is showing some signs of neglect such as carpet stains and facade boards missing. The pool was lovely but could have been better maintained by swimming leaves. A fairly noisy evening as it is a popular wedding venue. The free wife was not particularly good - low speed and drop - outs.

Nice family hotel with a great view!

Although a little bit outmoded, the hotel is a very good value. We were not so lucky with the food, which was of regular quality compared with the generally high quality of Spanish restaurants. Better enjoy a nice meal in the city!

The hotel is located outside of the city, which is good when arriving by car because of ease of access. It requires the car, however, to go to the city. And parking around Toledo is a bit cumbersome.

The facilities are in very good shape and the staff was very helpful.

Ok hotel in an awkward location.

This is a conference hotel on a motorway exit outside of Toledo, too far to walk into town and it's tough to get a cab. The rooms have two twin (single) beds that are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is nice. Internet is free.

The hotel is ideally located to visit the surrounding areas. Although we had a hire car, it was only between 6 and 7 Euros to get into the centre of Toledo for a night out.
The rooms and hotel are clean and in reasonable repair.

It was definitely a great hotel many years ago. Now it looks great outside and most of the public areas. The rooms need a major upgrade starting from the carpets, beds, bed covers and TV set. The restaurant was very elegant and the food was incredible, but expensive.

This is a very large, tired hotel outside of the historic district of Toledo Spain. The rooms were run down and dirty, the walls very thin, we heard every word of the conversation in the next room. We had to take a taxi to and from the main area of Toledo. Internet was broken, staff were not helpful in making any recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Very disappointing experience.

We went to the Beatriz Toledo Hotel at the beginning of June. It was very hot 36C every day. The main disappointment was that the pool was not opened. It was full, clean, ready to use but the hotel doesn't open the pool until the 15th of June. There was no mention of this when we booked and we would certainly not have chosen this hotel if we had known. The other disappointment was that the fitness facilities are part of the Spa and guests have to pay extra to use them. Overall, the hotel looks like it has seen better days. It is very dated.

Find Another Hotel - Lots of Problems

The Refrig in the Room did not work. The A/C in the Room did not work. We were better off opening the glass balcony door. However, the A/C in the huge Lobby area worked great and I am sure the staff enjoyed it. The Safe in the room did not work. The ATM in the Lobby did not work. The Pool looked great but was closed. The room had a Great balcony view but no chairs on the balcony!
Lots of free parking, big rooms, good breakfast.

Hotels best days are behind them

We booked this hotel mainly because we were driving to Toledo in a mini-van. Traveling with our 4 year old and an 18month old, who has her own travel crib. We were impressed that this hotel was so eas to find off the highway, and its grande \"American style hotel \"with it large grounds out door pool. Its November, so the outdoor pool was not going to happen. We were happy to see they had an indoor pool. We could use it for 20 euros! Internet was the worst we ever had. Spotty does not describe it. It recenty became FRee,
THe Rug was FILTHY. THe Beds were uncomfortable, the room was so hot we had to sleep with the sliding door open and they do not have screens.
Parking was 20 euros, the facility has 3 restuarants of varying degree, all open at the exact time..needless to say we could only have dinner after 8:30. BRUNCH - terrible, they charged my 18month old 7 euros ! the same as my 4 year old who actually eats...
I regret not staying at the El Greico and taking my changes on the parking.

Quarto bom, espaçoso, com varanda e vista para a cidade. Hotel fica aproximadamente 10 min da cidade, precisa ir de táxi. Café da manhã ok, faltaram frutas e variedades de suco. Tudo era muito pronto. Suco de caixa, frutas eram em caldas, poucos pães. Precisam melhorar o café pois o hotel é muito grande e bonito. Recepcao e limpeza muito bons.
