My hot water would not work and they refuse to change my room, I was suposed to stay for a week but left after 1 day I had to call Expidia they agreeded and I was given a refund the guy at the front desk was smug and rude I had stayed there before without problems. It seemed to me the guy was trying to impress the young girl at the front desk with his ( power and authority ) I will never go back

The mini fridge kept making noise every time the cooling unit turned on. So had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off completely. The toilet flapper also had a leak, so it \"flushed\" on it's own every 5 minutes or so.

Very difficult to sleep and the front desk seemed unconcerned when I mentioned everything at checkout.

Wouldn't stay here again, although the Pho restaurant across the street gets 5 stars.

This place used to be really nice to stay, I started staying there in 2017, in the last three trips, the restaurant bartender and the cook always takes a break at 7:00 PM, typically when I get back from my work, and during this time there is no service, no food, no drinks.

I enjoy Mexican cuisine and they have done a very good lineup, but when you come back from the work, you don’t want to wait another hour to eat. I decided to eat at their restaurant. The staff are not busy and why they take a break when people want to eat is surprising, after all they sitting around waiting for customers and when they come they say they are closing to take a lunch break. Thats a good way to close down the restaurant and lose your job.

Got checked into a room that had a dirty bed, then got changed to a different room. The wall paper was peeling, the toilet seat had chunks missing from it and the bathtub flooring has hair and dirt everywhere. I thought I checked into a motel. Breakfast was the bare minimum. I won’t waste my money on coming back.

Actual location of the hotel was vastly different than the pictures portrayed online. Hotel (The Domain) was given 4-star status on Expedia's site, no way.
Arrived very late in the evening, checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel (Embassy Suites) for the remainder of our trip. Wouldn't even have stayed the night if we hadn't arrived so late.
Makes me question the validity and reliability of booking with Expedia again if the portrayal of hotels on their site is so vastly different than the reality.
Extremely inconvenient.

I wanted to give 5 stars. The property itself is excellent; the common area attractive and cheerful. The staff were excellent. But the “premier” room I stayed in had issues. For a modest fee upgrade I got a suite. Huge. Nice bedroom and bathroom. But the sitting room was not what I’d think of as a premier suite. In the day it was fine with a sliding glass door to a balcony towards the pool and an outdoor balcony. So plenty of light. In the night the sitting room was depressing. One spotlight…yes spotlight with no diffusion facing down and filling the room with shadows. And the amenity setup was more suitable for a budget motel than a premier room. No actual glasses or cups, only plastic and paper. And a coffee machine setup more suitable for a budget motel than a premier room. I had stayed in a normal room in this hotel some years ago and they used to have Keuring machines and real cups and glasses. It makes a difference in the experience.

There was mold in the bathroom, red spots on the carpet, the phone wasn’t working, and housekeeping didn’t come by even though I requested housekeeping twice. I asked them to fix all of those things and a low-functioning AC unit, and they only fixed the AC. However, fixing the AC meant scraping out black gunk that they left on the floor under the unit.

Room was noisy and breakfast was bad. Hash browns must have been from the day before, very hard. Bananas had something white on the skin. Just bad, will not be returning. The room that I selected was rate a 9 out of 10. They must of given my room to someone else.

The staff was polite and pleasant the room was clean however the first room we had the heater didn’t work and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling very well also the ceiling above the bed on one side had a bubble in it so let the front desk know and it was over a hour later staff came up and had us switch rooms thank goodness bed was comfortable and everything worked in the second room I would say that I feel instead of the hotel property offering a shared microwave which is near the check in desk the rooms should have a microwave in them it’s really not convenient to have go clear over to the check in area anytime you want to heat up food so if your cozy in pjs have to change to go down there ugh I also don’t understand why charge for parking is everyone supposed to take a ride share or bus to get there

Loved the bed. The comfort it has. So soft, the pillows and just slept al comfortably And check out. The time was perfect as we had a long drive there and home after the game. It was nice to get to sleep in before traveling in the rain.

The room was clean, well-organized, and had excellent blackout curtains — no morning light came in, which helped with sleep. The bed was soft with five pillows, and the bedside lamps had just the right brightness for nighttime use. Very comfortable in that sense.

However, housekeeping only took out trash, made the bed, and cleaned the floor. Towels weren’t replaced, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper) were never refilled. We stayed for 6 nights and never got another coffee cup after using one. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Only a small bar of soap and moisturizer were provided — no other essentials.

Wi-Fi was slow, and soundproofing was poor. We could hear footsteps from upstairs loudly and conversations next door clearly. The free breakfast was disappointing: mostly cold, cheap items with limited options. If you arrive late, milk and fruit are usually gone.

Worst part: on checkout day (clearly marked as 12 PM), housekeeping aggressively knocked multiple times before noon. Then a lady entered with a keycard before we had checked out — extremely unprofessional. After that, the housekeeping staff stood right outside our door, talking loudly on the phone for a while, which was disruptive and uncomfortable.

Some good aspects, but overall, disappointing service and poor attention to basic details.

The room was clean. The lobby was nicely appointed and very pleasing. The elevator was convenient. Garage parking was a welcome surprise. The breakfast was very good; fresh waffle maker is always a plus. The staff was very nice. The bar and happy hour was a welcome plus and the bartender very talented. Only downside was ambient noise and the bathroom fan did not work.

It was ok but there was some nats that flew out the bread container .

Also the older man thats works late night shift was nit picking our kids who was not making noise in the gym. We know because we were in the lobby waiting for them to finish.

The corner in the bathroom could be cleaner dirt from i dont know how long sitting there.

Bar gentleman was very attentive and helpful. Most of the staff was for the most.part.

Was impressed and felt so nice that the front desk staff remembered me from a prior stay! Also the bartender was closing up but prepared the most excellent cocktail-not skimping on any detail despite it probably being the last drink he would serve that night. The next morning I had to take a business meeting and arrived at the close of breakfast. The staff member was starting to collect items to put away but graciously stopped to let me get fresh milk for my coffee from his cart. Your facilities are nice but the people make it shine.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. Loved the free breakfast, sleep number bed and comfortable bedding. The grounds were quiet with the exception of a guest above walking heavy which was no fault of their own. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms in this hotel need a lot of TLC broken tiles in the bathroom cracks space between the faucets and the wall with rust in between it just didn't give you a clean feeling and there was hair all around the toilet. I will say however that the check in staff lady was excellent, Professional and very nice. Every business needs a reception person like her I wish I knew her name.

Room was good. After check in we wanted a bite to eat & a beer after being at work all day. A sign on the bar said that the bartender was on break. A patron sitting at the bar said that the bartender had walked away on break 10 minutes prior to us getting there. We waited another 10-15 minutes, still no bartender.
I went to the desk clerk and asked if she could find the bartender, she said she would try. We waited another 5 -10 minutes and still no bartender, we gave up and went to our room disappointed. We saw the desk clerk as we walked to our room with no food or drink. Not a good experience!
