Got checked in by a virtual assistant, not a person on site. Room very minimal. No extra blanket. Towels old and threadbare. Mattress very soft. Virtually no place to set anything down.

This is an old motel that has been refurbished very nicely. It has a good location and I was hoping to add this to the places we regularly stay when visiting family in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, housekeeping visited our room irregularly. The shower drain and bathroom sink drain were clogged, and no one tried to fix it in the 10 days we stayed there. Cannot recommend.

Room was clean and well kept. Maybe the best shower pressure I've ever had at a hotel in California! Check in process took a bit since i was there after the office was closed (arrived about 20:30) so had to call a number for them to unlock the lobby door so I could check in using a video call at a kiosk. Everything was good for the price a d I'd definitely stay here again. The only things didst like was that the room doesn't get dark as the blinds do not block out all the bright lights from the parking lot and the bed squeaked every time I moved.

The price is reasonable, especially for the Bay Area, which is a big plus.
However, the hotel feels very newly built, and the room had a strong smell of paint or construction materials, which was quite noticeable.
It’s fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or with kids

In the first room, we looked at the bathroom, had water by the toilet and some dirt. It was unclear with the fluid represented parentheses body excrement versus toilet water). In the second hotel room, we were shown there were hairs in the bathroom in the third hotel room, there was sticky stuff between the two beds unclear if this represented some type of bodily fluid. At that point, we were totally fed up and disgusted by the appearance and left the hotel. There was no one on site to talk with. We spoke with a person by a video feed and informed them of our dissatisfaction. I subsequently went on to speak with hotels.com within an hour or so after we had left that hotel, and found a room at the Hilton hotel, which was appropriately clean. I spoke with a Chantelle through hotels.com yesterday evening, and she informed me that our refund it would be given. I await to hear a confirmation of the refund. Additionally hotels.com should consider strongly not carrying this hotel and its recommended hotel listings.

They offered a basic room that was comfortable and generally clean, although they didn't seem to bother sweeping under the beds. I was quite happy and comfortable with the first two days of my stay. I would have given a higher rating, but on the third and last day of my stay, the cleaning staff straightened up and brought brought bed bugs with them, which bit me that night. I let the staff know and they were sympathetic, but made no effort to compensate me in any way for the issue.

Drive up to the room, motel style. Renovated room with lots of light, enough electric outlets, working HVAC, shutters, and a nice shower. However, no desk. I've never been in a hotel room with no desk. There was plenty of space for one. Also, the toilet flush was inadequate. Check-in was unattended and fascinating. Would have been helpful, though, to be warned about the check-in procedure ahead of time.

The front desk is unsupervised. You need to use a weird machine to check in via a zoom and the Indian guy who handled my remote check in had a strong Indian accent. It is honestly a bit hard to communicate. The lobby is not 24-hour and you need to call a number if you want to check in late or check out early. This is honestly the strangest check in process I have ever had, though it somehow makes sense given it is in the valley.

The room was clean and capacious for the price. Though the amenities in the washroom are a bit worn-out. The toilet even is a bit wobbly.

Many big tech companies are within 15 minutes of drive. There are some parking spots, including EV spots. The grilled chicken restaurant next door is pretty good.

It was such a beautiful and heartwarming experience — from the welcoming atmosphere to the kindness of the employees. The place was spotless, truly one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever experienced. Out of all my years of traveling, this has been the most comfortable stay of my life. The bed was unbelievably cozy — the blankets, sheets, and pillows felt absolutely heavenly.

The room was thoughtfully set up with everything you could need — coffee, water, a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The layout was so well-designed that it felt more like being at home or in a cozy apartment than in a hotel. The shower was refreshing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the lighting added to the warm, peaceful vibe. Everything was super clean, smelled amazing, and created a sense of calm.

What made it even better was how convenient the location was just off the freeway, close to restaurants, and walking distance to nearby stores. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. It was truly a beautiful stay in every way.

I liked the white and blue color scheme in the room.
The white paint at the corner of the bathroom needs a touch-up, yet otherwise everything was well-done.

The receptionist in the office, Lucky, was very kind and informative.

I had to leave my key in the room, since the front office was closed, when I had left early at 5:30 a.m. on October 14th to catch an early morning flight at the San Jose International Airport to go home in New Jersey.

I have been staying here once per month due to work, some stays are longer than others and I always leave a tip for the cleaning lady or ladies, on my last visit I came back as they were still cleaning my room and I asked if they got the tip I left, to which the cleaning lady said no, when I notice the manager or owner was walking. The same area I asked her if she got the tip from the bed area to which she replied yes, I really hope that the tips are been given to the cleaning ladies, which I don’t get why a manager has to be around the cleaning ladies, I hope they are not keeping the tips. It was an odd situation.

It’s been very comfortable stay for three nights. They have setup everything so fine tuned and optimized for working professionals. It’s very clean and everything works as needed. Area is super vibrant and very convenient parking. Check in and check out were super easy and fast. No extra charges or deposit. Internet was slow, but I managed with my phone hotspot. Decent sized TV for entertainment. I was even able to do yoga with YouTube video.

Check-in caught me off guard as it was dine through a kiosk with a gal in Columbia on the other end. Apparently they keep the front desk area.locked which makes it a bit challenging if you're looking for help with anything. The room was satisfactory, although I found the bed situated rather low, but it was comfortable enough. Shower was great - never saw a drain situation like it... futuristic. No problem with parking near room. Hotel is conveniently located. I think they offer free breakfast, but I didn't have time to partake. All in all, it's a good hotel room for the price

Beautiful hotel. The service was amazing and friendly. I booked this specifically for the weeknd concert at the levi stadium. i had driven 3 hours from home to attend and was running behind. i checked in, dropped my stuff, and headed out the door immediately. When i got back i just wanted to relax but as soon as i pulled the covers back there were unknown stains on the sheets. No big deal. It was midnight at this point coming from the concert. So we decided against staying and heading back home.

Below average but not the worst

This was one of the few times Hotels.com reviews misses the mark, and missed it badly. The check in was at a terminal with a virtual host (via Zoom). I actually thought that was cool. But the process itself was clumsy and took far too long, forcing me to move back and forth from terminal to empty front desk, to call a phone number to gain access to the lobby, to enter information that was already shared, and to engage in two separate credit card transactions. The room was fine. No chairs or desk (fine) and no shelf or surface for toiletries anywhere near the sink (not fine). Seemed clean enough until I found bugs in my wash cloth. Flooring was peeling places, bed was cheap and would have been awful to share due to the burrito effect (collapsing towards the middle), and towels were scratchy. Hotels.com lists “gym” as an amenity and it is NOT. It claims guests can use nearby facilities which is false, unless you consider driving to a gym and paying to use it an amenity. Hotels.com should fix that immediately.
All that said, it was clean enough to feel comfortable (before the morning shower with the bugs in the wash cloth), there is a great, very close trail system, the location is good, and the value was acceptable. Climate control was a wall unit that worked well. I would never stay there again but I slept fine and so did my brother. But this NOT and 8+ property.

This place has a good staff, and is clean. The problem I had with this place is there aren't enough surfaces to put things. No desk or table to eat or work from. The vanity for the bathroom was tiny and barely room for toiletries. I resorted to opening the ironing board to use as a table. The plumbing was also ridiculously loud. It sounded like a jet engine next door when an adjoining room ran water.
