Room was very clean, small, but cozy. Ample storage space. Property was quiet and well maintained. Pool was closed but I suspect it's still early before the high season. Staff was excellent. S'mores in the evening was a fun touch. Light breakfast was an added plus. Overall a very pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

The cottage I stayed in was up a small hill. Inside the cottage was slanted. I could feel the slant in bed. My man concern however was that was no inside lock on for for safety. I lost likely will not stay here again due to no inside lock. IliPerhaps bc I’m from a large city.

We have stayed here 2 other times and the cabin was amazing. Unfortunately this stay was not as amazing. The cabin we stayed in had a very broken down mattress. You could see the sag in the mattress when you walked in. When you sat on the bed, you could ferl the springs in the mattress. You would roll to the edge of the bed because the sag was so vad. I initially thought was a futon mattress

For the most part this place is great. The property is older but they have made modern upgrades, I hope they upgrade the mattresses, it wasn’t horrible but definitely an old mattress. Love having the fire pit and they provide the fire and s’mores every evening. Great water pressure in the shower. I will stay again.

My girlfriend and I came to visit Guerneville for our 4 year anniversary and I booked the Cottages. It was the perfect place for us to stay and celebrate our 4 years together. The staff and owner Deann were so warm, incredibly homely and super friendly. They made my girlfriend and I feel so welcome and we felt like family the entire time. When I was warming up for my morning run, Deann suggested a safer path through the residential area that I was grateful for and enjoyed even more than my original route!

They also gave us an upgrade to the treehouse room which had the most amazing outdoor shower! In the cold November morning, a hot outdoor shower was absolutely amazing. These cottages are very cute, although they are located on a very busy road that can be noisy.The continental breakfast was the best breakfast I think I have ever had included in a stay. Quiche, breakfast sandwiches (ham, Swiss, sliced hard boiled egg with aioli on ciabotta), oatmeal and baked goods. The property provides fixings for s'mores at the fire pit. Only negative is the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Another positive is Stumptown Brewery is across the street, good beer and food!

The room was infested with sewer flies, the bed had busted springs, the bathroom was so dark it was difficult to shower and shave, there was black mold in the window and the neighbors were so loud and it seemed like they were rearranging the place all night. To the point my whole room was shaking.

The grounds were lovely with redwoods looming. The fire pit in the early evening attracted a fun group to trade stories while toasting marshmallows for 'perfect s'mores'. Little cottages all grouped together inside a little fenced in compound. Very pretty area. Check-in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and the staff were super nice. Air conditioning worked great. Walk in shower would be better served with a shower curtain I believe to keep water off floor but the shower was big and roomy and nice. Breakfast was nice and had variety of items available.

This was a perfect weekend getaway! This is a very quiet part of the Russian river, and the property itself is an oasis! Delightful landscaping, absolutely delicious breakfast included, and super friendly accommodating staff. I especially loved the nightly bonfire and s'mores. This is a very dog friendly establishment, without being overwhelming for non-dog people. There is a pet area, which is secure, and the grounds are exceptionally clean.

Room was clean with a full kitchen. The bathroom had couple of floor corners that were moldy from moisture but overall good place and clean. It got a bit noisy with people talking outside and the sound of cars on the road next to the hotel. Windows were not properly installed as you could see gaps around it and it allows all the outside noise in. The hotel had decent breakfast and an overall beautiful atmosphere. Very good value.

Lovely place. Smart how they program your door code to the last 4 of your phone, what a nice convenience. It does have a quiet spot in the wilderness vibe. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We were next to the smoree fire pit, so we had to deal with night time drunk conversations at our bedtime, but that wasn't too obnoxious. Unfortunately, our last morning we awoke to bedbug bites. Sure enough we pulled back the sheets and there were bugs and poop all over the mattress. Also there were some dried out flower petals, so who knows how often the linens actually get changed out. It immediately dropped our trust in the whole experience. We wouldn't recommend staying here, nor will we be back.

It took me a bit to discover the remote for a/c, but once I did, (it’s on the wall by the door) my room was a very comfortable temperature on these warm sunny days. The fire pit & s’mores in the evening is a very sweet, extra perk. Fun! Breakfast was fine, could start a bit earlier (for us early birds) but coffee in the room is good & it’s a nice continental breakfast with many selections. Staff is excellent, helpful & efficient. Orange cat is beautiful & friendly. Feels like home. I will definitely return. Thank you!
