I liked that there is plenty of free easy parking available right outside the rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are affordable and have everything you would need including a fridge freezer microwave and stove.

I was really disappointed with my stay here, especially considering the $145 per night price. When we arrived, our room wasn’t even ready, and there were five groups of people waiting to check in with only three rooms available, which was frustrating after a long day.

In triple-digit Arizona heat, there wasn’t even an ice machine available, which is honestly unacceptable. On top of that, if you needed basic things like utensils, you had to order them instead of them being readily available.

The room itself was very plain and lacked any comfort or character. Nothing about it felt worth the cost. The breakfast was also a letdown—limited options and poor quality.

To make matters worse, we were charged for our service dogs, which should not happen. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a good value for the money, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

A little dated and could use some minor updates and/or maintenance (paint chipped around door frame and a stain on bathroom floor). But perfectly adequate for a reasonably-priced stay in Scottsdale with free parking. And, for Cactus League baseball, it is a short walk. Starbucks is right next door and dining options are nearby.

The room was horrible!! The bathroom door was peeling apart. No coffee pot or other kitchen essentials. I saw a roach. The tub looked filthy. This place should not be on Expedia. The only redeeming thing was that it was close to old town. Its old and expensive for the quality. Very poor!!!

Easy check in. Room was ok. On the Hotels.com ad for this location it said \"breakfast included\" which to me, in many past visits to Hotels.com locations, meant a sit-down breakfast with eggs and fixings. This was NOT breakfast included, NOT even Continental breakfast (cereal and toast, etc), it was coffee and muffins only. That's NOT breakfast, that's snacks, and the ad is misleading. I picked this location based on location and BREAKFAST INCLUDED, so I feel duped because we had to go elsewhere to eat a regular breakfast.

At first when you drive up to the facility it looks decent when we checked in we asked where the breakfast would be and we were told it would be right behind us on a tiny table mind you this room we were in is about 10x12 that was their leasing office. as we were waiting for our room key a lady comes in and asks if somebody would like to drive her car to Northern Arizona and told the front desk that they would need to stay for another month so it seems like people live here and there was clothes hanging on the rails when we woke up in the morning and so much noise that woke us up. the room it just seemed a bit creepy and old. On a Good Note no one broke into our car and we where close to Restraunts that where 5 star Rating.

Smelled of weed and must, had to air out room. Rug ragged, tub moldy, remote had corroded batteries, told would be taken care of. Expected would be put back in room, not done. Went to desk remote still on counter, no batteries. Tub faucet leaking.

Disgusting, gross, filthy room. I would have swicthed places but everything was booked. Went out to Walmart and bought my own blankets, pillows and towels so that I didn't have to touch theirs. ugh... only good thing is the GM came through and gave me a full refund after I had emailed her and sent a video of the room. That was the right thing to do, so thank you.

Where do I begin? The actual room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The facility felt like a halfway house. A lot of the furniture was very old. The bed was squeaky. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were a very uncomfortable. You could hear everything that Neighbor was saying I was not pleased with my stay there.

I’m sorry but this place is really gross. The rooms are old, dingy, not well cleaned, broken cabinets, stained carpet, the counter is coming off, there are broken pieces on the tables and although the staff up front is friendly they are a little bit rude with their policies.. this isn’t like a hotel with service.. it’s a run down apt complex and they treat you like you’re stealing from them when you extend your reservation online (which doesn’t let you pay online).
My room was barged in on while I was sleeping by front desk people, maids. They just open the door! I was in the bathroom once, and they walk in like it’s fine. This place is just a mess I don’t think if you want a hotel experience or spend time in old town there are so many other options.

When I got there, the first room they gave me already had someone in it when I walked in, and it was a good thing they were there because the key actually unlocked their door. The hot water didn't work in the shower for all three days I was there. The bathroom sink was broken, so I had to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth. On the plus side, the bed wasn't that bad, and the blackout curtains worked well.

Late check in was met with annoyance. I buzzed in she told me there were no rooms. I told her I had a reservation. Five minutes later after waiting outside in the cold she let me in and proceeded to tell me I didn't have a reservation. She looked further and found it and then took 15 minutes to check me in.

I’m not sure where to begin, the sink didn’t work, the shower didn’t either or ever get warm water. There was mold in the shower, stains on almost every counter in the bathroom and room. The bed comforters were both dirty. I couldn’t get another room and I had a two night stay, I slept for 6 hour and left the next morning and got another hotel room. It’s more of a beat of motel it’s not worth the money. I’m not sure I ever had a worse motel experience for $150+ a night that could be a $39 motel

The kitchen was not equipped, what I had when I got there was, skillet, pan, 2 dishes, 3 forks, 1 spoon, 2 knives. What I did not have: glasses, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, dish cloth, detergent. No hairdryer. Tub had no hand rail or non skid surface. Room was clean.

At check in they required both my ID and my wife’s. The photographed the front and back of our IDs.

When we go to our room we found housekeeping left three huge bags of garage piled in front of our door that we had to live to get inside. The garbage was still there two hour later.

The water was shut off when we arrived, which they did not mention at check-in. We had no water and could not get ready for our night out.

I called Extended Stay’s corporate customer service and it was a call center in India. They did nothing for us and had no record of my first calls when I called back.

I could have stayed at the Hilton for the same price, big mistake.

Avoid this Extended Stay unless you want to spend a night at the Old Bates motel from the movie Psycho.. gives you a feeling of a rusty 70s road side motel.. the only positive thing about our stay was that the location is really close to Fashion Square.. Lady at the front desk while checking in was really friendly though.

The property was clean and we had an end unit downstairs so it was quiet and convenient for the trip. We stayed in a room with queen beds that were plenty comfortable. The only set back was the hotel ran out of supplies. So we had no essentials for cooking or tableware. Fortunately, I carry paper plates and plastic ware, salt, pepper, teas. I had to ask for coffee pot and hairdryer. The gentleman was able to bring me pot, with coffee and cups. Yea! Only way to start the day as we were at the end and across the way, so no way was I going to get up early to get my free cup in lobby. The shower was decent and we had soap and shampoo provided. The refrig/freezer is great as Ice containers were provided as well. Overall, we made due.
So if you don't mind a few inconveniences, there is a goodwill down the road a bit to pic up cheap supplies if you are staying longer than 2 days.
The gentleman at the desk was alone and hustling all along the way as the hotel was full and he was alone..

This place was horribe some staff unprofessional . Rooms dirty bed broke moved up to a different room because we requested a pull out the pull out did not even have a mattress on it. This property is quite lovely. It was very clean with plenty of space and decent amenities. Every interaction I had with the staff in the front office was very positive. The only thing I found a bit strange was the specific request required from the room to the front office for the kitchen items (ie pots/pans/cooking utensils/coffee maker/etc) that are typically already offered in the room upon arrival. This seems unique to this particular ESA property though.

Some additional amenities that would be nice include a pool, gym, and complete breakfast (hot food items like pancakes/eggs/bacon along with fruit and cereal). Some nice added options for the TV would be Netflix/Hulu/YouTube. Otherwise, everything was great.
