This is really a great hotel - great location, great staff - from the front desk to the housekeepers to the valet staff. The only drawback for me was that the restaurant has a great deal of \"nightlife\"! Eating at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday night was a 3-hour wait -- I don't usually have that problem. The \"DJ\" played his bass-heavy music until 1:30AM and shook the hotel. This may not be a problem for younger guests - but it was for me.

First stay in Scottsdale; can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I return !! Staff and service were 10/10 (shoutout to Opie in particular).

The hotel was beautifully designed, lobby restaurant had great food, and amenities (gym + pool) were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

While the property was beautiful in interior and we were so looking forward to hanging out at the pool…unfortunately, there was no service at pool and because of the location of the pool, no sun as the building created shade on the beds from the time we got there at 10am until we left at 2pm. No tan for me! The restaurant is pretty…the constant partying for the four nights we were there traveled up to our room. Fortunately, it eventually died down but in the morning as we went out for a walk there were so many shot glasses littering the small valet drive…we did have one other hiccup…the housekeepers would get to our room 1st before we were ready to leave the room. We asked them to come back later and they never did. We had left the room at 10am and returned at 4 to change for dinner. So at 4pm on our way out I asked front desk to please have room done for us.came back at 9pm and the trash was taken out and a set of clean towels were left on the corner of our bed. No cleaning no had been done, no replacement of paper to go coffee cups no bed made..never had this happen to me before from Hilton. It was a great stay for a girls trip! Great location, easily walkable to everything downtown. The restaurant and lobby bar area was lively with delicious food and beverages. The pool area was nice, but we were very disappointed that the bar at pool was closed and there was no beverage service. Staff was friendly and helpful, but did miss cleaning our room one day.

We had an amazing stay at Senna House in Scottsdale, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The restaurant Cala on the first floor had an incredible vibe—lively, stylish, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The food was outstanding. We had a Saganacki dish that was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. They also offer a really fun brunch buffet that’s absolutely worth checking.

The location is fantastic. It’s centrally located near the Scottsdale entertainment center and within easy walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, which made exploring super convenient. There’s also a grocery store nearby if you need to grab supplies, drinks, or snacks. One feature we really loved was that the hotel offers free bike rentals, which is a great way to get around and explore the area.

Our room was beautiful—we stayed in a Winfield King Suite, and it was amazing. The large spanning windows overlooked Scottsdale and brought in tons of natural light, making the room feel spacious and relaxing.

The pool area on the second floor was another highlight of the stay. It’s a great space with very comfortable loungers and Bali beds, making it easy to spend an entire afternoon relaxing.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Between the welcoming staff, incredible food, great location, and beautiful rooms and amenities, Senna House made our Scottsdale trip even bet

Nice hotel but pool is fully shaded until about 4pm. The pool bar/restaurant also isn't open. There is loud thumping music played until midnight on the outside patio of the hotel restaurant that you can hear from your hotel room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on previous reviews. I would absolutely stay here again. What stood out most was how impeccably clean everything was from the rooms to the common areas and the very friendly and accommodating staff. The hallways smelled like Le Labo Santal 33 which was pleasant. The location was also great- I was in town for a conference and Hyrox so I was both able to get a suit tailored last minute within walking distance as well as a massage post Hyrox. Thank you Senna House for the lovely stay!

The hotel overall was very nice, with beautiful décor, and the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. There were two issues, though. The room we stayed in had a greasy cooking smell, possibly because it was right above the restaurant kitchen—the air coming from the AC carried that smell. Our family members staying in another room did not have this problem.

Another thing I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast—not the quality, but the lack of clear dining guidelines from the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, so they didn’t know how much breakfast credit guests receive each day, and the front desk also did not explain how to use the daily breakfast credit at the beginning. It would be great if the breakfast arrangement could be improved. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We chose to stay at your property for convenience due to an early flight the next morning. We live in Sedona and wanted to avoid a brutally early alarm and 2 hour drive into PHX. However, at 3:00 AM, the room's smoke detector alarm went off and so I had to climb on top of the table nearest the alarm (no ladders in the rooms, obviously) removed the battery, and upon waiting to see if that was enough, unplugged the unit from the hard-wires of the building. It's internal battery back-up was still \"alive\" so, I wrapped the unit into a large bath towel and placed it outside our door in the hallway. My wife's flight was surprisingly punctual on both ends of her flight, but she arrived quite tired and distressed. I believe this is a simple 9-Volt battery replacement. Please check your other rooms and policy of these units to see if the maintenance schedule has been skipped over in some parts. The batteries last around a year, so you have that long to work this task into your other items of concern. Thank you.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Senna House and will definitely look into staying here when I come to Scottsdale again! Everything about the hotel was so aesthetically pleasing and they kept every part clean- from the lobby, to our room and all the amenities. The popular Scottsdale restaurant, Cala, was just downstairs and was a great option for brunch or happy hour. The hotel itself was super close to the Old Town clubs/bars, literally right behind it, so we were able to walk there and back with no problem. We would also walk ~5 mins to the Sprouts nearby to grab quick snacks or groceries when needed. Lastly, every single staff member we interacted with was so friendly! They made sure we had everything we need and made checking in early/checking out late an easy process.

Stunning property! The ambience and decor give boho chic which is very relaxing. There are many photo opportunities around the property which is a plus! Upon arrival we were given a room that was already taken which was the only reason the hotel was not 5 stars. Other than that we had such a wonderful stay, the rooms were cleaned, the pool & DJ were phenomenal. Definitely would recommend and stay again if ever visiting again.

2 things they don’t tell you if you have a rental car it’s 40$ a night for parking and limited parking on the street. Our room had a pool view the music was so loud until 11pm a couple nights they gave me a drown sound thing but it don’t work lol other then that it was great even gave me late check out!!!

Hotel was very nice. Parking in the covered parking was $40. It was over 110 when we were there, did not want to leave the car in the sun - and street parking is limited. Went to the restaurant for dinner - were there at 6pm. Many open seats, but hostess asked if we had a reservation. We did not. Offered us two different seats, one right in the entrance to the restaurant, and one in the sun (inside, but not shaded). We waited. Amazing better seats opened up. Our wait staff was very nice, she redeemed our visit. The location is listed as in Old town, but it was a bit less than a mile to walk to areas of interest. Too far to walk in the heat.

Will be definitely going back. I was double charged on a transaction with the restaurant, unfortunately a month later I am still waiting for a refund, no response from the property. Other than that would recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times and favor the hotel for it being newer and quiet. This stay there was again, a continued issue with the valet. When there’s a hand off between the day and night staff there’s always an issue with misplacing keys or the vehicles. So weird; it’s happened twice now. The room’s shower had a leak on the bottom right of the seal so water crept out onto the floor. I can see how that would be an issue and someone could fall from a slip.
