Clean room , spacious compared to other Tokyo area rooms, big bathroom. The price was amazing for the location right next to a Beautiful stadium park and Chinatown . Super walkable to the peer and train station . Will use again . Did it get to try the breakfast

The family suite was attractive and elegant, plenty of room and very clean. Good range of amenities offered. Perfect hotel reception and room attendance for cleaning. We had booked a good price, perhaps in quiet/off season. Declined dining due to the price but could easily walk to nearby cafe and Chinatown stores

Cumbersome check in

Check in process was not seamless. Even though I was greeted by a staff and given a card key, I was then asked to proceed to a machine in order to properly code or magnetize the card key. I couldn’t do it by myself and had to ask for help. Why doesn’t hotel just give the card key?

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staffs are excellent. The location is superb. Take a short walk to the popular Chinatown where you can find authentic restaurants. Also, it takes 8-10 minutes walk to Redbrick warehouse and other interesting places for tourists to visit. About 5 minutes walk to a metro or subway station.

Hotel has lots of amenities and close the trian stations. The room is average size and updated with the furnitures as well as the bathroom.
The only noise we hear is the elevator motors while in motion, other than that it is very quiet and pleasant.
The floor had a room with vending machines and microwave which we use often.

Locatiin is very safe to walk at night and close the Chinatown where with many restaurants.
The hotel is across the street from Yokohama Stadium and a beautuful park. While we were there home games were palyed as well a \"Yokohama Girls festival\", it was fun just to be there.
We will definitely stay there again in the future.

24hour mini supermarket on ground floor, microwave, ice and vending machine in hotel. We could drop off bags before and after stay. Near Chinatown and a small park next to stadium. While rooms are small by Australian standard, it had everything one needed with great shower and fancy toilet.

The location was very convenient, It's very close 5 minutes driving to the Port,15 minutes to airport. Walking distance to subway, restaurants, and to the beautiful China town.
The front desk staffs were very helpful, friendly, polite.
The room was very small. My friends' rooms were 2 and half size bigger than our room with the same price we paid for. The room was kind of dusty not too clean
Dining breakfast menu were not worth for the price we paid.
Overall it's a nice hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise. It is a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. As noted, it is right next to the entrance to Chinatown and convenient to the Kannai station for transportation. Yes, the room was small, a double bed with one side against the wall and very little space to put your clothes if you want to unpack. There is a small table, an ottoman and space under the desk. I would rather have a small dresser in place of those things. We saw the \"2 twins\" room and that was much bigger. Should have gone that route. That said, the hotel is modern and clean. There is a hot water kettle in the room, and they have supplies available in the lobby for a variety of tea and coffee. We chose to not have daily room cleaning, however, each day the room attendant left a bag with fresh towels, water, trash bag and other helpful supplies hung on our door. We paid about $62 per night with the yen at 150 to the USD, a very good value.

Very nice hotel

This chain hotel always offers excellent service, I highly recommend. Very comfortable, quiet inside, the size of the room is larger than other business hotels and the front desk stuffs are friendly. The amenity service also satisfies my needs. The free coffee is excellent!

Check in was a nightmare. First, it took a while to find my reservation makes me embarrassed at the front desk. Secondly, I left my passport at my mother’s house and they won’t let me check in with my home address. I had to pull my mother’s address where I never lived at. They demanded to fill in the form for the second person’s info which I didn’t have (probably because of the default way I booked through Expedia). They asked for it again at check out. They have a parking in the building which was full and nobody was there. So I had to park illegally in front of the hotel and go up to the second floor where their front desk is, and ask for the additional parking location which I was told they will assist me for when I called a head. So frustrating and disappointing experience.

The mattresses were very hard and bed low to the ground. There was only 1 chair to sit in for 2 people plus a low hassock. The room was very warm and air conditioning did not work. The hard mattress and warm room made sleeping difficult for us. The room was small but that was expected. Breakfast options at buffet were limited but the food was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It is close to couple of the stations with 5 to 10 mins walk. There is a nice park cross the stress. We have 2 reservation and the staff helps us keep the luggage and move that to our room before our 2nd checkin. Pretty awesome service. Convenience store inside the building 1st floor. Try to get Room 1201 which can see the nice view of the city and mt Fuji. Other standard room is a bit small, like regular size in Japan anyway.

Everything is good :). Highly recommend.

I came after midnight and the main entrance was closed which make it difficult to identify even for taxi driver. They are very strict on the check out timing which is at 11:00 AM. For late check out, 1,000 yen per hour is charged.

A clean, reliable hotel. The rooms, as is common in Japan, are small. However, we always find it a challenge when the bed is against a wall. The major complaint for the room was having no safe.
The included breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
