Me and my wife enjoyed this stay very much! All essential items are provided for and lots of little luxuries like salt bath, morning tea etc as is the usual everywhere. What makes them stand out is the quality of their stuff like excellent towel, bed is super comfy and rooms super quiet.

The rooms are on the tighter side, but very stylish and clean. We had the river view room and the view was wonderful. The breakfast (extra charge at ¥1800) is very much worth it. We will definitely be back next time we are staying in the Sakuragicho area of Yokohama!

Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir! The washing machines are on the same level, they are 300 yen per load it think, they worked good, detergent self dispenses. The dryer was good enough and then we hung the items overnight in our room and the dried by the next day. The room is very cozy, we got a double. Bed, small chair, fridge, tea, kettle, slippers, fabric spray. One of the only hotels that provided pajamas (not just a robe). The bathroom is spacious for japan, I was able to take a bath in the tub. Enough room to open your luggage in the room (not by the door) but not enough room to leave it open. Room service is dependent on length of stay, fresh towels provided daily. Clean and satisfied with the stay. Would recommend. You can purchase a breakfast voucher but we didn't.

It would be helpful to at least have a sign that says please seat yourself or please wait to be seated.

The property was fine, but having to take the trash to the hallway ourselves was annoying, as well as the towels. But the worst part was the space. I know Japanese hotel rooms run small, but we couldn’t even open our suitcase anywhere but on top of the bed. Bed was comfy, shower room was large, but the water pressure was a bit low. Amenities were good, but for the price I would hope to be able to not have to squeeze my way around the room. I stayed in a moderate double.

It was a perfect and easy location. Everything is easy to walk around to find. The mall is right in front of the hotel and Noge is short walking. My best one is Yokohama Brewery in 1 min away. The best beer I found for life.

I flew into HND: took the Keikyu (KK) line, transfered to the Minatomirai (MM) line at Yokohama Station, and then got off at Bashamichi Station (leave thru Exit #3). There are options where you don't transfer but this route has the least amount of walking. I got a bit turned around because I didn't know which station exit to take (turns out not #5) and couldn't find the hotel. I called the reception desk and they sent someone out to find me about a block away and walk with me to check-in.
I stayed in a single room. Was small but the bathroom is generous. The nightstand had both a standard 2-prong outlet and a usb slot; there is a 3-prong outlet behind the mini-fridge if you're desperate. Every room has a usb charging cable (lightning, usb-c, micro-usb). The window had black-out curtains. The mattress was on the firm side and the pillows were very squishy. The wifi was fast enough for netflix. A/C works great.
If you put out the \"do not clean\" sign in the morning (other options are \"full-clean\" or \"eco-clean\"), you will get a bag on your doorknob that has fresh towels, a bottle of water, and another new toiletry kit. I stayed 6-nights and only used the \"eco-clean\" once so I accummulated a lot of towels that I didn't need. The breakfast buffet was very good; it had a wide variety of food (fish, dumplings, miso soup, eggs, etc.) plus a small set of \"western breakfast\" staples like cereal and yogurt.

very new hotel and very clean. Dont trust googlemaps as the entrance to this hotel is on the main road and not back roads. This hotel is too new and googlemaps has not been updated to reflect it. Location is great. Rooms are small; fine for solo traveller but will be tight for 2 people with larger luggages. Front desk staff do have very limited ability with English; keep it simple and itll be okay, ask more complicated questions and they will struggle to understand
