The hotel had a great location, walking distance from the Minato Mirai tourist area. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel is neat and clean and the staff gives excellent customer service. We had a corner room with a great view of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible stay - the room was gorgeous, big, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was extensive. It was close to Pacifico Yokohama for our conference, within walking distance. Also within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. I would return.

The hotel is beautiful and location in a very central area. The nearest subway is 350m away. The waterfront is about a 15min walk.
We arrived a few hours before regular check-in and we were provided a room as per our booking straight away. The Lobby and Bar on the 23rd floor are nice and great to have a relaxing beer looking at a great skyline.
The breakfast has a broad choice of foods as is good. Crowding for breakfast is a problem, does not matter if you come down early or not (unless you want to be there about 7am) but after 9am there is a line to wait in, not an acceptable situation for a hotel of this caliber and cost.

始めて泊まりましたが、大変満足しました。また泊まりたいと思いました。ただ、チェックインの受付の方の説明があまりにも簡素で、不思議な感じがしました。大抵は「EVはあちらです」、とか、「カードキーをかざせば行き先階に行くようになっています」とか言うと思うのですが、それが無くて、まずEVを探し、行く先階を押してもEVが動かないので、カードキーのタッチパネルをさがし・・・など戸惑いました。

We had an excellent time. Everything around the property is very nice. The amenities and staff are all amazing. Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe. The hotel staff were so helpful through pre booking and when we left to our next destination.

We had an amazing time in Yokohama and at the Westin! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Japan and with a small child so we were clueless and felt taken care of by the hotel staff along the way. The facilities are very nice and there’s lots to do and walk to around the hotel. Andrew was very kind and had recommendations and travel guidance when we asked. I will also add that I corresponded with the staff months in advance with questions I had and was met with kindness and helpfulness the whole time. Thank you!

Great location, with Minatomirai station less than 5 min away. Mark Is and Queens Square have everything you'd ever need.

The staff were great, and the hotel is beautiful. Def more modern than some of its contemporaries.

The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there.

What a hotel should be.

All was good, except that food prices were very high, and the one meal we ate at the French restaurant was mediocre considering how much we paid. The Yen is weak right now, and the meals we had outside the hotel were excellent and very inexpensive. We would stay again, but would not eat the food at the hotel.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience. The staff made me feel welcome from the first moment I arrived. Being from the US I was a little worried about a language barrier. There was none. It was easy to deal with the staff, including restaurant reservations, currency exchanges, etc. I was there to attend a concert and the venue was in easy walking distance making it very convenient. The building looked brand new and was very well maintained. The room was immaculate. The hotel really deserves more than 5 stars. I am very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying the in Yokohama area.

5 stars to this great hotel

We had to extend our stay because the departure of our cruise was delayed. Front desk staff went over and beyond to get us the same room so we didn’t need to check out, check back in and change rooms.

Wish there were more options of dining, and international cuisine. Staff are very friendly but, language is a bit of an issue. Otherwise it's a great hotel, spacious rooms, advanced features... very clean very quiet. 5 min by taxi to Yokohama station which makes it a great location

This is a new property, so the room and view were very nice. It is sort of isolated from other interesting parts of the city. They charged for the pool use which for a top level hotel comes off as cheap and classless. the room service was very slow and the room service breakfast menu was disappointing. The bar was great thoug a little expensive.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at

I paid for this hotel via the Hotels.com Rewards programme; it would normally be out of my price range.

For me, it was a super high-end, experience. The hotel is very new, very modern, the room we had was very luxurious, big bed, great mattress, best shower and bathroom, etc. all top notch.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; nothing was a problem, everything went very smoothly.

The location of the hotel is amazing. I’ve been to Japan a few times now, and this was was the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

とにかく、駐車場の案内が丁寧で良かったことや、フロント対応も素晴らしいく、ウェルカムドリンクやラウンジの軽食、フリースナックなど、サービスが充実しており、部屋の清掃、温度等、全てにおいて大満足でした。早朝の出発でしたが、フロントスタッフの対応が笑顔で品があり、とても良く、気持ち良くチェックアウトできました。おせわになりました。ありがとうございました。

チェックイン時に確認が手間取り、こちらが不安になるもフォローもなし。更に間違ったサービスの案内をされ、後ほど取り消し。清掃が終わってない関係で20分待たされたが、謝罪も含めてどれも口先だけで気持ちがこもってない。

廊下ですれ違いざまに挨拶してくれる外国人清掃スタッフはとっても感じが良かった。

研修、教育をもっと見直すべきでは？ウェルカム感のないホテルに大金を出して泊まりたくない。
