10/10! A couple minute walk from Sakuragicho station, nice clean hotel and room, close to restaurants, complimentary beverage and chocolate in the room fridge, and I've never seen a hotel with so many amenities.

Bath salts, facial packs, 6 kinds of tea, 3 blade disposable razor, and they even gave me 2 kinds of infant soap/body wash for our baby which was sweet. Breakfast buffet was also excellent! Too many choices,
couldn't try them all.

Would definetly stay here again!

Couldn’t get more convenient. Despite being literally above the station you cannot hear the trains in the room at all. The sound insulation is amazing. Room was comfortable. Huge bath. Breakfast is missable but everything is clean and comfortable.

Probably the best hotel I stayed at overall. Very close to the station, I mean really close. There’s a convenience store in the lobby. The area across the street has a night life. There’s also a Daiso/drug store/ market also across the street. Onigiri for 79y and it’s as good as 7-11 or Lawson or FM. I would definitely stay here again. The laundry room has four machines, and you can check the status of the machines on the tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one weird thing is the hotel lobby is on the third floor, not an issue; just weird.

The staff was really friendly and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at while traveling in Japan so far. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. My favorite part was the big tub and they provided all the toiletries even bath salts and face masks. If I would have known how amazing this room was I would’ve stayed here longer. If I come back to Yokohama I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was right next to the metro with an entrance right outside the door and all the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance. Also, just one stop from Yokohama station where you can change lines and get dropped right off at Haneda airport. Initially, I saw the building with the hotel name on it but was having a little trouble finding the entrance because I was looking along the street side. I didn’t see the little sign that said it was around the corner between a walkway. Other than that, it was perfect. Staff was friendly and room was clean and a pretty decent size for the area. Like other hotels, they had a table full of toiletries, but definitely went above and beyond offering multiple types of tea, bath bombs, and even face sheet masks which I definitely took advantage of. I had quite a bit of laundry to do and their washing machines were the best I’ve seen at any hotel. They had a few settings, but the basic was wash (no need for detergent, it dispensed its own) and dry for a total of 2 hours. No need to go back and forth putting it in the dryer. Also, after you pay, it asks you to put a code in so that no one can touch your clothes or mess up your cycle. And….you can pay with your Suica card. On the ground floor, there was a little grocery store, as well that connected to the entrance of the hotel. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Great location- across the street from a JR station and close walk to the harbor area, Cup Noodle Museum and Mall. Has a Starbucks and 2 restaurants on property not to mention the cool train. Rooms are a bit small but it is the norm in Japan. Very clean and would stay again!

This hotel uses a self-check-in system which is inconvenient and inflexible. Although self-check-in appears to be a way to reduce staffing, in fact, the amount of confusion generated by the system requires about the same degree of staff involvement and a great deal more effort in dealing with frustrated guests.

The system is inflexible when a guest arrives before the 3 p.m. check-in time, issuing an error message rather than asking the guest to try later or offering to store luggage until the room is available. Since the error message simply states that the guest is \"outside the reservation period\", staff have to come and explain the situation. In my case, this was done rather brusquely and without offers to store luggage, etc.

Another rather strange aspect of \"automation\" at this hotel: Perhaps it is a \"bug\" rather than a \"feature\"... The fancy rear-washing toilets so ubiquitous in Japan appear to be undergoing further \"improvement\". The one in my room appears to automatically guess when the user wants their rear end sprayed, apparently by sensing movement patterns on the toilet seat. More research (or repair) needed! This one several times squirted me while I was trying to dry off from a previous squirt!

The room was lovely with a nice big tub perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring. They provide a lot of amenities including various face masks and bath salts. They were many convenient things like being able to see the time left on the washer/dryer from your room TV, as well as the coffee machine, the microwave and a grocery store connected to the hotel. it was conveniently located near the subway and train station. There were many restaurants and shops nearby as well as access to the gondolas. The staff was nice and helpful and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I always stay in this hotel when I come back from the US. The room is cozy enough for 2ppl with 2 big luggages. The location is just in front of the station where we can go to Tokyo or Hakone by trains with no complicated transits. Highly recommend the hotel for those who visits in Yokohama or Tokyo.

I've stayed in many hotels in Japan for business and pleasure. The properties ranges from 3 to 5 star. Whoever is the designer of this property deserves the highest praise. My room configuration was thoughtfully arranged. Spacious feel. The bathroom was not typical Japan 'prefab unit' but instead, a contemporary wooden floor(!), separate shower room and luxury toilet. You can tell the designer gave this a lot of thought to create a spacious and comfortable lodging.

Location, location, location. It’s right by the JR train station. Subway station is also right outside the hotel entrance. Within a short walking distance, there are tons of stores and restaurants. The room I stayed was small, but clean and quiet. Japanese style bathroom (separate wash area and big tub) is a bonus for me. I opted in for the breakfast buffet which was excellent, though I got tired after few days (I stayed for 2 weeks). I would recommend to try it few times, but you can buy food and drink at the convenience store (Seijo Ishii) on the 1st floor. There are also Starbucks on the 2nd floor of the building.

A good spacey room with a nice view, bathroom and toilet is separated. Great variety bath salt to choose at the lobby. Laundry washing/dryer machine has secure password and live feed on your room TV. I borrow a Blu-ray player to watch some concert disc as well. Very convenient transportation as Sakuragicho Station is next to it.

The hotel is located in an excellent location directly by Sakuragicho Station. Automated checkin with pleasant staff to assist. Room was a typical very small Japanese hotel room . This is an ECO hotel. Towels and water are replaced daily but the beds/cleaning are not made/ done until day 4….
There’s a nice shopping mall by the station. The air cabin is also there to take you over to world porters mall, cup noodle museum etc.

But one thing I found annoying is that the room ac stop working when you leave the room, so it’s hot and have a bad smell when you are out for a day, I have to change to another room due to the unbearable smell but the new room still have this problem.

A truly excellent stay, and probably the best one (out of 8) yet on this Japan trip. I didn't know it before, but this hotel is smack bang outside the Sakuragichō Station. This means the hotel is right in front of you the minute you walk out, and the best part(s)? There are two Fare Adjustment Machines AND an 8am-11pm supermarket (Seijo Ishii) just right downstairs of the hotel - talk about convenience! While the supermarket items are a bit pricier than other places I've been to, their range is still excellent nonetheless (e.g. their alcoholic drinks and gourmet snacks section). I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay because the staff were so lovely and helpful, the bathroom was super spacious, the amenities were superb (dyson fan hairdryer, multi-USB charging cable adapter), great city views and most of all, excellent location. The only con (which isn't a reflection of the hotel at all or the staff) is that the laundry gets taken up pretty quickly. Although the washing cycles of other guests were pretty short from my observations, it's more than likely that all four of the washing machines will be operating at the same time if you visit in the evening (unsure about daytime). I unfortunately had to wait between 10.30-11.45pm for two washing machines, and I was lucky to have a receptionist come to my aid to remove other guests' finished laundry thereby allowing me to put mine in for a spin.

This is a great location and concept! No more space than needed, but very thoughtful with use of space and amenities. The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

The location is everything. Being so close to a station with good access is wonderful. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Really great stay! Clean property with a grocery store and restaurant in the building. Also located right next to two subway lines so it was easy to get around and the station had a bunch of stores and restaurants in case you were missing anything! Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Yokohama :)

There is nothing to complain about this hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful whenever I needed help, the room was quiet which is surprising considering the hotel is right next to Sakuragicho Station and facing a busy road, and easy access to pretty much everything in the area. I would highly recommend and will stay again!
