Good location right above subway line. Shop until you drop. A lot of good restaurants. I specifically like Compass buffet restaurant. Hotel room is clean and cozy. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and rebooking this hotel on my next visit.

I paid for a room on the 24th floor. Cost a bit more but the view is very worth it. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a little high for the offerings in my opinion.

Excellent service, quick check in. Let us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning so we could shop. View of harbour is beautiful. Close to Cosmo World, train station, World Porters, Cup Noodle Museum.
The room I had was dated and smelled like smoke, but very clean.

Had 2 Premium Rooms, 2 Twin Beds, Harbor View (High Floor). Awesome view and area. Comfortable room. Good air-conditioning, no smell. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices in a nice bright room. Loved this hotel and will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful hotel located on the water. It was close to all sightseeing along the waterfront. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom could use an update but was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was amazing with Japanese and western options.

Nice hotel in an exciting area of Yokohama, but questionable pricing practices.
This property carries an iconic brand name and is in a great location. However, the pricing structure is misleading. The room rate quoted on the hotel.com website was lower than what I was actually charged. Each night was billed at a different rate, with some nights costing more than double the quoted price. Importantly, none of the nights were less than the quoted rate, so it was not an average as implied. Local taxes are shown separately online, so the discrepancy was not tax-related. Guests should be aware of the bait-and-switch pricing tactics used at this location.

Very nice hotel from the outside but the inside was out dated. The remote had Netflix on it but the hotel stated they didn’t offer it. I know it’s dumb but when the pictures are amazing and the actual hotel rooms are underwhelming you start nitpicking

This was a great choice for an amazing view of the harbor and downtown Yokohama from one of the suites. The bathtub and shower with a view of the harbor were beyond amazing. It was fairly easy to walk to some of the main harbor-area attractions.

Great location, but the facility was in severe decline and customer service was not inviting. The front desk was confrontational at check in and I made no further effort to address other issues. I purchased the room with breakfast for three (me, wife and child of 10yrs). When I made reservations the app was not functioning in the location, so I went with a third party reservation. The reciept from the third party was very specific and clear about what I purchased. Still, I had to pay additional because the child was over 3 years old. The sink in our room was leaking badly and the floor was very slippery. Rug/Carpet was thread bare. Breakfast was ok, but not a large selection. There was no noodle selection and the rice was cold. Also, Breakfast doesn’t open until 7am. There was no coffee or tea selection otherwise, except in the room which had a odd slow drip pouch cartridge that required about 20 steps just to get a cup of coffee. I was not impressed for over $400 + breakfast cost per night.

We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The buffet at breakfast needs to be changed every few days by offering other products, it gets boring having the same choices. The rooms are tired and need a renovation. The restaurants need to stay open later, closing at 8pm is early - breakfast times need extending as they have massive queues. They don’t take notice of requests in reservations - they requested the reason for the afternoon tea but did nothing with this information, I booked this for my birthday but didn’t get any acknowledgment so no point asking for reason of booking

The location is very good, with many places to eat nearby. Manyo Club is within walking distance, so you can enjoy a hot spring while staying in Yokohama. The food in the hotel is of a level that matches the hotel's quality, so you won't have any trouble in inviting guests for a meal. It is also very convenient that it is a limousine bus departure and arrival point.

We’ve stayed here twice now, with a third visit scheduled. Staff is very attentive, check in/out is very simple, and the surrounding area offers food and activities for any taste. 5 minute walk to Minatomirai station with direct access to both Yokohama and Shibuya. Well worth it!

The hotel is located in front of Yokohama Bay. If your room is facing the bay, you will enjoy amazing view day and night. Many shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. It is walkable to get to the nearest subway station. Enjoy morning run, nice walk and evening stroll around the hotel.

Rad hotel, but since I booked so late, room was mehhh by Japan standards especially at the price point. Outlets for phone charger was kinda awkward, it wasn’t the best layout (like the APA in Osaka) but it IS convenient as heck for the Mooneyes car show next door at Pacifico Yokohama.
Next tine I’ll book way earlier!!

The diverse and quality breakfast buffet at Ocean Terrace restaurant impressed me during my stay at Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. Initially, I dined outside the hotel, but I found the breakfast to be exceptionally enjoyable and would return.

I celebrated my birthday at the French restaurant Azur, which exceeded my expectations with its exceptional food and service.

The hotel staff consistently provided prompt and professional assistance via email. The first-floor staff members I interacted with were friendly and supportive. Notably, a housekeeping staff member demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and respect for customers’ space and privacy.

Although the facility conditions were not ideal due to years of use, my room on the higher floors with a harbor view and ample space was spacious enough. I recommend this hotel to those visiting Yokohama.

I had stayed there several times in the past and it is a very nice hotel, conveniently located next to the convention center. The room we had was ok, but not as great as you'd expect from this hotel. Breakfast is really great! The gym is only open from 8am to 9pm so it was useless for us (I'd go early in the morning or later in the evening).

Overall very good. The dining options were very limited and closed by 8pm. The lobby and hallways were over heated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The best thing was the excellent view of the harbour. To use the pool you need to pay to become a member. Not sure of the cost.
